Living an Authentic Life According to Your Personal Values
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Today on the podcast, I want to take a few moments. And I want to highlight something that as a professional, you may be going through right now, or you might have gone through in the past. And I assure you, if you’re a success-minded individual, that means you take accountability for your actions, you work towards your dreams, and you make yourself responsible for everything that happens in your life, you will eventually go through this. And the specific feeling that I want to highlight today is something related to identity, something related to who you are, you being the real you. You see life puts us in situations where we have to end up doing things that we don’t like, you have to make the money so that you can pay the bills, you have taken on a huge mortgage, maybe, maybe your expenses are there that you can’t avoid. And maybe you are a single-income earner in the family, whatever may be the situation, we end up doing things that we don’t want to do, we want to be something different, we want to enjoy life, maybe you want to explore life at a different level, not in any extreme way. But it’s just that we want to be happy. And the work we do. The place where we live, the relationship that we have, all these things have to be contained, all have all these things have to be brought together in a way that everything makes sense. And it’s not about swing wealth, it’s not about becoming rich none. Even though we know that making money is not going to make us happy or become wealthy is not going to solve the problems. But somehow we are caught up with it. And in the process, we are doing things that we otherwise don’t want to do. You know, the job is not right. But you end up doing the job, you know, that you should stand up for something that is incorrect. And you have to voice your opinion, you have to take a stance but you choose not to. Because if you do, then you’re compromising 30 Other things behind. So you give in and you cave in.
Now, for some people, it’s okay to do it occasionally. But then what happens if that becomes a pattern? Well, for the majority of our life, we end up living somebody else’s life. We end up living our parent’s life. For a long time, by the time those values fade. We start discovering life that we really thought is ours. When we have children, our children start growing, they teach us things. And we start to realize that we got sandwiched between our parents and our children. And then by the time we really graduate through all the stages, we don’t have enough life left. So the question becomes says, we clearly have multiple identities. We clearly have multiple complexes, and then multiple core relationships within which we exist.
The question is how can we become real? What can we do to become real? So that we claim our identity? We define who we are. And we set goals, agendas, and trajectories that we want to accomplish for ourselves. That’s what I want to highlight today on the podcast. How can we become authentic? How can you become authentic? One of the challenges I had with this podcast was there are so many people who do what I do. I’m no different. Nothing I’m sharing there is different, nothing I do is different. Nothing is unique about me. There are speakers who speak better than me and who are gifted. There are people who do hypnosis better than I do. There are people who, everything I see people, and I’m happy for them. So I look at somebody who is more successful than me or who has something that I do not have. My mind goes, What can I do to have what this individual has? My mind never goes and says, How come they have what I have? Why do they have what I have? None. Never, that mindset has not been there mentally ever in my life. And my mind is, what can I do? What do they do that’s different? And how can I do that? How can I learn?
That’s where it all starts. So at the end of today’s podcast, I want you to discover who you are. We talk about passions. We talk about dreams, we talk about skills and gifts and all that, and every podcast you go back and listen to there is a reference that I have made here. But then the question becomes is how can you become authentic? And one of the things that I have done here on this podcast because many people do what they do what I do, and they do better than what I do. So one of the things I did here is, how can I say? Or how can I express myself? Where the listener on the other side listens and gets a feel or gets a sense? That, yes, is what this guy is saying. Makes sense. I see myself in what he’s saying. That was the thought process. So I was not trying to do something, or at least even from the beginning itself. Sometimes I show up here excited, sometimes I show up here unprepared. But nowhere along the way. I do this because I have to do this. I’m not recording a podcast because I put a quarter podcast, even though the fear is there. Sometimes I wake up and think what will I say today, that’s going to make sense. It’s not going to make sense to the listener, listening makes sense to me. So that’s the level that I want to attain every day. So I will not do anything. These are some of the commitments I made to myself, but I’m not seeking validation from the listener, even though I say that pay read the podcast with the podcast, you’re watching this on YouTube, you know, whatever I say those things, those are customary, those things need to be said. But that doesn’t imply any level of validation, or I’m not seeking that. So that’s the first level of authenticity here, which is don’t seek validation in what you’re doing. See, you are unique, you are being placed here. Who knows who placed us who knows how long is going to go, nobody knows that. So don’t seek any validation you are who you are. And in every sense, you are correct. In whatever you’re thinking about yourself. So there is nobody else’s validation you need, then one of the things I decided was to see if you do a podcast every day. And if I get into this mindset of I need to speak right? Clearly, English is not my first language, I mess up things here. Sometimes I lose my thought. And by this time here, several minutes into this podcast, I might have lost my thought multiple times. And it’s hard because this is not me. I don’t want to become a great speaker or an orator or whatever. You know, that’s not my goal. I do this because I have to convey some thoughts. That’s all there is to this. So never took a class where I learned how to speak, or how to become a good public speaker, none of that. I’ve read multiple books. But the goal was not to become a great speaker or make speaking a profession. No. So I make mistakes. And I’m not afraid of making mistakes. I’m not perfect. Nobody is. So the message here is don’t be afraid of making mistakes. It’s okay, we learn, we move on. And eventually, all our learnings will have some cumulative effect along the way. And we turn out to be good in the end. And whatever the good is, I don’t know what it is. And it is what it is. If it is it is what it is. If it is not it’s okay. Perfectly fine. One other way, is, for example, I do this podcast here. I don’t edit this. It’s not like occasionally maybe a word. Or two, we edit that out. What? That’s it. That’s all there is to it. And I said that multiple times here. Now, I never edit the sense. I never edit the message. I don’t move words around. Doesn’t make any sense. Okay. So if the word that I gave you is that I don’t edit this podcast, I don’t edit this podcast. That’s the word I have to keep. So if you want to become authentic, keep your word. Sometimes I do not keep my word because of things that are beyond my reach. For example, I say I’ll call you back. I forget. I say I’m going to send this via email, but I forget. It’s not good. And there is no excuse for it.
That compromises integrity. So if you give a word you’re killed the word but happens with me that can be improved. So I take notes, I write down notes, and I have a notebook I carry everywhere. I use a notebook I carry everywhere. All my podcasting ideas, everything all my commitments are written down. And this is something that I practice now. I have become pretty consistent with my word over the last few years. But before that, I was horribly late to events to places. I just couldn’t keep my word. The next one here is I will never do anything to please you My 20s and 30s, yes, now No, no need to please anyone, listen, you will please others if you’re afraid to be alone. If you are alone, and you’re okay to be alone, there is no need to please anyone. So, people-pleasing, saying things to make somebody happy. If I have to praise you, I’m authentic in my praise. I genuinely mean it. And that’s all I will not praise you. Because I want to, you know, somehow put you on the top so that you will, like me doesn’t make any sense don’t do it doesn’t work. It’s a lot of effort, a lot of energy, misdirected energy, and there is a finite amount of energy. In each one of us, it doesn’t make any sense to do it. So it’s tiring. In order to really live an authentic life, you need to live in the present. So even though I’m recording this, there are distractions, I’m looking at my screen. And I took a couple of notes on my podcast on the page, and I’m looking at that, but I have some distractions as I’m recording the podcast. But as a professional, I should be not conveying that distraction over the mic into your ears. I shouldn’t be. And if it happens a lot, it means I’m not living in the present majority of this podcast, I’m in the present. I’m completely dialed in as I’m doing this, but maybe there are some distractions here and there. And that is perfectly fine. It’s okay. Okay, then the last one I want to share with you here is not being true to your values, a majority of my workshops and seminars, were to help people discover their values, if the values themselves, or the foundation, if the values are not discovered, that means you don’t identify with the values, you don’t spend time telling yourself, these are my values, then it becomes harder to build anything, just a foundation for the house or the castle that you’re trying to build. And those values have to be understood on a daily basis. So every day in the morning, I wake up, and I look at my values. And I say I’m gonna do everything to satisfy these values, I have six values that I want to satisfy every day, and are the constant, they are not values, keep moving, keep shifting, so I need to bring in new values, I have to drop some old values along the way because I’m graduating to this my timeline. But core values really don’t shift as much. So whatever those core values are, two, or three or four core values, they don’t shift, they don’t change. They are who they are, and they define you. So your job is to identify what those values are. So that every time you do anything, your job is to satisfy those values, as long as you’re satisfying those values, you’re happy. And that’s the happiness game.
Now how do you become authentic? So these are the things that you should do should not do. But there is a formula to becoming authentic. And this has to do with happiness. So let me share this formula with you. So wherever you are right now, who are you? Who am I? Just a question I get. And there are many philosophers, many experts who have already spoken about this. But then one of the most simplest ways to discover who you are, is to look into yourself today and say, what makes you happy? What are you doing right now that makes you happy? If I’m doing this podcast, I’m not happy, then it’s off. It’s completely off and if you want to get this, you can listen to this. And you’ll figure out the guy’s doing this podcast completely unhappily. So you got to look into things that you’re doing right now, and see what makes you happy. Whatever that is. That’s what it is. That’s your authentic self. Now, go back into your past, and look into some things that made you happy. What made you happy? So it means who you are is what makes you happy? Now, who are you Where is what made you happy in the past? Clearly, future happiness will also come from what do you want to become? So who are you? Who are you who do you want to become?
These are the three questions if you answer these questions, then pretty much your life is set. And this has nothing to do with money, no power, no position, none of that stuff, it just no titles, none. Not about bringing in 20 other different ideas and starting 15 different investments and 20 different businesses. Doesn’t make any sense. Yesterday I was talking about one thing. So this is it. You figure these three questions, you will discover the authenticity you think that’s all I had for today, in my mind. Don’t want to say this. I don’t want to extend this. So that’s all for now. Have a wonderful Saturday, and I’ll catch up with you sorry this went longer. I’ll catch up with you Sunday morning I’ll wake up we’ll record the forecast so that’s all for now take care, bye.
The Power Of Focused Thinking
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome, or welcome back to Success with Srini. Today on the podcast, we are talking productivity again, I have done numerous podcast episodes talking about productivity. So today’s episode is not going to be that different. But it is different. So I want you to hang around with me. Listen to this. And if you like it, please rate the podcast, you’re watching this on YouTube. You can comment, you can share. Well, you can subscribe, you can like and all that.
Okay, so let’s get into this. Because of the kind of profession, I’m in, every time I meet people, one of the common questions, I get a screen is there one thing that you can share about success. This is one thing. Recently, just a few days ago, I was on mission peak, and I was going up. And this gentleman was coming down. And he says, Hi, Srini, nice to meet you and all that. And I said hello in all that. And then it says Sweeney, is there one thing that you can share with me on success? And I said yes. It’s one thing. I hope you got it. But again, when I said one thing, I meant it, it was a deep response. But then I said it jokingly, very quickly because I was going up, it was running down. So what I meant by one thing is everybody’s looking for that one thing. That’s the drive, that’s the push. But if there was one thing, then this whole thing would have been easier. And that is not the case. There are many things. And who knows how many things nobody knows. I don’t know, even though I do lists, I have no idea how many things are there that will get you to your goal. We know a few things. I don’t know what will work for you or what will not work for you. Hence we take our shots in the darkness. Literally, as I do this podcast, I’m taking shots in the darkness, I have no idea what is going to help you what is not going to help you. So we established a common baseline with like, we’ll say okay, go get some focus, go commit to your goals, set some goals. Do you know what card said your time? I mean, we tell these things, all of us, all the experts, all the gurus, whoever has any bit of an influence, they all say this, then how do we know what’s going to work? So when I said the one thing, what I meant was just do one thing, just one thing. And imagine just doing that one thing, whatever you have got going without any distractions, and with clarity, what will happen to you by saying one thing, what I meant was, keep everything constant in your life. Because there are many things in life you cannot change. Changing a job is hard to a new house is hard. Changing relationships is hard. We can’t change these things. Let us keep all of those as constants, and then only modify one thing. And that is your focus. And today’s podcast episode is about focus. And I’ve gone on to say how the book The Power of focus changed my life. And in fact, I’ve credited multiple authors, speakers, trainers, and mentors, on this podcast who contributed to my understanding of focus. I am who I am as a result of their contribution to me. I’ve studied their work. I’ve listened to them. I’ve heard them, I learned from them. So there are many. And today on this podcast I want to celebrate an incredible author, and speaker trainer, John Maxwell, and his work in leadership is second to none. And specifically, John Maxwell, in his book, how successful people think talks about the power of focused thinking. He says focus thinking can do about three to four things. The first and foremost thing focused thinking does is it will harness energy towards the desired goal. Whatever your desired goal is, you want energy behind the goal, then focus on thinking is the way to do it. He says focused thinking gives ideas time to develop. If you’re struggling with your ideas, you don’t have time to develop your ideas, just set some time, schedule some time, and go intense on those goals. That means you’re not focusing your thinking. Now we are in a culture where we are subscribed to expansive thinking, we think about this, we think about that. And we need to do all the 100 things that are piled on things that we have got going around us. But then focused thinking allows you to become selective with your thoughts.
That’s the big one. Becoming selective with things that he says focus thinking brings clarity to the target, how many times you have done things without knowing what the target is, if I can keep on making money, eventually I will retire with a lot of money. Not true. If I keep on exercising every day, eventually I’ll get to a point where I’ll, you know, have the body, I’ll have the health, not true, focused, exercise, focused income creation, focused investing. So clarity is important. Focus thinking does it and finally says, focus thinking will take you to the next level, whatever that next level is, you’re still struggling with your level, wherever you are. And you want to get to the next level, whatever that is for you. Focus thinking. So you have to take time to think through and put yourself in a position to think through to get to the desired goal, whatever those desired goals you have, or whatever that next level is for you.
Now, he also says something interesting, he says, now that you and I all agree that you know, focused thinking is necessary, where to focus on he says three things, the first thing you have to focus on is to identify your priorities. Something that we don’t do, we just flow by with life. We let life happen to us. And we are never in control. So priorities are important. And get the practice, right, the goals work. To identify priorities. So if you have to do something today, if you’ve got this podcast or listen to this podcast and use, say, Okay, what is my first priority, go get the book and read, okay, that’s the first priority. But then your job should take some time, and identify your priorities. That’s where I would start. And then the second one, he says, is to discover your gifts. All of us have gifts. We need to figure out what those gifts are and how to use them, to enhance us to create the big life that we’re trying to create and make meaning out of all this. And then he says, You got to also discover your dreams. Whatever the big dream is, or whatever those dreams are, you need to spend time discovering those dreams. That’s where he suggests that you focus. That’s where I suggest you focus. That’s where I focus every day. Okay, there’s more to this. We’ll continue on this, but I’m going to stop here.
Hopefully, this podcast episode is helpful. We talked about many books, and many authors, specifically when it comes down to focusing on thinking in my mind, focus equals thinking that not two different things. So if you’re an intense thinker, that means you’re focusing, you’re focusing that means you’re thinking, I’ll come back and do a few more podcast episodes, specifically talking about some other writers and speakers, specifically writers from the self-improvement movement that started in the early 20th century, some adulthoods. I did a couple of podcast episodes, talking about the art of thought, and several other books. And we’ll come back to that in the next few days. But for now, this is it wherever you are, be safe, and I’ll be talking to you as early as tomorrow. Stay tuned. Bye now.
Can Hypnosis Help In Overcoming Alcoholism
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Today is June 30, the third day of the year 2022. Today is the 181st day of this year, and 182nd day in a leap year, according to the Gregorian calendar. So that means there are 184 days left till the end of the year 2022. Thank you everyone for supporting this podcast, you may be listening to this podcast for the very first time, maybe you are a subscriber, maybe you are a repeat listener, whoever you are, thanks for being here. Thank you for your support. When I started this podcast at the beginning of this year, on January 1, I thought, I’m going to do this maybe for a month or two at the most for three months, I put myself I made a commitment to myself and to you that I’m going to do this every day for the next 365 days. But deep within me, I was not sure I had some faith. But I was not sure that faith was strong enough. But along the way, your questions came in, and you participated. You started liking the podcast, you started giving reviews. I attribute the survey to your questions. And I kept on asking for questions you kept on asking. And today. Again, on the podcast, I’m asking a question that has come in from a listener of my radio show, who heard the soul this Tuesday, Tuesday 28th was my radio show, listen to my radio show. And then ask the question about alcoholism, and hypnosis, a question that I did not even go into hypnosis on the show. I just mentioned hypnosis only once. And we were talking about habits. And then got back to me with a question and said, Would you please talk about the role of hypnosis in alcohol addiction? Thanks. That was the question.
And I responded back saying thanks for the question. Can you elaborate on the question a bit more so that I can get the context and respond so that my answer is more solution-driven than inflammation-driven? For example, the same question can be reframed as I have a friend, a family member, or a co-worker who has been addicted for over 20 years or 10 years, whatever. They have tried different things such as A B and see, they did not work at all, or they all worked moderately, out of the three see work the best. But again, nothing perpetually. Do you think hypnosis can help? I kind of helped this gentleman reframe this question. And they got back to me saying thank you for responding. I thought you were going to address the role of hypnosis in general in terms, you have summarized it quite well. It is all about a family member who has been battling alcohol and depression for over 15 years and has indeed tried different things, including being admitted to a center for a couple of months and falling off the tracks every few months. Is there a role for Hypno hypnotic therapy hypnotherapy? In this scenario? If so, have you had much success with it? Great question. I appreciate your expert opinion. Thank you. First of all, thank you for trusting me with this question. I’ll do everything I can to answer this because every time a question like this comes in, I understand there are many family members and other people who are involved who suffer as a result of this. So I take this question very seriously. Now, I’m going to kind of give an idea of how hypnosis works very quickly. And specifically in this context, what can you do? Right, so I’m going to make this specific to you and also, in general, make it informational for everybody who is listening. So why hypnosis?
Well, here is the truth, the majority of our behaviors, the majority of our habits, all come from the unconscious part of the human mind. So there is a this logical there is a logical divide in the brain, where we say part of it is conscious and the part of it is unconscious. And that logical divide is there is no physical divide. If you open up the brain that is there is nothing that you find saying okay, this bot is unconscious this bot is conscious, nothing. And the brain doesn’t show anything because the brain is a foundational thing. So the mind is where this happens. So we say unconscious mind and conscious mind logical mind illogical mind. Behaviors come from the unconscious mind, which is again the logical mind it has no logic it doesn’t differentiate and doesn’t know what it’s doing. The conscious mind is where the majority of the conscious mind is very responsible in educating the unconscious mind on what it has to do. Now hypnosis or anything for that matter hypnosis more precisely because I talk, I’m a big proponent of it. But anything that you do, let’s say you do yoga, you do meditation, any mind expansion technique that you follow your practice, the idea behind doing that is to tell the conscious mind, or use the conscious mind to teach the unconscious mind to become conscious. So you’re consciously teaching the unconscious mind to become conscious. And this is a lifetime activity that we all have to do because we can’t control the unconscious mind.
Now, why do we need to do this? Because if the mind itself is conscious, can’t we use the conscious mind to lead our life? Yes. But what has happened is along the way, as we grew up, we were born we grew up, we were educated with trained, so majority part of our life, the first 10 years, nine years of our life, the entire mind was unconscious. So along the way, in those nine years, 10 years or mind picked up many things that it has no way to get rid of. And the only way to really get rid of those things is to use the conscious conscious mind we started developing after we were 10 years old, or nine years old. And as we are growing every day, our conscious mind is becoming more and more aware. But the unconscious mind stays the same because the information that it received very early on, it took in thinking it is the truth. But then the conscious mind as we are growing up, the conscious mind is looking into the world and saying, wait a minute, what I already know is not the truth, I need to tell myself that truth is somewhere else. And the conscious mind is trying to make an attempt to train the unconscious mind to undo the things that it has already taken in as the truth but is unable to get rid of it. So in this context, why are we talking about a nine-year-old 10-year-old? And where do alcoholism or smoking? All those things come in specific here in this context alcoholism? Where is it coming from? Well, when you talk to an alcoholic, and you ask, Why are you drinking? Well, when I was a kid, my dad said this, and my mom said this. And I’m not able to overcome that pain. So that’s why I’m tricking. Now you may look at them and say that line. But there is some truth to it. If you really, really deep dive deep down into them, the truth comes out. It’s funny because somebody who is addicted, they don’t really contain that much information with the numbers speaking their mind.
So a lot of associations happen very early on. I’m not saying new associations did not happen along the way they might have happened. But then every time I have worked with anyone who has gone through some challenges in life, we trace back we do regress. And we get to a point where the majority of the things happened to them when they were young, they were before they were 10 to 12 years old, you know, in the timeframe of five to 12. So whatever it is, the behavior that they’re exhibiting now has to do with the unconscious mind. And doesn’t matter whether the unconscious mind got programmed early on in life or later on in life. Along the way, if somebody did the program, I’ll give you an example of how this programming happens. So you are with a friend who you believe you trust to want to spend time with. But then because that friend drinks, you start joining them and drinking. And then you’re chit-chatting, you’re talking or eating, you’re drinking. And you do that once then after a few days, two times, three times. And next thing you know, you have now established a pattern that you’re drinking three, four times a week.
So what stopped started out as a simple nonactivity, or nonsignificant activity became a significant activity. Now Now you’re finding an excuse to meet a friend and have conversations and you start drinking. So the pact has to be broken. Now, you may not agree that you’re addicted. But if you’re drinking more than twice a week, you are addicted three times a week. Now I’m not talking about quantity at all. Then I’m over 20 ML whatever that is three times a week you are officially addicted. And let’s talk about the case where somebody says I have been I have repressed emotions, I have things that were done to me. I had no control and now I want to fight them and my way of fighting is to drink. I’ve heard that also. So sometimes people drink because they want to modify a dysfunction that was either done to them early on or along the way they did to themselves. So some apathy, some guilt by them, or something done to them very early on. So somebody stepped on the soul, somebody got angry at them, somebody trashed them, whatever. So something or the perceived that something somebody did to them, whatever may be the case that tried to modify that, so that’s dysfunction in them. That’s the complex. So they want to modify the complex. So they start occasionally, drinking, giving them the power over that situation. So they keep doing that. And soon, maybe 510 15 days into this thing, or maybe a month or two into this.
Now, suddenly, you have a situation where you are modifying all the functions to accommodate this dysfunction. So all the other functions of life are now becoming dysfunctional. So you’re driving on the road, you’re looking for an excuse to drink, you are driving on the road, to some important meeting, whatever, then you stop, you have a drink all that so you get triggered easily, and everything else starts to dysfunction. So that’s the addiction state. Now, where will hypnosis help? What can be done in the situation? Now, the so many different solutions to this problem? You can rehab in this specific question. rehab was attempted, and for a couple of months, but it didn’t work. Why does it not work? Well, here’s the answer. If you know, the biggest challenge with alcoholics, at least in my observation, me working with people is they do not convincingly believe that they are addicted. That’s the issue. So if somebody doesn’t agree that they are addicted, and they want to beat that addiction, it’s very hard to really bring them out. So first of all, you have to accept that you are addicted. And the second desire is that I’m addicted, I want to break this addiction. So first, the acknowledgment that yes, I’m addicted. The second part is, that I want to break this addiction, I want to come out of this addiction. So two things, they have to be there somehow. So, hypnosis can be used to establish these two things, if these two things are lacking, and can be used. So there are suggestions that could be given to an individual who is open to therapy but then is not sure why. And unwilling that there is a need to quit. So we can establish the need to quit hypnosis that could be tempted. Now in my personal experience, I’ve seen people who really get D addicted or come out of it. Are those people who already have this meaning in their mind that yes, this is bad. Yes, I’m addicted. I’m looking to get out of this. What can I do? And here comes hypnosis. And bam, you give a suggestion that out, right? Sometimes, it’s easier in that situation because you are authoritative as a hypnotist or hypnotherapist you give a suggestion to the mind, and the mind quits. And they’re out. I’ve seen that happen.
Now 90% of the times, this doesn’t work, because the way alcohol does damage to your brain, it really rewires the brain. It’s very difficult to navigate the pathways. Smoking is different smoking is a habit. Alcoholism is not a habit. It’s the way of life just you know, depending upon 1015 20 years, somebody’s drinking, they’ve gone too far into this very hard to take them out. So how can you use hypnosis? Well, hypnosis can be used to deal with I suggest in this specific scenario, I suggest that you try some detection camps. You try whatever you tried before, but then use hypnosis to complement to make them stay on the path. use hypnosis to deal with panic attacks or any other withdrawal symptoms that they’re getting. Try two different styles of hypnosis, try authoritative hypnosis, try suggesting hypnosis and make sure that the hypnotherapist if this individual is having trouble establishing meaning let them spends some time a significant amount of time establishing meaning working with them to establish some meaning, and then try some suggestions, direct suggestions to see how the brain responds.
Okay, so those are the things I would suggest. Very difficult to get rid of alcoholism, with hypnosis, but with a good therapy plan with a good therapist and player who really understands the subject. It can be attempted, I suggest you attempt it. My success rate, there was a question Srini What was your success rate? My success rate with hypnosis is about 2080 80% No 20% Yes, you get out of it. 100 people I met 20 People were successful 80% were not. Okay, so I’m gonna be very clear with you before I sit in expectations with you. So try multiple different therapists to see which one can build a personal rapport with the subject, then go from there, but I suggest that you try, okay? There’s nothing wrong in trying and nothing wrong in surrendering to hypnosis.
Okay, that’s all for now. I hope this is helpful. That’s all for now. Wherever you are, be safe. And I’ll be talking to you as early as tomorrow. Stay tuned. Bye now.
