Hi Debra,
Yes we cancelled the workshop, becuase people complained of the air and travel expenses they have to incur to get here.
We are releasing the workshop online towards the end of this month.

What are the the types of business that you would choose to buy? What criteris would they have to make them a candidate for putchase using a business line of credit?
Hi Bob,
Personally I like buying and selling existing cash flowing businesses.
My criteria for buying websites:
1) It has to be in a niche that has decent demand.
2) The Niche has to be verifiable.
3) It has to have obvious deficiencies in the way its run. It has to be intuitive the minute I see the numbers, traffic and its rankings.
4) The revenues, traffic sources, content has to be verifiable.
5) The must have seasoned, not a template site.
etc…
