Every time you connect with subscribers make sure that you are providing relevant and important information . Always provide content that is educational and informative in nature.

One of the ways that I have tried doing this is e-mailing my subscriber on a daily basis with very relevant e- mail that has link to my blog post on a blog. That way up front I spend an hour or hour half writing a blog post that is very relevant with quality information. My e-mail to my subscribers is asking them to consume this content and often times I ask them to comment on it. This is a good strategy because you are sharing good relevant information. You are connecting . You are keeping them informed. You are educating them and you are also engaging them.
Be Transparent:. Honesty, integrity, clarity all these thing have are, a must in busines. But I believe the most important thing is that you be transparent in your communication. You are your own brand. So when you communicate be truthful to yourself. Read and understand the CAN-SPAM Act and if you are using a 3-rd party mailer, adhere to their emailing policies and guidelines .
Do not write an e-mail to your list because you have to write . Try calling your subscribers once in a while and talk to them. Ask them if they are happy with you. Are you able to provide them the services they are looking for ?. Are you bringing value in their life?.
