The Edgar Dale Learning Theory – How To Learn More Effectively
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome back to the podcast today, I want to highlight something that had been going on in my mind for a long time. And I couldn’t find a window to come across and present this. Today’s today. And this, again, is a question from a podcast listener. Generally listening to many podcasts came across this podcast in March, or April of this year, sent me an email, a long email, and I’m catching up with that email. And that had been in my inbox for over a month now. And the question is very simple, in one line for how to say it is I started reading books, and have been doing that for a long time. For some reason, I’m not able to complete reading the books that I start, and I keep listening to your podcast, and you keep on insisting that I should read books. And I don’t know when I’ll be able to complete it. And why is that? I’m not able to complete it. I didn’t actually take this question very seriously, because I thought I was answering this anyway on the podcast. But then this gentleman texted me two days ago, asking about his question, so I thought I should answer it here.
Okay, so first of all, let me be very clear, every time I talk about reading books, I suggest reading books because reading books, obviously, you learn different techniques, different ideas, different thought patterns, you get to pick the brain of someone who has done it, somebody who has painstakingly written a book about all his or her experiences, and you can learn from those. But the reason why I suggest and what I do is, I want to take action. So this is not about knowledge gathering, this is not about trying to tell people that I read four books or five books, I get those emails all the time, people telling me, I read this book, I read that book, and I read four books last month, and I’m on reading one book a week, I get those messages. It’s not about what you consume. It’s not about what you put into yourself. It’s what stays within you. When you read something for the sake of reading, you’ll rush through things, which I’ve seen people do. It’s difficult. It’s difficult, you have to experience what you are reading. And for you to experience what you’re reading or what you’re learning, you got to put that new learning into action. So you have to do something with this newfound knowledge and newfound information. If not, it doesn’t matter how many books you read, I have read many books, and I make that claim here. And I’ve listened to a few and spent time with many authors along the way, all these years. And I don’t think I can, you know, measure myself with a number of books. And if I do, and I think I’m an idiot, if I think those lands, pardon my language in here, but you get to the point, I cannot measure myself with the number of books I read, I do measure myself with the number of books I have given away to people, random people on my radio shows, in my seminars, workshops, it’s I’ve given away books, and I take pride in giving away books, I think one of the best gifts that you can really, really give away is a book, The sad part is the worst gift that you can receive is a book. And given that you are not a reader, so you get a book, you don’t value the book, you don’t know why you got it, it’s gonna stay there with you for years and years and years. And then you just lost the wealth and, and the wisdom that it could create for you.
So it’s not a good gift to get, but an incredible gift to give. Because you really are doing and you’re creating the impact. You’re just really making taking the first step to transform an individual’s life and you give a book to them. They don’t value that that’s, that’s not your problem. But again, you shouldn’t give a book to somebody who’s not going to value your book or any book for that matter. So that’s why I go on the radio. And I recently, just a week ago, I just gave away a book, literally that $75 of $65 book, this book on cricket. I mean, the phone lines were full, like literally calls coming for people to win the book. And finally, we did there was one winner. So that individual wants the book that individual there is a high possibility we’ll read that book and at least some parts of it. They will remember that okay, I got this book from Srini and he gave it to me so in a way I am In the memory as long as that book is there with them. So you know, I have a vested interest in doing this, of course, it costs me money and all that. Now coming back to the question, you start a book, you can’t complete the book, it’s because you don’t, clearly, you don’t have commitment, you don’t have value. At every step in life, you build value at every step of life, you have to buy the value. Why are you in this relationship? Why are you in this job? Why are you in this entity called you, you wake up in the morning, you don’t value yourself, you can’t value anything simple. So you have to constantly sell yourself to yourself, you have to sell the actions that you’re taking yourself, interactions that you’re having to yourself, every idea every thought you have in you, you have to sell those to you, if you don’t buy them, then you can’t sell it to anybody else outside. It’s a very simple, simple phenomenon. But some, for some reason people miss this. So every time you’re stuck reading a book, ask yourself, why did I start this book in the first place, and why I’m having trouble completing this? Now, let’s talk about the results. Reading a book, I think you kind of in a way refer to that in your email. Just because you read a book doesn’t mean that you’re going to get the results. And then I don’t think any author claims that either. None of the authors claim that you’re going to get results because you read a self-improvement book. So self-improvement books are designed to inspire you, motivate you, and bring you together towards achieving that outcome, which that book is saying, provided you put in the effort provided you do the work nearly 60 years ago, 60 years to the date Edgar Dale, that was back in the 60s, Edgar Dale came up with a theory. And specific to learners, people who learn want to learn. He said that learners retain more information by what they do, as compared to what they hear, read or observe. It’s very profound. So learners retain more information by what they do, as opposed to what they hear, read, or observe.
Now, his theory, later on, was further developed. And backed, which we now know, as the cone of learning or cone of experience, different people say differently, but the cone of experience. So learning by doing is, in a way, also known as experiential learning or action learning. So, in the scorn, you can Google this, you might have heard about this before, on this podcast, or maybe somewhere else. I have referred to this multiple times in different contexts, but essentially Edgar Dale, what he says as a part of the cone of experience, is people generally retain 10% of what they read, I guarantee you, you can read 100 books, but you will only retain 10% of everything that you have read. That’s the average, if you’re above average, then maybe a little bit more, but not a lot. If you listen to someone speaking, you’re listening to this right now, right, that is a high chance that you’re going to retain 20% of what you are listening, right now, at this moment, whatever I’m saying, You’re gonna retain 40% of it. If you’re watching pictures, photos, moving objects, exhibits, and demonstrations, there is a possibility that you are going to retain 30% of what you’re seeing and 50% of What you are seeing and hearing simultaneously in demonstrations, for that matter. If you participate in a hands-on workshop or something like a roleplay situation, maybe some hands-on stuff, like some games or maybe some activity group activity, something like that, then you retain 70% of that. If you engage directly, or model or simulate a real experience, actually take that back. If you directly engage. You’re completely set Something as your porpoise, engage directly with it and get the real experience of doing something, then you will retain 90% of that which you are doing every task that you’re doing everything that you’re seeing everything that you’re listening, everything that you’re experiencing 90% of that you’re going to retain people in my observation, they want to solve complex career problems, complex relationship problems, financial problems, all kinds of problems by simply buying a book at the bookstore, which they will not read, which they will not complete, which they cannot reflect upon, because they don’t consume.
They want their life to change, and to behave as if the entire they have a lifetime to deal with the problems. No, you don’t. It’s more shocking than the percentages the statistics of how people, you know, drop and die, just like that. It’s crazy. The single biggest cause for that is people dropping and dying. Just like that. Not cancer, not smoking, none of that stuff, just people, people just go drop dead. From a heart attack. We don’t know what that is. It’s crazy. I cannot guarantee tomorrow morning, I’m going to have a podcast here. That’s the truth. The statistics for South Asian males, at this age, the stats are completely against me. So why should I pick up a book, read the book for the next five years, and think that my problem is going to go away? If you want a solid problem if you want to have the fun of reading something, yes, of course. So the cone of learning is reading a book on the very top. And at the bottom of the cone or the pyramid are you really doing something about it with somebody who has the experience and knowledge the talent to really guide you and get you must and get you out of your situation? This is the reason why people go to therapists, mentors, and coaches who will work directly with them to get the result that they are seeking. Very few are smart enough to cut through the books, cut to the seminars, and workshops, and directly work with someone hands-on. I’m not saying you do that. And I’m not selling you into anything. But I’m telling you that if you’re serious about a solution that you’re seeking an outcome that you’re seeking, or you want to get to a certain position in life, with a certain kind of a return on your investment, whether you want to grow your business, whether you want to build a body that you’re seeking, whether you want to fix a relationship issue that is going on, or the job that you want, whatever it is, when you have a tangible outcome in your mind. Why would you spend an infinite amount of time trying to fiddle through hundreds of sources of information? Knowing now, or for that matter, knowing from before that if you directly go and work, you can fix the problem. And you can accelerate the outcome. I’m not saying the outcome is going to be the perfect outcome that you’re seeking. But at least you can get there. If you want to write a resume, go work with a resume writer. You want to really build wealth. Go work with a mentor who can help you put together a plan on how you can get there and work with you, you know, on a daily or weekly or monthly basis to get you there in some shape or form using their own methods, whatever methods they have, and whatever appeals to you. Can you read a book on finance and figured out finances? Can you read a book on career development figured out? Yes. Can you listen to this podcast and 20 other podcasts and pick up 30 Different ideas here and there and come up with your own theories and own models?
Yeah. There’s a cost though, that cost is more expensive than anything else. Because time is the most precious commodity that you have. And this is something that I had been driving here on this podcast forever. Time is the single biggest differentiator. How you use your time is what is going to define how far you will go and how deep will go and how wide you will go. Okay, I hope I answered the question. I’m going to stop here. And I’m going to pick up a different topic tomorrow. Appreciate you all listening. Thank you for your questions. Thank you for keeping me on the tipping point. Love this. Take care of yourself and I’ll be talking to you tomorrow.
Bye now.
How To Deal With Feeling Misunderstood or Not Understood
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome back to the podcast today, again, I’m answering a question. This has come in from Rishi who is a longtime listener of my radio show. And this question came in a while ago, and I’m just catching up with all the questions. And this was sitting in my inbox for a very, very long time. She says I’ve been listening to your radio show for a long time. I tried calling a few times on your show, but never got connected. I’m sorry. emailing you for the very first time. Srini I have a hard time explaining to people who I am. I think people get me wrong. Recently, I tried to change jobs. I interviewed with many companies, but could not get an offer. Even though I’m very qualified and have the experience. I think I could not communicate to them who I am. Even between friends and relatives, I have difficulty making my position clear. They all like me, they love me. But I feel they don’t understand me.
My question is not that important. As I understand. There are more important things and bigger problems people are facing. They’re asking what practical questions to you on the podcast, but I thought of asking anyway, if you can answer I would appreciate it. What do you recommend? I do. Okay, Rishi? Oh, there are so many things that are crossing my mind as I’m reading, this question loud, even though I read it before. First of all, there is no right or wrong question. I think a good mind will always keep on asking questions. So don’t be over-critical or judgmental of yourself. I’m sorry, we never connected before. It’s not that I get a lot of calls on my radio shows or any of that. But maybe this was one of those days where, you know, I had a lot of calls coming in on maybe the phone lines but not working. Coming back to your question, having a hard time connecting with people and explaining to people I don’t think you need to have you need to explain yourself to people, is there’s no need to explain to others who you are, as long as you know who you are. So I don’t think you need to explain and maybe you didn’t you use the word hard time explaining, I think you want people to connect with you or understand even in a certain way, but for some reason, they are not able to do that. I understand the challenge here. Okay. First of all, I want to thank you for asking a question like this, which, which means that you are, you’re serious, and you want to really connect and impact and have a broader understanding of people. So I get a lot of questions. You’re right, but I have not gotten a question along these lines until now. So, again, this is an incredible question. So just you know, so don’t be hard on yourself. Don’t be overly critical. Okay, so let’s get into the answer part. See, every individual has three characters, each one of us we have three characters within us. And all these three characters play out at different times. So the first character is what we exhibit to the outside world. That’s the first character the second character is who we are. And the third character is whatever we think we are. And we are not. Okay, so we think we are but we are not three characters playing out. So it’s important to understand these three because an individual who has complete control and understanding of these three characters, usually maintains a certain level of equilibrium or a certain level of balance within them. And they deal with situations and people primarily in this question, with a subtle manner with a certain poise with that balance. When you have trouble explaining to people or you have trouble representing the true you That means your outside behavior is not congruent with the inside.
Many, many months ago, I talked about a concept called BMI er and I keep saying that in different podcast episodes here, every time this discussion comes up about self-esteem and self-image, and all like I refer to this word, BM IR stands for behavioral manifestations of internal representation. So internally, if somebody is not representing the right way, externally, they cannot control it from coming out. So if you want your behavior, your outside behavior to be congruent, to who you are inside, that inside has to change very simply. Now that inside, what is inside, there are two things, your feelings, and your thoughts. And the easiest one, it’s difficult to change the thoughts easier to change the feelings. If you change the feelings, the thoughts get manipulated. So if I want to have good thoughts coming, I just need to change the feelings. So for example, let’s say at work, I go to work every day, I’m stressed out, I want to take a vacation, I’ve been thinking about it for a long time, I’m not able to take a vacation, what do I do, I somehow push myself and go on a vacation, when I go on vacation. My feelings change, not necessarily my thoughts of changing about work, my feelings change, I get a renewed sense of feeling from a vacation, I come back the same word was the same situation. And now suddenly, I have a different feeling altogether. The key is to focus on feelings. Within the feelings space. One of the very simple things I suggest people tell people to do is it’s easier to share your opinions and your observations on something with people without taking sides. Here is how I feel, here’s what I feel. Here’s my opinion. And because everybody around us has an opinion on everything. So if I talk to you ask you about your opinion on politics, about the economy, about the taxes, about the traffic, whatever, right? You have an opinion, you live here in this in this area, let’s say whichever area you live in, you have an opinion because you live there, and you’re investing every breath. And every moment of your life into that area, wherever you are, right now. So you have an opinion. Okay, so it’s easy to share opinions, but it’s very hard to share feelings. Just you know, so they’re hashed to be a certain amount of time in your day-to-day existence, where you are sharing your feelings. So you start with someone who is very close to you. In this example, in this question, you already said that you have trouble, you have friends and family who love you, who love you.
So I want you to start to point out like, literally identify one or two people with whom you can share your feelings, I have several people in my life who can, who with whom I can share my feelings, literally. And I don’t hold back when I’m doing that. And I do that because they don’t hold back either. So there are some people in your network, that should be who, who are willing to share their feelings with you, all you have to do is share your feelings. Sometimes you may have come, you may have in the past, or you do, I do come across people who are very angry. And they’re angry because I can see them. They’re angry and they express their anger. Now, every time somebody expresses their anger, what they’re doing is they are not spending enough time to understand that hurt. Someone who doesn’t understand that hurt. And hurt usually produces anger. So they’re letting that anger displace, letting that anger come out. And the only way to really regulate the anger or eliminate the anger, to a large extent is to really understand the heart and invest time to understand the heart. The more they invest in understanding the heart, the better communication becomes. See people are angry, they have very poor communication they don’t understand how to communicate, or they say things people have difficulty connecting with. I’m not saying that is the example here specific in your case. But you get the point.
Sometimes, simply changing the question that you’re asking internally, helps you to really get your thoughts in place and come up with a better articulation of your feelings, using the right words. And when you say or when you express those words people connect with you. They listen differently and they will understand you. So there has to be an approach from your side where you are really, you know, taking time to express your feelings, maybe to a select group of people, but that is the start and then gradually over time, you will kind of widen that and reach more people. That’s That’s one. The second is You really are understanding everything that’s happening within you, your feelings, and your thoughts, your goal is to manipulate your thoughts and convert those somewhat not favorable thoughts into happy thoughts. And for that, you have to work on your feelings. And obviously, feelings are where you’re already, as I said, you have to express your feelings. And that’s how you change your thoughts. And one of the most efficient ways to do that is to, you know, get into conversations where you are expressing your opinions on something. And that’s how people start engaging. And as that happens, you now get the leverage to express your feelings as you start expressing your feelings. And then suddenly your thoughts get changed. And then asking people questions to yourself, and going to the root of the heart, if at all, there isn’t hurt there. So that hurt, doesn’t show up in some form, like stress or anger or overwhelm, but shows up with more empathy. So if you remove hurt, it becomes empathy. It’s amazing how this whole thing works. But hopefully, this is coming across. There are certain things that I suggest that you invest your time and effort in, for example, if there is a question somebody’s asking, go deep into it. If there is a challenge that somebody is throwing at, you go deep into it. If somebody is putting up resistance to some of your thoughts, some of your feelings, and some of your opinions, then go deep into it. Why are they doing this? What can I do to remove this?
See, I’ve seen people who walk away from deep conversations and deep engagements by saying, I don’t have time to think about this, I don’t care what you do with this. So when people say I don’t care, I don’t, I don’t have time, I don’t want to deal with this. Every time you see I don’t that means that they don’t want to think about it anymore. Every time you don’t want to think about something, that’s when you say I don’t it’s people who say I don’t care. Because you don’t want to think about whatever it is, that’s what you’re saying, I don’t care, are you think that you have already thought enough, you’ve invested enough, you have gone too far into it, and you don’t have anything left New to give to that thing, whatever that thing is, that is what you’re saying I don’t if you authentically live, authenticity is very difficult to practice and pursue. So if you really look into the things that you exhibit outside, and you work very hard internally, to bridge the gap between what you have, and what you really are. So you kind of bridge you really literally remove the gap between what you really are and what you think you are, then whatever the outside behavior is going to change. And this is where, you know, ego. This is where pride is where envy, jealousy all these things play between that small little gap between who you really are and what you think you are. But you are not. This has gone too long. I hope I answered your question. And my answer. This has gone too far, actually, for 15 minutes now. So I hope I’ve answered your question. And I appreciate this question. This is amazing. So just you know, you don’t need to explain to anybody anything about who you are glad that you have this question. Work on your internal staff, and internal representations. And behaviorally, you’re going to see the change. It takes some time. But it is doable. It works. That’s how it is. It is being worked on.
And keep asking questions. The questions are good. Ask questions to yourself. I think you know what, the minute you said, I don’t think my question is that important. I think you’re not asking important questions. Okay. ask important questions to yourself, not to anybody else. Okay. That’s all for now, and everybody else who’s listening in Thank you for listening in. Hopefully, this is helpful to all of you. If it is let me know. And I’ll be back here again with another question that we’ll be answering tomorrow on the podcast. Stay tuned. Bye now.
Stop Letting Other People Tell You What You Can And Cannot Do
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
So today’s podcast episode is about productivity. And before I go and talk about it, kind of my rant on time and productivity, I’m gonna give you the backstory. And I’ll tell you how I got inspired to record today’s podcast. So I call up a friend of mine over the weekend, a friend of mine from my teenage years. And I’m talking to him after like, nearly 10, maybe 12 years. And I talked to him about a project that I want to do something that was on my mind for a long time, but I never got a chance to kind of put myself behind it. So I was sharing with him that I want to do this project. And he stopped me. He said, Srini, you know, that this is something that a 16-year-old does. And maybe if you are 25, it’s okay, so the 16 and 25 range. But by 25, it’s over. And if you stretch it out, maybe 30, it’s done. And you’re too extremely old for this, you shouldn’t be doing this. I said, Yes, I know. And I never thought I would come this far in life. Because I had my own moments where I thought I was done with life.
So from here on, everything that I am doing is upon us. And I said, I never thought that I was not 25 I never thought I was not 30. And the idea that I’m old has never crossed my mind. So I understand that when I go to mountains when I climb when I run, I cannot do it, or I don’t have the same level of energy. And I cannot perform at the same level that a 20-year-old does. But it doesn’t mean that I should not try. So, we get into this debate. Eventually, I said something like this along these lines. I said, What if I do what I do now, and I don’t get any results? I don’t get any success. It’s okay. But I’m going to do this as something that I want to explore something that I want to discover within myself. And when my time ends here, I’m done with my time here. What if I wake up on the other side? With all the skills he was completely taken off by the statement? What if I wake up on the other side with these skills? We call it a gift. That’s what people say if somebody is born with some amazing talent, we call it talent. We call it nature’s gift, or God’s gift, whatever. And if there was a way to show the past is there a possibility that this individual is given this incredible talent? And it’s given to them because not necessarily given but they created it somewhere? And it so happens that in this physical form and shape that talent just carried over? Is that a possibility? Is that debatable? He says it’s not and I agree it cannot be debated because there is no proof. Understand that. But he was appreciating the angle through which I was approaching this. The reason why I wanted to record this podcast, I want to make this I want to highlight this story is because I meet a lot of people who tell me that they’re too old to do something. And I meet a lot of people who tell me that they don’t have time to do what they think they should be doing. And actually, I made three specific categories of people, people who do not know what to do. That’s the first category. The second category is people who know what to do but do not have time. And then there is another category of people who are doing stuff but they’re not getting the results or the outcomes are not in line with the expectation so three categories.
You see if you look at everything around me and I’ve talked about this on this podcast many times, everything is united with time and everything is detached from time. So time is the only thing that glues or unloose. If you move away from Earth, you go to a different planet. Then time is different. Time is different in different places in the cosmos and in different In places the universe, here we are, we are united by time. So you have 24 hours to do what you have to do, I have 24 hours to do what I have to do, I sleep eight, you sleep, maybe six, or maybe four, maybe you have more time to do what you are supposed to do. But What an irony, when, you know, you’re given all this time to do what you’re supposed to do, but you are lost, unable to figure out what you’re supposed to do. And you end up losing time, and you’ll end up losing this gift called life. If I look into your life today, and I get this opportunity to look into many people’s lives, and thanks to odd maybe the role that I play the professional man, I get to see a lot of people, their lives, how they lead their life, they, they remove the curtain and allow me to see, you know, what’s happening behind in the room. The room being life here. If I look into your life, I could see a lot of things. But there is one thing that’s constant. If you look into my life, I look into your life, which is fine. That’s constant. There is some data now to prove this. And there is some supporting evidence that on average, every individual can restructure five hours of their time, restructure five hours in a day.
So five hours they are using to do things that do not matter. Or they don’t matter enough, you can and which I suggest you do. If you’re a gold-centric individual, you’re looking forward to doing something, as of the first of October, I kind of got on to do something big, big for the year 2022. And as I’m going through this process myself, I’m exploring even bigger and better things within myself, which I did not know that I had or I was not giving attention to. I’m regulating myself differently. I’m applying myself differently. So lots of new lessons, and new learnings for me, as I’m getting and using the next 90 days of this year, hopefully in a meaningful way with some goals and with some timeline set for myself. So I suggest that you really look into the things that you are doing right now. And ask yourself, what are the things that you can completely delete from your schedule? I want you to look into it and see what can you delegate from your schedule. Who else can do the job better than you the way you are doing it? Who else can you train to do the job such that you can free up your time and focus on the most important thing that you should be focusing on? What can you remove? Obviously, delete means removing. In fact, do you have enough time to completely drop everything? That’s a bigger one. So as you are deleting stuff, you’re decluttering stuff and you are delegating stuff, can you completely drop yourself that means you can relax. See some people relax without relaxation, they still have this fear of money, and they have feared for some deadlines that they have to catch up to. Doesn’t matter. So something in the back is going on, they’d never fully relax. I’ve known people who have told me that they haven’t slept for 2025 years. It’s crazy when you listen to the stories. The truth is, why not hack your schedule? That was another conversation I was I was part of this a while ago, this was post-COVID, COVID just happened. We were all coming out of it. And I was in a get-together I was in a gathering this was one of those first early gatherings in a friend’s place. You know, people are telling what they did with their time.
And I said, if you did something with your time, it should be visible. You shouldn’t be telling me what you did with your time. But I was listening to that when in fact they were sharing what they did with each other. I was just being a listener. You know, one individual said I use the time to learn new skills. That was another gentleman who said I was relaxing. This was the best time I heard about at home with the children. I was relaxing and different people were saying different things. Eventually, it came to me. Like I was dragged into the conversation. I said I did two things. One, I was exploring creativity, which I did not do for a long time. All my creative elements juices, my creative strengths. They were all challenged Over the last 20 years, so I did not do a lot with creativity. So I was spending time exploring creativity. And then a third, I think I regulate my emotions very well. I’m not saying I’m the best. So when I sit at deleting emotional energies, I mean, anger, frustration, disappointments, stress, all that I regulate them, but I’m not the best. So because I’m not the best I was trying to improve. So I did two things, during COVID, during the lockdown during the shutdown, whatever, during the sheltering place, whatever the word that you use in your country, wherever you are. Okay, so just to sum this up, I want you to start becoming serious about your time, I want you to understand that there is not an infinite amount of time left here, for any of us. Anything, everything that you wanted to do, do it. Let’s say somebody tells you that you’re too old to do something, don’t believe them. Do it anyway, who knows, everything that you’re doing may stack up for you. Next round, I don’t know when the next round is going to be I don’t know in what shape and form it’s going to be. Let’s believe that that way, at least we stay honest about our feelings here right now. So for me to stay honest about my feelings, I need to believe that yes, there is some stalking and there is on on the other side, I will wake up and when I do wake up, I will have the gift and will have this talent and the talent comes naturally.
For me. It comes because I have done the job ahead in time and the slave. So take that metaphor. See if you can structure your time, your life, your passions, your goals, and your ambitions for now. And I will catch up with you tomorrow. Right here. Thank you for your questions. And thank you for your everything. This is amazing, as I’m trying to answer your questions, exploring a whole different side of Maine. I’ll be back here again tomorrow with another question that has come in for a long time. I’ll answer that and I’ll continue to answer your question. So keep them coming. And I’ll talk to you stay tuned.
