You’re Not Just Tired: The Psychology Of Burnout
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
I’m on the microphone, recording today’s podcast for the second time. Well, the first time was about an hour ago. So I woke up this morning. And this is one of those days where, as a speaker, who does this podcast on a daily basis as a speaker, I am completely blank. So what I was experiencing this morning was speaker’s block, you might have heard about writer’s block, where the writer wants to write something, but the words are not coming. And the thoughts are not translated into words. And they’re completely paralyzed. So as a speaker, I was paralyzed this morning. And the way I rescued myself as I went back and checked my phone. And something that I do all the time. For some reason, I did not do that today. But when I went back to my phone, and have like four questions from four different people, and now suddenly, I have the energy to record today’s podcast. And the question that I’m trying to answer today is from a listener of this podcast, was asking about vacations, spending money that they do not have, and experiencing some kind of work stress that they are trying to escape. So the question is, can I escape the work pressure that I have been going through? Or the workload that I’m dealing with? Go on a vacation, come back, and will I be okay? That’s the question, it’s a long question.
“Srini, listen to your podcast. And you tell me, you say on the podcast that not to spend money that you do not have, and I’m in a situation where I have to spend money and go on a vacation because I’m, I’ve been experiencing a lot of stress at work. I’m thinking that a vacation would help. Even though the last few times that I’ve done that has not really helped.” Good one. okay. What are your thoughts? This question did not come in as a podcast-related question that this question came in, just specifically, because they listened to me on the radio, and they’re asking for my help, talking about the hypnosis can help with the stress they’re experiencing. But I’m turning this question into today’s podcast because I have no idea. Okay, so stay with me, this is going to help though, this is going to help, hopefully, okay, so there is a difference between getting tired and getting exhausted, versus getting burnt out. Burnout is different than stress. So if you are stressed, you’re getting exhausted, you’re getting tired, then there is a different way to approach it, versus you are now completely burnt out, I’m going to make the distinction, I’m going to call them out as two different things I’m going to justify, I’m going to qualify both these things. And then you can decide what you need to do. If you are tired or exhausted. That means you are enjoying what you’re doing. It’s just that you lack energy. And you’re not able to get things done in the amount of time that you need to get things done. You need to approach it differently, you need to figure out the energy equation, you need to go exercise a bit more, or maybe you need to eat more frequently, maybe you need to keep yourself hydrated and all these things. So there or maybe your sleep is compromised, you got to look into those things, the functions that lead you into doing what you need to do need to be addressed.
Now, if you are experiencing burnout, that means the functions again, the function that is leading you to the burnout needs to be addressed to that means the functions that are leading you to do what you need to do, or innovate constraint. Okay, so let me explain this. Let’s say you want to do 10 Push-ups, the 10 push-ups will take you three minutes, usually take you three minutes. And you could do those push-ups in three minutes at any point in time. That’s the average. That’s the performance. That’s the metric right? Now, for some reason, you’re not able to do those 10 Push-ups in three minutes, you’re taking 30 minutes to do 10 Push-Ups. You want to do it in three minutes, or under three minutes, and you have been doing that. But you are now taking 30 minutes. Now, if that’s the problem statement, if I’m looking at the problem statement. The question that I will ask you is what are you doing prior to attempting those 10 Push-ups the what are the things or what’s the sequence? Or what are the events that you’re dealing with before engaging in pushups?
Now turns out that you are running for two hours before attempting these 10 Push-ups. So your two hours run is constraining the 10 push-ups. So you’re exhausted you’re tired. So that constraint for some reason, you are not seeing it you’re not seeing that you’re exhausting yourself with the two-hour run. And now here you are trying to see whether you can still do the 10 pushups in under three minutes. This is a very oversimplified example. But then you get, hopefully, you get the analogy and the knowledge is simple. People are measured, every student is measured and the school with the grades they get. But what the number of constraints each individual or each student is dealing with in their lives in their individual lives is hard to measure. Some are dealing with too many things, some are not. So different emotional states that each student is going through to come to the same exam that’s going to grade them the same way. Hence, one individual, one student’s performance, or the result is different than the other student’s performance. And the results show different numbers. So when you constrain yourself, burnout happens because of emotional stress. Now, if you’re experiencing most of the stress, then it’s burnout and there is a different thing that you have to do. If you are simply tired, that means you probably are experiencing fatigue. That means there are things that are happening, which are not necessarily at the emotional level, that happening because they’re at a logical level. So logically, you can look at it and say, Okay, I need to go drink more water, I’m going to eat better food, or I’m going to pace myself better so that I can get things done. And because that’s why I’m not able to do things, and that’s why I’m experiencing, I’m tired. Got it. So that’s the difference.
Hopefully, I’m clear, maybe I’m gonna do if I do a third or fourth take on this podcast. Maybe I can even simplify this. But I don’t have time I need to get this podcast out. So you get the idea. So let’s talk about burnout. For a second, I want to share a few more thoughts on this burnout, emotional stress, and the primary reason for experiencing burnout. And we need to understand what is causing this emotional stress. Well, emotional stress, we don’t know why what is causing because there could be so many things going wrong. But then we know the symptoms of emotional stress. For example, let’s say you have a bad mood, you are irritated throughout the day, maybe you have difficulty in making decisions, or maybe some suicidal thoughts. You don’t see life the same way anymore. You’re withdrawn from your friends, and family, a sense of hopelessness is coming and creeping in, you lack sleep, and you become an insomniac, all this all are symptoms of emotional stress. Now, I’m not saying that these things independently may not exist without emotional stress. But if there is emotional stress, then these things do show up and they all show up cumulatively collectively. So, what can you do now at this is the point where people reach out for help, clearly, you should reach out for help. So, when people go through emotional stress, they go on vacations, they could temporarily can, they may feel good, coming from a vacation, but then these things do come back. If you have genuine emotional stress, it will genuinely come back. There is no way to escape this. But there is a way to escape this. And now that we are talking about emotional stress, let me share the solution to this problem, too.
Now, there are different ways to approach this. It depends on who you talk to. Some people tell you, you know, well, you know, to cut down your expectations. Maybe you need to improve your overall holistic life, you need to do 20 Other things like sleep well and eat well all with different people who give you different ideas. What I have seen, and this is through my own experience working with people is that every time you have emotional stress, you need only one thing you need to decompress yourself. Decompression is not simply taking a vacation. Decompression means that you need a strong support system. A strong support system could mean that you need to have to get back friends into your life. A strong support system will also include getting a therapist or two or three therapists at the same time into your life. So you need a support system. So decompression will involve some kind of a support system. So that’s step number one. But then, decompression also includes or a leading component of decompression is a coping strategy. And a coping strategy is something that your therapist should be able to create for you.
And that may include vacations or not ruling them out but then a coping strategy will involve three things. First and foremost is you need to reset expectations. You are not the same individual. And you cannot have the same expectations, I will tell you, you need to only have to put in three pushups, not 10 Push-ups in those three minutes if you want to keep the two-hour run intact, or two in the two-hour run, then you can have your 10 Push-ups, you cannot have both. And that is the reset on expectations. So, what I’m doing is I’m expanding a reality by saying that, the second thing I will do is I will redirect your mind and redirection has so many different things to it. As a therapist, redirect your mind, I will redirect your mind to music, maybe reading books, something like that. So just a little bit of distraction. So redirection, distraction, distraction seems to help redirection seems to help cope with the challenges, then I will reallocate you, I will reallocate your time, reallocate your time to friends, and possibly reallocate your time to spirituality. Now spirituality means some element of mindfulness, some element of yoga, some element of hypnosis, which I do, by the way, which I do with people and I reallocate them. So you see, any kind of mind mending or mindfulness technique is very low on the list. Rich people, when they reach out, they say, Okay, I’m going under a lot of stress, you know, will hypnosis help? Will hypnosis has helped will help. If we understand the causes that are creating, if you have all the symptoms of the stress and the things that are leading you into the stress, and then understanding what kind of a decompression strategy you need, and understanding what kind of a part of that what is the coping strategy that’s going to work for you, then, as an element of a good coping strategy? Yes, hypnosis may help. But you need to have all of the above. Yeah, go take that vacation, don’t spend that money that you do not have. I will still stay with that. But hopefully, as somebody who asked the question you, hopefully, this answer is helpful and as a listener of this podcast.
Hopefully, this is helpful. If it is you’re watching this on YouTube, there should be a place for you to write a comment, and like and share the video. If you’re listening to this on a podcasting app. This should also be a place where you can write a comment and rate the podcast please do that. So that I know that time, you know, it’s a two-way thing that’s going on. If you do that, I know you’re responding to what I’m doing here. But appreciate your questions. Appreciate your support. Thank you for being a listener. Thank you for being a subscriber and that’s all for today. It’s a dull day I thought I was starting the day but it turned out to be a great question that extracted some things in me that I always wanted to share before also. So thank you for doing that. Stay tuned. I’ll be with you as early as tomorrow. Bye now.
How To Say Who You Are & What You Do?
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome, or welcome back to Success with Srini. Happy July 4 to you. Happy Monday morning to you on the podcast. Today I’m answering a question that has come in from a listener of this podcast asking me, How do I respond to this? “Srini, every time people ask me what I do? I do not know what to say. I keep saying multiple things to people. Even at home, I don’t know what to say. Recently, I went to a couple of interviews, and I was asked the question about what I do. And I told completely two different things. Is it normal or something is wrong with me? Okay, okay. Well, nothing wrong with you. So all is well, this is a common problem. It’s a common question I get. So let’s get into this. Hopefully, by the time you’re done with the podcast today, I have created the independence that you’re seeking from this problem.
This is an issue, you know, when people ask, what do you do, even to me, I have trouble explaining what I do in different contexts. I say, Well, I’m a call to a mentor, a speaker, I’m a trainer, Mr. Thurmond, different things I say, but then that’s not what I would like to say, I want to say only one thing. And I want to be done with it. So I want to be consistent with that message. And I struggled with it personally for a long time. And eventually, I arrived at my statement, which is I turn around people. So somebody asked me, what do you do? Well, I help people to turn around, or I help people. I don’t want people something like that. And the question, the follow-up question is, how do you do that? Or what is it? Then I explained, saying, Well, I do people have problems, people have issues, and I help them to overcome those issues using different tools and techniques. And as a result of that, I speak I train in all that. So I kind of expand on that. But my instant, a two and a half-second response, I turn around people. Now I did not arrive at that statement overnight. And it took me a lot of time. So I went through multiple different definitions of who I am I and I don’t think it’s complete, even today. So it’s going to evolve through change. And who knows how life is going to be from two years from now, five years from now, or maybe? Who knows, nobody knows what’s gonna happen tomorrow. But then this is the evolution this process is incremental. So there isn’t a point where I can say, This is who I am, this is what I do. We live in a world where we all play different roles.
Now we have different titles, we have different responsibilities, and it’s natural to have different identities. So your question is not hard. Your question is not difficult. Everybody goes through it, you are not alone in this. Now that being said, you also need to have what we call an elevator pitch. An elevator pitch is something that you tell people whom you meet randomly, on an elevator, let’s say you’re going up an elevator coming down an elevator, and you meet somebody in the elevator and they ask you what you do. And by the time the elevator hits the ground or hits the floor that you’re going up, by the time you leave the elevator or they leave the elevator, you need to tell them what you do. How do you say it? But what do you say? Now, how do you arrive at what you have to say? So let’s talk about those things, I’m going to share some ideas with you.
Hopefully, it is going to help. If it is, then by all means please do let me know with a review or a comment or a text message. The best way to really put this together is an incredible elevator pitch or something that you can explain in a minute or less, under 60 seconds, are you can come up with anything that you want to say and that’s what people do. That’s what probably are doing on the fly. But there is power if you become strategic about this. And you do some homework, and you come up with something that you would like to say that not only sounds good to the listener but also sounds good invert to you. That means whatever you’re saying is coming from the core of your heart and truly represents who you are, represents your values represent your beliefs and in a way also implies to the listener, that there are certain goals that you have that you want to accomplish as a result of expressing whatever you’re trying to express. So whatever you say, but has to somehow imply or there has to sound As if you’re also seeking some goals, for yourself in a professional setup also, and in my opinion, every setup is a professional setup. If you’re saying something outside, you’d rather be saying that inside also there’s nothing called if I meet somebody who is in my professional network, I’m going to tell them something in a certain way if I’m meeting somebody else outside, I’m going to tell them something in a different way, or the same thing in a different way. Doesn’t make any sense. You rather be consistent across the board. And I think that’s the question we’re asking anyway. So to do this, the first and foremost thing is you got to know who you are. You need to know your strengths, you need to know your weaknesses. I’ll tell you why. Because the things that you perceive as your strength, that’s not what people outside perceive, something that happened that went wrong with me personally, people perceive that I’m a speaker, I never perceived myself as a speaker. But every listener on the radio, through my radio shows, they were tuning in, because they were, they thought I’m a good speaker, but I never, you know if you listen to this podcast or any podcast here, there are numerous mistakes I make. I don’t get my words, right. I can’t put two lines together, I digress from the point. And I sometimes speak louder and sometimes over speak on my own thoughts, who I have issues, I don’t see it myself, but they see it that way. So a strength for me is a weakness for them a weakness for me the strength for them in their perception. So what I suggest you do is, let’s say, let’s take this question more in a job context because you said you went for a couple of interviews.
So I want you to go and meet some of your co-workers, people with whom you’ve worked in the past, and people who, with whom you might work also now today, let’s say let’s take your current situation. And I want you to ask them, how they perceive you. Ask them what your strengths are, what your weaknesses are, I want you to have a discussion with them about you, as if you’re interviewing them, about you, so kind of, you’re introspecting yourself to them. Now, I want you to also write down your strengths and weaknesses. So you know your strengths, strengths, and weaknesses, according to you. And then you go talk to these people, and ask them how they perceive you. So now we have two sets of data, one that is the way you see and a set of data, the way they see. Usually, there is a gap, there’s always a gap. And that is the gap, you want to fill with your introduction with your explanation of who you are in that elevator pitch, when you do that, then you don’t feel bad about yourself. Okay? Now, once you hear what they said, and once you have your stuff, your job is to sit down and keep writing multiple different paragraphs about who you are. And you’ll come up with multiple versions of who you are. Now, there are a few things you need to have in these statements, your statement has to have clarity, this is who I am, this is what I do. And this is how I have done and this is what I plan on doing something like that. So you have to have clarity across these areas. And you should also quantify achievements in that write-up as you’re writing these things, things that you have achieved. And when you write this, you have to write it by creating enough interest in the listener, the listener has to feel okay, whatever he is saying, or she is saying, Yeah, I want to hear more about you want to hear more about them something like that. So, the listener is in focus, you are not in focus. So when you’re writing this, make sure that whoever is going to listen how they how should they listen to this and whatever your strengths are, you need to accentuate that, in that. So kind of strength, you kind of position them in such a way that it kind of amplifies you, who you are. Now, you are right, this is the writing part, this is coming up with the content part.
The second part is to rehearse this, you got to rehearse it, you got to try this who knows which version you like. So, whatever you have said so far, two people go back in time, remind, you know, kind of recollect them and come up with all the different versions. And now you have in front of you three or four different paragraphs talking about you and that has these paragraphs of clarity. They have your achievements quantified, they are listener-focused, and they’re also amplifying your strengths. Now, as you start reading them, you will start identifying yourself with one or two, at the most Your job is to identify yourself with one or two, not all five, or not all time. And you will rehearse your practice. And you practice to a point where if somebody wakes you up at three o’clock in the morning and asks you, Hey, what do you do? And I help people do this. And for example, I help people overcome it and turn around their lives, whether it’s professional, financial, relational, or whatever that life is. And I do that using a bunch of tools and techniques. So if you wake me up in the morning and say, What’s your one-liner, I know my one-liner, I don’t want people in, what’s my one paragraph, I know, one paragraph. So you should be able to wake up at any point in time. Even if you are distracted, somebody got in the middle of something that you’re doing, and somebody tries to get your attention and ask you, Hey, what do you be able to say, unconscious, unconsciously how to say, and then just keep trying. There’s no other way I can add to this. So you’re doing, you’re rehearsing this, and you’re trying to sing that to people in interviews, whatever, and see what kind of response you’re getting. So in a way, you’re getting the feedback. And then, as you say things to people, make sure that you listen, and you kind of pick, whether they’re paying attention to what you’re saying. Or they are in a kind of read, as you’re saying this so that you know what kind of changes you can make to this. And then as you are doing this, obviously, you need to be confident about yourself. So anything that you say, if you’re not confident doesn’t come across anyway. And then if somebody asks you more, be prepared to give more. Like, usually I get that question. As I said, Here, you turn around people, how do you do that? explained to them, right? I give them more, more context.
So that’s it. That’s all there is to this. And again, I oversimplified this maybe on this podcast, but that’s, that’s how I would do it. And again, by the way, this whole thing, not only just becomes your pitch, but this also becomes your profile intro on your LinkedIn. Or this could be the intro paragraph on your resume. I mean, the different places where you can use this content. Okay, so that’s all for now. I hope this is helpful. If it is, as I said, do let me know. And you have a wonderful Independence Day. And I will catch up with you as early as tomorrow. Thank you
How To Create A Predictable Future
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
If I somehow magically will predict your future, what will it do to you? What will happen to you? What will you do with me? Let’s say whatever I tell you is going to come true, your short-term future, your long-term future, all that is going to come true, then what will happen? Well, the reason why I’m saying that is because we as humans are curious to know about tomorrow, what’s going to happen to us? What is our future, that curiosity is there. And all of us, are connected through that curiosity. And that is why astrologers and fortune-tellers, are always in demand. welcome, or welcome back to success to Srini. Today, on the podcast, we are talking about creating a predictable future. See, there is power in predictions, because predictions give hope, to the mind. And as far as my understanding goes, nobody knows the future. But if I somehow take an authority position, and I tell you, I study you understand you. And then I tell you, what’s going to happen to you at that moment, as I’m telling you these things, let’s for a second, assume that I’m telling you all positive things. At that moment, I’m now future pacing you. And I’m giving you the hope, the comfort, in a way, some direction on what’s going to happen to you, you feel good about yourself. And there’s a possibility that you may take that as a positive suggestion is a suggestion to the mind. And that suggestion creates a positive mental expectancy. And there are chances and now it’s proven that people when they listen to positive things about them, tend to act on them. So amazing.
Now, clearly, if you are a student of success, and you listen to podcasts like this or read books on self-improvement, you know that the real future is that which you create, the only way to predict the future is to create it yourself. That’s all. So I want to take a few moments in the podcast and kind of share some of my thoughts on how to create predictability in things that you want to do. Or you’re doing right now. What I want to do is I want to digress a bit. And I want to draw a metaphor here. This is the time of the year when children are graduating. So kids are graduating from school, different middle schools, elementary schools, high school, and also college. So that part is already done. And right now, as I’m recording this podcast, this is the time when kids are having secondary graduations. By secondary graduations. What I mean is, let’s say that pursuing a passion, or they were learning to play music, or piano or dance recitals, and all that, this is the time when they perform, and they graduate.
My daughter just graduated last week, she had been dancing for about 14 years, 12 years now, 12 years. And she just graduated last weekend. As a part of that, we had a lot of people come in and you know, see her performance, a lot of her friends. At the end of the performance, it was a huge preparation for me personally and for my wife, and as we did all that, at some point in that preparation. All these things came together. But as a part of that recital, as people were coming in to see some of them, they all brought the flower bouquets. And at the end of that whole recital, when we were taking down the stage and decorations and all everything was taken down, people left, and I was driving home, I had all these flower bouquets, the seven, eight of them, and I had no idea what to do with them. Everybody was gone. And I was thinking maybe I should give it to a drive around and just give it to a few friends so that they can place them in. You know, each of the bouquets can be placed in a vase and I don’t have that many vases with me to place them at home. But if I don’t do it, then I will lose those flowers. So I had to do it very, very quickly because it’s summer here and the bouquets were going bad.
I come home and I take all the containers I have whatever big, big containers we have. And I start placing these flowers, pour water in the containers, and put the flowers so that I don’t want the flower to kind of die. I don’t know what the right word is. But you get the idea. Now, let me draw, let me take this as a metaphor for a second. Now all these flower bouquets had road stems, most of them, almost all of them are all stems. For each row stem, let’s take a second to assume that each of these role stems is your passions, your desires, your skills, your talents, each one them, let’s draw some parallels there. Assume for a second. Now, if we do not place the skills, talents, and passions, into a container, with water, the container is life. And, in a way, mother nature of God, whatever or higher power, whatever you believe in, has given us all these skills, talents, passions, and all that our job is to keep in the container, so that all of them they perform, but we don’t. And if I would have not placed these stems in a container, not a proper container, ideally of a vase, but I placed them in some containers, I saved them. But then that’s not the way I would present.
So if you come to my house, and you see these flowers in all these containers, it doesn’t make any sense. It’s making sense to me, because I don’t have, and I don’t want these flowers to die. So whatever little bit, they will do for a day or two, I just want to keep them alive. You see, this is a lesson that was given to us, by our parents and our teachers very early in our lives where we were told to have a structured education, they sent us to school, they wanted us to get that education, so that we are structured now, at this point in time, after all these many years, you see, we want a predictable future. And that’s where I started this podcast. And going back to that point of creating the predictable future, you see, there are three things money, relationships, and health. If somehow you become predictable with these three things, your future is set. So you have to work hard across all these three things. So for example, money, let’s say you’re working now, eight or 10 hours a day, you are making active money, active income, at some point, you want to make passive relationships, now you’re actively working, you’re raising children, and all that, slowly, that becomes passive, because children grow up and take care and start to take control of their lives. So in a way, you’re still doing what you have to do or what you’re supposed to do, but then it becomes passive. Your health, you work out, you exercise you eat, right, you do all that eventually, whatever the functions, the numbers are in the body, for example, your blood pressure, your sugar, whatever that is cholesterol numbers, all that those become predictable. So you know, you don’t need to worry about them anymore, because you now worked hard, and you got those numbers, and those numbers are stable. And in a way now that those numbers are passive, so those numbers happen as long as you’re working out. So, once we do these things, life becomes predictable.
For these things to happen, there has to be a structure, there has to be a structural approach, it’s challenging to create predictability when there is no structure because structure provides the order something I missed out on as a kid. So, when everything is in structure, things happen in orderly day-to-day actions, tasks, goals, working on your business, working in the job or working at home, during the chores, whatever everything happens in order, everything needs a place and our job is to provide or create that space and everything become easier to manage, if there is space allocated for that, whatever that is. So, where am I going with this?
To organize yourself create a structure for everything that you are thinking of creating or currently operating in. For the finances, there has to be a structure for your help obviously structure for your job, for your passions, for your recreation, whatever you have got going there has to be structure. So in each of those structures, you categorize the actions, you categorize the goals, kind of put them together in those, think about them as containers, and you start putting these things in singles containers, and you’ll know exactly where to find them. You know exactly what to do with them. And you don’t need to be scattered all over the place talking about scattered, thinking. You know, it’s amazing. I made this point a long time ago on this podcast, people spend 18 hours a year, going between windows on the laptop, they open a window, close the window, open a window, close the window, the browser tabs, I mean, the amount of time it takes for you to minimize a window and maximize the window. And you add that up 18 hours over a year. That’s the last time you can’t justify that in any which way. I remember a long time ago, I went to meet a friend of mine, now a friend, but somebody who I met through another friend of mine, so it’s a kind of acquaintance back then. So took me invited me to his house and I went there, the first thing I observed was the garage turned into a room. And I said, Wow, okay, you turn your garage into a room. Yeah, you know, I don’t, we don’t park our cars in the garage, so it didn’t make any sense. So park it outside. And my mind was, wow, if you park your car outside, then there is an experience you have that otherwise, people who park their cars in the garage do not have, which is either you stepping into a heated car, or you step into a wet car, report outside, so it gathers either heat from the sun or the rain from the clouds. That’s not a purpose. So your car is still supposed to be in the garage, and you leave it outside. So these are two additional things you’re adding on top of them. If you place things, where they’re supposed to be, the things will do what they’re supposed to do. That’s the point.
The message on this podcast is that I had some other things in my mind as I’m speaking but you get the idea. I want you to start looking into all aspects of your life, whatever two or three things that you have got going right now, and start giving a structure to all that structure is not simply writing stuff down in a journal and reading them and all that that could be a structure. But that’s not the structure. I’m talking about compartmentalizing your brain and organizing everything that you see and the mental processes that you’re looking around into those compartments. Mentally, also, physically, also physically, and now you operate. And now everything seems to be in control. And you don’t have the stress. You don’t have the anxiety. You’re not dealing with too many unknowns, and you are not dealing with too much lag. That’s the point.
Okay, my time is up. Hopefully, today’s podcast episode is helpful. Hopefully, the metaphor I was using comes across appropriately to the point I’m trying to drive here. And again, if you like the podcast, you’re watching this on YouTube, or you’re listening to this on your favorite podcasting app. All these places have a place for you to write a review rate and all that so please take a moment and do that. And wherever you are, be safe. And I’ll be back here again with another podcast episode as early as tomorrow. That’s all for now. Stay tuned. Bye now.
