My Recent Presentation On Search Engine Optimization

“Everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die”. In the internet marketing business, everybody wants free traffic or get to the first page of Google, but hardly anybody wants to deal with demands of SEO.

Most people consider SEO to be a high skilled job and the demand for SEO experts is at a all time high. Go to craigslist and search for “SEO Jobs”, you will see what I’m talking about.

Search Engine Optimization is probably the easiest yet is a widely misunderstood subject. Up till recently SEO was considered a premium skill(to some extent it is even to this day) and the know how was available to only a few insiders.

Thanks to the widespread adoption and the competition(between the yahoo’s and google’s of the world) more are more opportunities are mushrooming for people who want to pursue SEO as a career. Today its a different story..

On Monday September 21, 2009 I made a presentation to a small group(about 30+) internet entrepreneurs on the subject of Search Engine Optimization. The purpose of this content session was to bootstrap the attendees into the world of Search Engine Optimization.

My talk was titled “Search Engine Optimization for Novice & Experts” all focused around how Keywords, Site Structure & Linking plays a key role in a site’s success.

No matter what form of internet marketing you are involved in, at some point SEO will become a key imperative for the over all success of your online business. You may like it, You may dislike it, but you just cannot ignore it.

Luckily the entire session was video recorded and I plan to release this 1hr:40m video on a DVD shortly with my “Search Engine Marketing Course”.
In fact I completed the editing of the DVD as of last night and all the slides were added to the timeline. It will be shipped to fulfillment company today for duplication..
