The More Emotional You Are Towards Your Web Business The More Revenues You Can Generate.

This is something I recorded a while ago, but decided not to post it for obvious reasons.

I was little sick when I filmed it and moreover it was not well planned. I did not even realize, I was missing the black back drop, untill the recording was finished.

The message is so powerful and relevant that I could not stop myself from posting it here.

I hope you will like it and if you do? Then please leave a comment for me.

I will get excited and find more of these videos to post here on this blog.

To Your Continued Success!

Is Internet Blog Radio The Next Super Marketing Wave Of The Future?

About 70 years ago, commercial radio arrived on the world landscape. In the United States, the early version of radio was quite different than it was today. Instead of paying for radio programs through commercials, people paid for a block of time and the radio stations essentially were in the direct sales business.

This was a dud concept simply because amateur hour programming (much of the programming was AWFUL) did not help radio grow. Instead, radio started hiring professionals and then sold advertisement as people started growing an audience. Now, a new version of radio advertisement is emerging and it is coming in the form of radio blogging.

As the name would imply, blog radio networks are audio blogging in the form of podcasting prerecorded material or streaming live material. Many of these radio blogging networks are similar to traditional blogging media with the obvious difference they do not rely on text or prose.

While many of the people who have their own blog radio program are novices, there are a number of individuals with professional media backgrounds who have become involved in this type of blogging.

Of course, the marketing potential for such a venture is only starting to bloom. Obviously, the more people who become listeners to blog radio the more income will be possible in these formats.

Right now, most blog radio programs not only have commercial sponsorship as part of their programming they also have the benefit of adding Google Adsense or banner advertisements to their radio pages! So, a program with a huge audience will have the potential to earn significant income as audiences for blog radio networks continue to grow.

The internet is clearly the wave of the future and the best aspect of this is that it is all inclusive. In other words, anyone who wishes to become involved in an internet venture can do so. Plus, they can usually do so inexpensively and have the added benefit of a number of revenue systems to earn income from.

It is always best to get involved in something from the ground up and now is the time to get involved in radio blogging. The reason is obvious: if you can make a star of yourself in the early days of a new medium you can ride the medium??™s wave of popularity to significant gain. This clearly would be the wisest move to make particular when you are considering marketing success.

“Dell Hell” A Lesson In Customer Service: How A Blog Post Changed The Culture Of A Company

Today I talk to you about the amazing power of blogs, their impact and reach on masses.

Most recently I was doing some research on the subject of “customer service”. I came across some past customers of dell who blogged their frustrations on how bad Dell’s customer service was.

Huw Griffiths, Jeff Jarvis??™s and Tim Turner’s posts can be found here

After a little more searching, I found a post titled “22 Confessions Of A Former Dell Sales Manager”

This post was made by an ex-employee of Dell on how anyone can buy Dell computers without paying a lot. This post was filled with techniques that Dell seldom officially talked about.

This Post became so widely popular on Digg that; to stop its impact Dell sent a ???Cease and Desist??? letter asking consumerist.com to delete the post.

Slowly the entire consumer community caught up with this post because of Dell’s position on this whole issue.

WiseBread ran a poll where 54% of the 1937 respondents said they would boycott Dell if Dell persisted in its takedown efforts.

After seeing the increasing popularity of the post and a tremendous backlash from the community, Dell admitted its error in asking consumerist to delete the post.

In turn published its own set of confession on its blog

Back in 2004 Dell discouraged its employees from blogging, In 2006 Dell Started its own “Customer Service Blog”.

The moral of the story is: No power is superior to the social power.

You have to consistently win the trust of your customers to enhance your name and reputation.

Trust is won through transparency, honesty and openness.
