Be Who You Are, Use What You Know
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Today’s podcast episode is going to be awesome. It’s gonna be incredible because I scored, I scored. Okay, I’ll tell you what this coding is all about in a second. You see, every podcast episode has a story that is just set up. And most of my podcast episodes here, the setup is usually a question from a listener of this podcast or a listener of my radio shows. And I keep on harping on this saying, Listen, if you are listening to this podcast, ask me a question. Send me a question. I keep on saying that a lot. today’s podcast is based on a conversation I’m having with a longtime listener of this podcast. But above all, a big supporter, whom I met in 2013. Heard me on the radio, came to my seminar, and then became a client. I coached him for two years and now he continues to be an incredible friend and picks my mind, my brain, when and where possible. But he has gone on to create something amazing for himself. So I respect him, he has gone beyond what I thought, was good for him. I wish him all the best. So we’re going back and forth on this text message and he says something like this, he says, “I don’t want to do the one that I’m doing anymore, I want to do something different and I want to transition, I want a push, I want some momentum, I want some force. So I want to talk to you.”
My question to him was, yeah, go to whatever you want to do. Nothing should be stopping you. Because of incredible opportunity for all of us. Anybody can do anything, we have the knowledge, we have the know-how, and that’s what I stand for, I think you should do anything that you want to do, that was the message. He doesn’t agree with that in the sense that he understands he can do anything. But then he has so many other things going on in his life somehow unable to detach, or unable to figure out when to do a clean cut. He thinks, that in order for him to do something different, he has to cut out from the things that he is doing already. This issue is everywhere. I’m sure as a listener of this podcast, as a student of success, you might be also going through this or you know, somebody who’s going through this, I thought it makes sense to talk about this. And I want to shed some light on this. These are the things I spoke to him about already.
So a question for you, I’m sure you might have experienced this before. Also, why is it that people are unwilling to do that which they’re really good at? They have the skill, they have the talent, they have all these years of experience? What is it that they don’t want to do? Where do they lose their excitement? And why should they lose excitement? This is something that I struggled with myself too. I’ve done things in the past. Along the way, I lost excitement along the way I lost all the glitter, the glory, and all that in whatever that is. And I gave up, I stopped. And I talked about this, I believe yesterday or day for yesterday on the podcast to people quit, people, give up or made a point of encountering some discomfort or they encounter some adversity they give up. But this is more about the mindset. So I was telling him, I said, “Listen, why can’t you be yourself? Why are you worried about the opportunities? Why are you worried about other people doing other things?” It’s okay. You know, we all have our own path. We all have our own journey. We don’t need to compare. We don’t need to contrast. We don’t need to feel that we need to acquire something else in order to become somebody who we already know. So I need to acquire something else to become somebody who I already know. Everybody. This is seeing life as a lonely game. It’s an alone game. Everybody’s playing their game. Some people have some gifts. Some people have some traits. Some people have some attitudes, positive attitudes. Some people have some negative attitudes, but everybody has a gift. Everybody has a game that they’re playing. And it’s impossible to compare your game with somebody else’s game. It’s not possible.
In fact, 23 chromosomes from mom and 23 chromosomes from dad at that moment in just that in that fraction of a nanosecond I was born. If there was a delay by another 30 seconds. I don’t know I’m just making this up. Maybe a girl. Maybe a boy, who is much more smarter than me may be much more capable than me. Who knows? There is so much I’m going to share something amazing. This is a true story. My mom was going through a cesarean they had to take me out by cutting her and my dad went to the doctor and said, “Why not do the surgery tomorrow? Why do you want to do it today, let’s try to schedule this.” And the doctor said, “No, we could do it tomorrow, but then it’s better to do it today.” In other words, like they were planning a week ahead, and the doctor wants to do it on Friday, my father wanted the scissors to happen on Saturday. And the doctor said one or two days doesn’t make any difference. But I don’t want to push this too far out. I want to get this done. We have the staff on Friday. We’ll do it on a Friday. And my father was unwilling and turns out that astrologically Saturday was a good day for me to be born. But I ended up coming out on Friday because the doctor wanted me to come out on Friday. Now apparently, because I’m born on Friday, my destiny is all messed up. It lives in their belief systems, I could have been somebody different, incredible if I would have been born on Saturday. But because I’m born on Friday, I don’t have all the great things.
Here’s the truth. It doesn’t matter what time I was born, or which day was born. But now I have the awareness. Now I have the know-how now I have the reach the capability, the ability to do anything that I want to do. And nothing should be stopping me from doing that. I don’t care what my start was. But then I know how to finish this. This was the point I was driving. So if you change yourself today, let’s say you decide you don’t want to do this, you’re a doctor, you don’t want to be a doctor anymore. You want to turn you don’t want to be an attorney anymore. And you are a software engineer, you don’t want to be suffering there anymore. You want to do something else. I don’t know what that is, let’s say you want to do something else, hoping that that’s going to be easy. Let me tell you something. It’s not easy. Nothing is easy. Everything is hard. There are no shortcuts. I kept on saying this numerous times over the years, 11, 12 years now on the radio, and on this podcast now for the last seven months, five months, six months, whatever, six months now, five months. Been driving this point, there are no shortcuts, you have to become comfortable with who you are. I’m more comfortable with who I am than there is a problem. Now, is it possible that everything around us can be changed? Yes. But there’s a cost for the change. And the change involves time, effort, money, and all that. So if I’m an engineer, I want to become a doctor. That’s too big of a leap. I need to go study I need to acquire the knowledge again, time. So through changing, ideally, speaking shouldn’t be changing. The question is what can I acquire on top of what I already have? What can I do to bring a new meaning a new dimension, a new approach, a new concept, an idea a new positioning a new messaging, a new understanding? And strategically looking into everything that I already have, and enhancing it to that next level that makes sense and is relevant and impactful? has some level of contribution to whoever I’m trying to reach or I want to serve. That’s the question. People miss this.
It’s perfectly okay to be who you are. So be what you are. I get this question about businesses and niches and I want to become a life coach. I want to become a career coach. I want this I want that doesn’t matter. Listen, it doesn’t matter. You’re a career coach. You can tell people how to write great resumes all the best. But your game stops there. You tell people how to change words here and there and make your resume look good. You put some good fonts here. Yeah. Listen, coaching is coaching. Vince Lombardi never really played the game at the highest level. I don’t think he ever played in NFL before the greatest coach of all time. How could he do that? He never got drafted. He never played the game at that level. But he was managing a fleet of professional players and made sure that he turned the game around, just not the team, the team that he was quoting now does the whole game around.
So it’s okay. Whoever you are, you are the niche. You are the brand and you are who you are, and nobody else can do what you’re doing. There are numerous incredibly talented, brilliant genius coaches. Let’s take that example let’s say that I’m a coach, a brilliant person. There are so many incredible speakers, trainers, and coaches, and I respect them all. It’s a great profession to be in. Coaching is a profession where you see you get somebody into your life, or you get yourself into their life and you transition them to a different version as a result of your Timing engagement with them. It’s a brilliant thing to do. It’s a powerful thing. It’s like a mom or dad raising a kid. I for 18 years later Ooh, you know, you look at a kid who’s a totally different talking about a kid and different 18 years, my daughter turned 18 today. Okay, that’s where that came from. Okay. It is amazing how incredible a young lady is, she has become amazing. My life changed the minute she came into my life, our lives change the minute she came into our lives, that’s the right way to use what you know, I know how to do this. doing whatever I can. Can I do this better? Yes. Can this be improved? Yes. Can this be said differently? Yes. Can this whole podcast and this message? Can this be done differently by somebody else? Or by me at a later time with a little bit more research? And a little bit more understanding? The answer is yes, yes, yes to everything. But in this context, at this time, this is what it is. So I’m using what I know. Life success is in between these two statements. Be who you are, use what you have, or what you know. Plus the point I drove on the stack, with this friend of mine, and this is the same point I’m making here on this podcast. If I extend this conversation, then there are two other things that I want to make here, which is to give what you have. You have the knowledge you have time you have the skill, you have talent, and you have gifts that are only given to you go share them. Do your best. Find a medium, the best medium that you can find, and use that medium to reach as many people as you can and do what best you can. You are seeking love. God love. Okay, go love. At the end of the day. This gentleman doesn’t want to do what he’s doing because he’s not getting any approval. He’s not getting the acceptance he wants and is looking for love. If you want to do something else where you will find some more love, go to go. Love, even here, even if you, if you just keep doing what you’re doing, but you just love people, you will get the results. Why you have to change your professional identity and everything and do something else so that you will get the love from there are no guarantees.
Okay, I’ll stop here. This has gone too far. But thank you for listening. Thank you for your support. Thank you for your participation. And I’ll talk to you. I’ll talk with you tomorrow. Stay tuned.
The Traps That Stop People
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome or welcome back to Success with Srini. Happy Thursday morning to you. For today’s podcast episode, I’m recording on my iPhone and I’m not sure how this is going to sound even though I like it, I love podcasting on iPhone, but then the environment I’m in, there’s a lot of noise around. Hopefully, this is not coming in, hopefully, you’re going to have a good experience listening to this hearing this. Okay, so let’s get into this. If this doesn’t come out, okay, I’m not gonna post it, will see.
Okay, so I have an incredible thing that’s crossing my mind and this is coming from a conversation I just had with a client, with a caller. And I thought I’m gonna reflect on that little bit on this podcast today. And this is about the traps that stop people from achieving what they set their minds to. So you have a goal, you want to achieve something, and you fall into the traps. That means you get distracted, that means you somehow with all the skills, talents, all resources you have, you cannot get there. If that is who you are, then today’s podcast episode is for you.
Why do people get distracted. Why do people give up? Why do people stop themselves or talk themselves out of what I think is absolutely what they need? I see that happen all the time. And I’ll tell you this happened to me personally, I talked myself out of many things. And there were places in my life, there were situations in my life when there were white people who talked me back into the thing that I was given. So I want to be that individual today for you. If you are about to give up on something, you’re distracted, you’re frustrated, and you’re quitting you are about to leave. I want you to think over it one more time, I want you to go over the science of why people quit. That’s what I’m going to do on the podcast today. And hopefully, six months a year from now you come back and you’ll say, I heard you say it, I stayed. And then because I stayed I have all this today. I want you to say that. You may not say that to me, but it tastes as you tell yourself and even if I help you to get there, this is time well spent.
Let’s talk about you know, what are the things that stop people from getting to the finish line. The first one is based on my experience, the first is temptation. It’s just that something else shows up. Some shiny object shows up along the way. You commit to something, but then just a little bit into it, maybe a day or two or a month or a week or whatever you’re into it. Something else shows up. People started investing in Bitcoin, something else showed up. They went all over the place. You just bought one house, an investment property showed up, and you went into the investment. You bought one car, and another model came out. Primarily, I see this happen in business when people start to subscribe to an idea. They want to start a business maybe online. And here they are trying to build an Instagram business. And suddenly something else shows up. Somebody talks them into oh, you should do this on YouTube. And then once they’re on YouTube, somebody like me shows up. So you should do a podcast. The world moves from one place to the other. I want to start an Amazon business. No, no, no, I want to start a Shopify business. All over the place. You see, most people don’t take things to completion. So temptations.
The second one I have seen is adversities that don’t have adversity. If I interview you, if I ask you questions about you about your upbringing, about the challenges you had growing up, and all the obstacles that you encountered, to get to where you are today, I will tell you, I can probably make a movie out of it. If I sit with you and talk about your parents, what they have gone through, or multiple movies can be made with multiple lessons and their multiple stories. So all human life in general means that we will have challenges we will have adversities. We will have issues along the way. Now, most of the time, it’s the environment, not skill, not talent, not capabilities. It’s the environment. Sometimes you are capable of doing a lot of things. But because you are in an environment that’s not supporting you. That means you are surrounded by people who are naysayers, they pretend to be loving you, like they truly love you, by the way, they do love you. I’m not questioning their love for you. But then, as a part of the love, they say things to you, that stop you from achieving your best thing go with it for a second. I have spoken about this multiple times, also on the podcast. My mom, every time I used to go on a hike or go on to climb why go on a mountain, why stress yourself? What’s there? What do you achieve by going on a mountain? My mom, and my dad, don’t go in the evening, don’t go out at the night. If you’re going somewhere, come back. We’ll never let me go anywhere. I can see why. Because I was born. Literally after 20 years of the marriage. And the firstborn living kid, the couple of kids were born and died ahead of me. And then there was one between me and my sister. So there is a lot of history and I see where they’re coming from. They love me, they love their kids. And that is why they stopped me. They were protecting me. Protect protecting me, they love me. Now, guess what’s happening to me.
You see, I have to grow. Your children have to grow. You have to grow. Everybody, by default, growth is happening everywhere, all of us. You see, I was born, I didn’t stay as a baby. You were born, you didn’t stay as a baby, you grew. So if that growth is happening, the physical growth is happening, then why not the mental growth, not the emotional growth by not the financial growth. So it’s not that we have naysayers who are rude to us. It’s just that people say no to us through that love. They don’t know how to say it. But they say it. But then other people do not want you to succeed. They are also there in the environment, they want you to stay mediocre. And you are caught up you are seeking their approval, you are fearful of them. Because if you piss them off, then what happens to you? So, in a nutshell, you’re caught in between this dual mindset should I make them happy? Should I make myself happy? And now you have split identities? Whose life are you living in when you look at someone who had nothing, has nothing had nothing born into absolute nothing, fights the environment, believes in herself or himself and raises through the ranks and comes up and becomes the most successful, most wealthy, the most happening entrepreneur, a philanthropist whatever, and now known all over the world? And these are the people who this individual found the environment to be there. And these are the stories we hear we listen to. These are the stories that motivate us. See mediocrity and naysayers. Is the problem with people as people always will try to pull you towards mediocrity. This is the truth. They can’t see somebody outperforming them. They can’t see somebody succeeding. It’s weird. Sometimes we will have to go to an extent where they’re like, the success that you have belongs to me, how can you have that success? See that jealousy there is envy. And we’re talking about jealousy. If I don’t have it, I don’t want you to have it. It’s weird.
You see, I struggled in my 20s I struggle in my 30s I could not create the success who am I to feel jealous? When I look at one two-year-old, you know outdoing me 20-year-old soul sub creates hundreds of millions of dollars who am I to question their success has nothing to do with me. They have the talent they have the gift maybe they the 20-year-old paid the price that I did not pay when I was in my 20s So who am I to question and become jealous, feel angry feel frustrated about the 20-year-old adversities. I can control everything but I cannot control who I am born to harm I’m born to and how I’m born into the circumstances that cannot already happen. Now, what can I do? How do I raise myself about the environment?
The last one, the last trap that stops people in my mind, and the fact there are many more but then I’m trying to keep this very compact to the point, I’m feeling very odd doing this on an iPhone, trust me, even though it’s not my phone, but there’s this lot of noise in this environment and feeling distracted. The last one is discomfort. People start doing things. And then a little bit of resistance. They give up primarily, I’ve seen this and weight loss. They’re excited. We got calls in my office, oh, I want to lose weight with hypnosis. And you talk about hypnosis. And, yeah, the calm. And I’m like, okay, and then they get excited. I tell them what they need to do. They start doing like one or to experience this later, like, maybe one or two practices later, or a couple of days later. The like, yeah, have to go and workout still. Yeah. And I need to control what I’m eating. Yeah. I need to sleep eight hours a night. Yeah, they need to drink one gallon of water. Yeah, I can’t do that. Well, if you can’t do that, then you can’t have that. You see, you can’t do this. You can’t have that. For you to go to heaven, you have to die. No, I don’t want to go to heaven. By dying, I want to go to heaven alive. There isn’t a pathway to go to heaven without that.
So people give up. This is a question to you, I want you to ask yourself, when you perceive that something is harder, something that’s difficult, and primarily when the payoff itself is low. I met people in the past. I have six weeks, I want to lose weight. I want to lose 30 pounds in six weeks. And I heard you say hypnosis is the fastest way to lose weight? Yeah, I did. Well, I want to lose 30 pounds in six weeks? Not possible. Now, why not? I’ll start possible because 30 pounds in six weeks big change. The body can’t take it. You can’t manipulate the mind. Well, how much can I lose? I don’t know. A pound a week? Six weeks? Six pounds. Okay, well, let’s try. Let’s see if I can do, 15 I’m okay with that. Okay, fine. You do it. Now as they get closer to the deadline, which is the reason why six weeks is because the son or the daughter is graduating or there’s a wedding or there is something of the reunion in the college and the school, whatever. So they wanted to go to that. They want to look good. The cart gets there. At the start of doing this. They start seeing that’s becoming harder. Their mind goes, Okay, fine. Okay, I am trying, but it’s not working. What’s the point? In I lived my life like this, I’m into my 40s 50s 60s Doesn’t matter what event? That’s okay. I don’t need to lose this week. If the payoff is not there, then they quit. So my message to you is this, I want you to start looking at who getting tempted by other things. Are you quitting because there is the discomfort? Or is it that there are some adversities in your life that you do not know how to fight, I want you to think through these three. And there are some things you can change, you can change your temptation levels, and you can change the way you approach discomfort. And you can also learn ways and means and mechanisms to overcome your adversities too. All you have to do is become a little smarter, a little bit more aware a little bit of awareness, these things can be in your control. And that’s the point I wanted to bring this out. And I wanted to talk about this because these are the common traps people fall on the pathway to success. This is a conversation I was having with an individual who was consulting with me. So I wanted to make this a highlight on today’s podcast.
Hopefully, this is helpful. If it is do me a favor. Share it with a friend and family who you think will benefit from this. If you’re listening to this on the podcast. This should be a place where you can write a review and if you’re watching this on YouTube then, by all means, you can write a comment and subscribe to the channel. And that’s all for now. Hopefully, this recording comes out okay. If not, I won’t post it. I promise you, hopefully. Okay, that’s all for now. You take care, bye.
How To Prepare For The Opportunity
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome, and welcome back to Success with Srini. Today on the podcast, I’m doing something that is not new, old. You should never say that you should always say it’s new. Well, as truth is in self-improvement, Nothing is new. Everything is old. Not truth. Not true. There are many new things, but most of it is old. Okay, so on the podcast today, I’m going back in time to an episode I did in 2016, I’m going to bring that content, that idea back, and I’m going to give a new life to it, kind of put a new spin to it. And the reason why I’m doing this is that I have been part of multiple different conversations, and I’m hearing people talking about it. This is not a question that I’ve gotten. Okay, I want to be very clear, this is not a question from the listener. This is a question I made up myself. The question is this, “how do I prepare for an opportunity?”
I think this entire podcast, this whole thing is all about opportunity. I think this morning, you woke up thinking about an opportunity. You don’t know this, your unconscious mind does know this. You woke up this morning, asking a question, how do I get there? How do I accomplish this? How do I get over my pain? How can I get a solution to my suffering? All that. So in a way the brain is also along the way. Along with those questions, your brain is asking, What can I do to make this thing my own this opportunity my own? It’s asking. Well, there are so many things I talked about on this podcast, but I want to highlight a few things about the opportunity. Opportunity is for everyone. You have, I have, all of us have the opportunity, it’s more or less the same opportunity. It is just that how we happen to something, decides the outcome more than what we are happening to. I hope I made it clear. It’s how we happen to things. So it’s how you happen to an opportunity. It’s not about the opportunity, it’s more about you. If I have to choose between you and the opportunity, I will choose you. And I’ll talk less about the opportunity. Because if we pursue anything, doesn’t matter. Anything with the right amount of skill, time, effort, support, talent, all that we achieve. That’s the truth. Most people don’t, most people do not do what is necessary to accomplish whatever that is they’re going after they don’t do enough, and they don’t put in enough. And we are in a time and we are in a situation or we are in a culture now. Where we want to do less, we want to make more and everything, whether it is about investing, it’s about business, it’s about relationships, it’s whatever, anything and everything. It’s all about how can I do less? And how can I get more? Well, if you live as long as I have lived, and I have lived a lot according to me. That means in terms of duration I’m talking about, then you will come to realize that there are no shortcuts to any place worth going to. There are no shortcuts in life for anything. If you’re doing something worthy, there are no shortcuts and I’m realizing that now with this podcast, by the way, no shortcuts.
So let’s talk about how do we go after an opportunity? The first and the foremost is this. The first and the foremost thing I would focus on i, where do I stand? Relative to, where the opportunity is? That’s the first question I will ask. So for example, I want to buy a house. But if I want to buy a house, the first thing is okay, what’s the price? Well, a million dollars, let’s say, Do I have enough money to put down? Well, if I have enough money to put down my next question is how much will I be borrowing. And if I’m borrowing at what interest rate, I’m boring, because that along with my down payment will decide the monthly payments I have to make? And then once I’m over that, the question becomes says, Do I have a credit score? What credentials do I have to borrow money and all that? So who is going to lend me the money? And all right, I’m gonna ask those questions. Now, once I’m done with that, that means what I’m doing is, of course, there are many more things to it, but what I’m doing is I’m assessing where I stand relative to the opportunity. Okay, so I want you to look into a situation that you are dealing with right now. And that’s the purpose of today’s podcast is whatever you are going after, how far are you away from that? Let’s take the example of your job or your carrier. What’s the gap in terms of carriers not about money. It’s not about the title. Most people go the wrong way. But primarily it comes down to skill. Okay, skill. Do you have the skills? You want to become a CEO, CTO, whatever. So do you have the skills? And if you do not, then how far do you stand away from those titles? That’s the question you have to ask. First, start with skills. See, it’s wonderful when some skills are innate, they’re inborn.
So, you wake up in the morning, you don’t need to feel that you need to learn something, you already have it, you have that in you. Some people are immensely blessed with a lot of skills. But for a job or career in this example, I want you to assess what’s the gap? That’s where they start first, then the question becomes is, what’s the amount of investment I have to do to bridge the gap. Or in terms of investment, we’re talking about time, when I say time, time also includes money. Either you put your own time into something, or you hire somebody to put in the time. So when you’re hiring somebody, then you are giving them money. So time and money are synonymous in this discussion. So I’ll start with skill, I will assist the gap. And to bridge the gap, I will think about investing and investment from my side would be either time or money. When I say time, it’s affordable. So even if you put in money, there is effort, but the effort also goes is a silent denominator between time and money. Now, the last one is supported. Support is people who are not directly connected with the opportunity. People who you don’t need to pay to get their time. Those are not the people but people who care for you. They are connected to you, but they are not directly aligned with this opportunity. It doesn’t matter to them, whether you succeed in achieving whatever you’re going after, or not. But these people care for you. So they’re in a way connected to wait but not really directly connected to it. So these, for example, my mom, my dad, my wife, my husband, my kids, all these are connected, but then they really are not making the calls on the things that I am going after. So you get the idea now, so you need skills, if you have them great, but then if it’s a real opportunity, we will always have some gaps. And depending upon which opportunities we are going after will always be a gap. And I go after to bridge the gap, and I bridge the gap. But time and money and effort are the common denominator between these two, which means there is an investment, and then there is the support that I need to accomplish.
Now, there is one thing that most people don’t talk about. And I want to highlight this when it comes down to a discussion like going after opportunities, which is your mindset. People get excited about something. And they applied themselves for a very short amount of time, they get excited, and they do a few things here and there. They put in some time, they put in some investment. And somehow they also have the support. But then they never follow through. And they quit at the first point of resistance from anything that they’re going through after they quit believe this is where mindset comes in. And this is where good coaching comes in. And this is why I insist. And it doesn’t matter whether you take get coached by somebody who has done it before or get coached by somebody who is related to you, or who’s a friend of yours, or somebody who has leverage on you doesn’t matter, but you need to be coached. And you need to be quoted primarily in the mindset. So you need talent. That’s the first thing you make time for. And then you need a team. If any of these three things are missing, or one of the three things is missing, then you will be separated from the opportunity, whatever that is. And of course, dialing time and a team will all come together only if you have the right mindset. I have talked about this in 2016 and multiple times in bits and pieces over the years. But then this frame through which I’m approaching today, like talent, time, team, and all these three things are connected with mindset. This frame is different. The elements are at all It was talked about multiple times.
For example, in 2016 I talked about 2017, and 2018 when I was talking about how to go after an opportunity. I had a different frame. I remember one time I said this I said you got to have the purpose in place. And then I said you need to be having an initiative You should be driven. And then just purpose and initiative are not enough, you need to also have imagination too. And then I said, while purpose initiative imagination is in place, you need to also have some discipline. And every time you are faced with resistance, then discipline along with courage. Another thing is, courage is also necessary to overcome resistance. So, I have had multiple different frames through which I looked at an opportunity in the past, but this one of using talent time and team specifically within talent, the skills, doing a gap assessment and then bridging the gap with time and money. And, of course, effort as the common denominator, and then putting a team together to support you in that venture. I want to highlight one quick thing here, as I’m wrapping this up. Most people undermine the power of a team. And you don’t have a team, you can accomplish much solo as an individual you can. But then you can’t accomplish much without having a team. So this podcast started out with me as the solo guy doing this. And now, we’re starting to build a team around it so that I can produce more content, can free myself away from all the ancillary stuff that has to happen after I’m done recording this podcast. All that with a team in place is easier. And now I can scale it to a different level. And of course, you need to have the right people and all that in place. But you got the idea. The team is not talked about a lot but then it is necessary for any level of superior success.
