Alternatives To Google Adsense!

I am writing this post as an answer to a direct question from one of my readers on using Google adsense on blog..

Google is very strict with its Adsense program and is very selective in allowing publishers into the program. Once they allow you, they closely monitor you for your integrity than performance.

While click fraud is an issue (prevention is better than cure), I think Google these days is more concerned about the quality of the site content. There are instances where Google has cancelled adsense accounts of established marketers just because of duplicate content, nothing else. These were marketers who were making high five figures a month with Adsense.

Google closes your Adsense Account Abruptly

Personally I would never make adsense as my primary or sole revenue stream(check my videos here). If my site is getting a ton of traffic I would prefer to run my own ads, served thru my own ad rendering system.

Dr. Mercola during his presentation at Yanik’s undergorund 4 demonstrated how he went from making $15,000 a month using adsense to $150,000 a month using his own ad publishing system.

If you are still bent on getting an adsense account from Google, do this…

Before you get eager and re-apply, make sure your design is good and the content is original. Display your contact information on your site and make yourself transparent Allow your website to season before re-applying.

For example: I would post original content to my blog on a daily basis for about 3 months or so, before re-applying.

Given that Google is now having a 3-way revenue sharing with websites such as Hubpages.com. It make perfect sense to get an adsense account to leverage these high traffic sites.

A Positive Thinker is Always an Achiever

Why is that positive people are always achievers? Why do you hear so many stories about positive and unflappable thinkers who went from humble beginnings on to create their own multi-million dollar empire? The reason is relatively simple: positive thinkers want to achieve something. And this simple fact is in great contrast to the cynics and pessimists of the world.

Positive thinkers are driven by the will to succeed. This does not mean that all positive thinkers are ambitious, money-minded opportunists. (In contrary all ambitious, money-minded opportunists are usually positive thinkers) Positive thinkers by nature want to achieve something, whether their goals are small or larger than life.

Therefore, positive thinkers will set their own goals. Even the big thinkers of the world have to start small and set realistic goals that they are willing to reach. The key here is that positive thinkers want to reach a goal, and so they will set a goal that is physically and mentally possible to reach. Pessimists may similarly set goals, however their goals will often times be so unrealistic they will talk themselves out of achieving them. Positive thinkers want to achieve their goals and will approach them from a realistic standpoint.

The pessimists and cynics of the world usually have a deep-rooted fear of achievement, or perhaps resentfulness, and so keep a safe distance away from action. The lesson here is not that positive thinking inevitably leads to monstrous success, as if destiny is seizing you and you fly you on a cloud to your wildest dreams simply because you said ???I could.??? This form of optimistic thinking is misleading.

Positive thinking is not about dreaming of success and suddenly winning a lottery. It is about taking action in the here and now all the while placing your dreams on the horizon. A positive thinker will usually lead a happier life than a pessimistic or cynical person, because they will make it a point to achieve things on a day-to-day basis, little things that make them happy.

Why is it that nearly every mega-successful business guru you read about is a positive thinker? Because a pessimist dreams and quickly thinks of reasons why he or she should not take action. Cynics similarly criticize the actions of others so that they don??™t have to take action, and may think up various reasons why such goals cannot be reached. Meanwhile, positive thinkers achieve, and bring radical new ideas to the world because they are the only ones who take action.
