How To Find Your Authentic Voice & Why It Matters
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome back. And on today’s podcast, we are talking about leadership. Every time I have recorded a podcast, at the beginning of every podcast, I say there, and how I got the idea of that day’s podcast. Oftentimes, this has to deal with a question coming from the listener of this podcast, or maybe a conversation in which I was part of the conversation, or I was part of a consultation, or somebody was consulting with me. I take the gist of all these conversations. If it’s a direct question, it’s okay. But then, sometimes when there is no direct question, I get the ideas from the recent conversations, and I present them in a meaningful way. Hopefully, I tried to present them in a meaningful way, as a part of the podcast.
So again, today’s podcast, as I said, is coming from a meaningful conversation I had yesterday last evening, with a friend of mine. And again, as a part of the discussion that came up, actually, a bunch of people came up is there are a lot of books on leadership, and everybody is writing a book on leadership, and why I have not written a book on leadership. And the discussion went, of course, the question was why I have not written one. But then there were multiple discussions as a part of that. And at some point, the conversation goes like this. And I said, that in order to say anything that you want to say, or in order to do anything that you want to do, whether in the profession or in personal life, you need to have a voice. And that voice has to be authentic. And then the conversation became, okay, now that you say, you need to have an authentic voice, how do you create an authentic voice. Because if you do anything beyond that, then they may all sound incomplete, they may all sound ineffective, if you do anything, without figuring out your authentic voice. So that was my point. Now, if you are an influencer, you are a leader, you work with people, you play any of those roles. By the way, all of us are leaders. And that was another point I made in the conversation, all of us are leaders, doesn’t matter, you are alone, yours, secluded, you are lonely doesn’t matter. All. Each one of us is a leader and we are leading something. Sometimes we are leading invisibly, which means our leadership is invisible, only visible to us. And because we are invisible, hence, we don’t get the credit, or we don’t get any attribution for what we’re doing. But all of us are leaders.
So any leadership role that you play, whether you are playing that in private or public, you need to be authentic. It all starts with that with an authentic voice. Of course, as an individual, you have to be authentic. That’s a different discussion, but you need to have an authentic voice. Then the discussion was, how do you build one there was an agreement on Yeah, okay, I get it, okay. Everyone has to be true to themselves, or the leader has to be true to himself or herself. And then from there, everything stems that people agreed with that. If you go back and listen to all the podcast episodes I have done here, as a part of my podcast, in the early part of this year, January, February of 2042, I talked a lot about communication, and why it’s important to communicate in a certain way. And I made a point that you cannot communicate, you cannot communicate, can’t get to the board, you cannot communicate with the world. See, sometimes I run into these problems with words, words unless you cannot communicate unless you are clear. When there is clarity in your thoughts, that’s when you can relate. People can relate to you if you have clarity in your thinking. So the only way to do that is not by reading books. It’s not maybe it’s not because I can’t come here and say a few words to impress you. It’s impossible. It’s just not right first of all, it’s not the right thing to do. And if at all let’s say that I can do it. Let’s say I can use amazing quotes and incredible phrases and all kinds of stuff still, I can miss the basic part which is that I miss sound superficial, I am not authentic.
So you can’t communicate with words even if the words are essential. You cannot communicate with phrases and stories and all even though they are necessary for every communication. But the core essential ingredient for any communication is, how authentic Are you? Now I can go back and edit that word, the communicated word. Okay, multiple times, I said it’s wrong in a podcast, I could take it out. But that’s my true expression. That’s who I am. That’s my belief. That’s how I’m performing right now. So I can take it out and make the podcast sound great. By the way, I didn’t say that. I didn’t say that to make a point, it just happened. And you can go back and listen to what just happened. I didn’t say that. But then my idea is not to make it sound good. My idea is to create an impact. So your voice, whether you say the right word or not, words do matter. But then that’s a different discussion. But then your voice has to be a force in anything that you’re doing. So you raise awareness with your voice, and you make issues stand out, and you make issues important. And as you do these things, you’re creating a posture change. And you do all these things. When you identify who you are, it’s not about identifying people, I get this in business conversations, people say, I need to find the right client, I need to find the right lead. Everybody’s right. We are wrong.
Every individual is right. You know, every individual is dealing with their own issues. I have no right to sit here and judge somebody, somebody’s performance towards me. Because if I put myself in a position and say, what I’m going through, they might be going through, or they might be going through even a bigger challenge than what I’m going through. If I use that frame, magically. Now I can relate. Now I can see. So people say others are wrong, others are incorrect. I have no idea who you are, you’re listening to this podcast, we might have met. Maybe you just happen to discover me now. And you’re listening to this. I don’t know you. But if you are here, let’s say you’re listening to this podcast for the very first time, you have no idea who I am. Somebody may have told you about me, maybe somebody sent you this link doesn’t matter. You heard me till this point, let’s say today is the last time you’re listening to me. Or listen to this podcast. And from today onwards the rest of our lives. Neither you listen to me. Or you will ever hear my name. If you just take these few minutes let me quickly check how many minutes I’m in. Okay, right around seven, eight minutes now into this podcast. If I add an intro and all maybe nine minutes into this podcast if we stop in this nine minutes, do you think that I got attention? Do you think that there is something that kept you here for nine minutes? Think about it. I think so. And unless you tell me I didn’t think so. And again, by the way, I didn’t share anything incredible.
On this episode, nothing groundbreaking, nothing, you know, earth-shattering none more mistakes than any good. If in more mistakes than I thought. I thought I will commit fewer mistakes as a part of today’s podcast, but I have multiple mistakes I have already done. And I know what mistakes are making clear. Some could have been better, this whole thing could have been better. There are some things that I should have been more careful that. But one thing is for sure. You cannot remove the truth which is whatever is happening here. I’m authentic. I’m not talking about a degree of authenticity, some people got to be extremely authentic, that’s different. But you get to the point. The point is people will overlook every deficiency you have. If they know that what you’re saying is what you mean. Anything that you say you mean? They will all look if they know your intention. Your voice is the probably the most effective tool that conveys your attention. Whatever intention, whatever your brain is thinking. Your voice can communicate. Yeah, your hands can communicate, your eyes can communicate, and your body can communicate they do all contribute to the overall concept of communication. Yes, they do play roles. But then your voice can do 90% or more of it. It can convey the intention of the mind.
You can spell stories, you can express stories with good intent with the right intentions, and you can take images that are in your mind and give them a flow through words. Things that you can conceive, you can convey amazing. So why not? If this is such an important thing, right? If this is such an important thing, then why not use the voice to achieve success? Why not work on making it more authentic? That determine the spa power, at least for sure we know if you use the voice slide, there is tremendous power. And why not make it more authentic? How do we make this authentic? Let’s talk about that for a second. The most important part is that you got to be true to yourself. I’ll give you the truth, how I’m trying to be true to myself, as I’m doing this recording. As I get on to this recording, I connect the microphone and press the record button on my laptop. The first the foremost and the only thing that goes through my mind is the listener who’s listening has a problem. The listener who is listening is going through some pain. The listener who is listening is investing some time to listen to my podcast, the listener is in control. Here. My time here is to serve. That is authenticity right there. That is me being true to myself. And I’m here not because I want to be here I’m here because there is someone who is allowing me to be here. I get into you, you don’t listen to this podcast, the numbers drop the downloads drop, it becomes zero, guess what? I’ll stop recording, I’ll stop producing. I understand the importance of being true to myself. How can you find your authentic voice? the question came up last evening and said it’s very simple. You are an in on the face demonstration of your values and beliefs. That’s who you are. You are the face demonstration or an on-the-face representation of your values and beliefs everywhere where we go, we carry our beliefs and values, and in every conversation we have they come out, they come out. I have, I have never been in a conversation where I did not represent my core values.
This podcast is impossible that I record a podcast like this which is going to go into 15 minutes or so. And I do this on a daily basis that my values and beliefs don’t come right in front of you, you know exactly where I stand and what I stand for. And let’s say you listen to this podcast every day. And you when you meet me and you this is not who I am. I’m completely somebody different. Guess what, what I’m saying is who I am, that is a big difference. And at that point, you will probably choose not to engage. And you’ll see the discord you see the distance you see the gap. So your values and beliefs dominate you. So if that’s the only thing that we carry our beliefs and values wherever we go, and we give shape, we give formation to those beliefs and values and represent them through words. Why not? We start thinking about values and beliefs more rather than anything else. Who am I? What am I doing here? How better can I do what I’m doing? How do I discover myself? You ask questions about yourself. Every day you wake up you ask questions every day, every day you ask Who Am I? What can I do better? Why am I here? What all can I improve? What are my deficiencies? What are my efficiencies now that I’m given this wonderful day to deal with myself? How to improve myself and how to improve the world around me. You ask some seriously deep questions that completely change your entire existence every day. You’re not what people do they sit there they ask questions about why this life is like this. Why am I going through like this? You know others are doing so well. How come my life is like this? Weird. In the questioning itself. The intent is representing you can read the intent as people are so amazing. It’s just so funny. It’s just funny.
No, this brain this intelligence this knowledge this no Aha, and this human form is given to us, you know why? Because we can ask intelligent questions. It’s amazing how highly educated, overly qualified, independent, you know, living independently and leading incredible groups and teams and big companies, people, people I meet, ask silly questions. In fact, for lack of a better word stupid questions, Maha myopic they have become, with this wonderful thing that’s given to them, which is called life, blessed life. Yesterday, I made the same comment I said, you know, it’s funny that you all are in a leadership position doing what you’re doing. And then you question why I’m not writing a leadership book. I may not write one because there are too many, I don’t have any unique or outstanding ideas to represent. Maybe not maybe this, I may not write at all. But then each one of you is in this incredible position to do or you’re already doing. And you don’t see that you already have these things in you. Well, I’m thankful that you asked me that you know why you haven’t written a book, I’ll take that as a compliment. But then, if you don’t become authentic, and use your authentic voice to make the changes, given that you are in that leadership position, that role, the title given to you in your companies, you’re not doing that, then you will be unhappy, you’re unfulfilled, you’re not self-actualized, you’re disconnected. And then you live a life that is filled with gaps everywhere. A lot of disconnects are dotted, it’s a straight line with but a dotted line you see. That was my closing comment. Sci-Fi finding an authentic voice is one aspect of the discussion.
The other discussion is how do you develop one? How do you develop one, constantly refining and us discovering the values that are not serving you, you drop those values, bring in new values, look at your beliefs, drop some beliefs, bring in some new beliefs? And reading masterminding having discussions with other enlightened people, all those things contribute towards forming. And that means nourishing an authentic voice. Just having one-word help. Now that you have one, you have to keep one, I made a point the other day to a friend of mine, and he said, you know, in order for me to really stay on top of my podcast, I need to be on top of myself. I can’t come up and say oh, I need to say something. So I will say something doesn’t work. So here’s my challenge to you for today, I will wrap this up because you’re going to fall into this. And you see, there are so many other elements to this, that I could talk about all day. Here’s my challenge to you. I want you to really push yourself and say things that truly represented values and beliefs that say you are seeing something or you are being asked to do something that is against your values and beliefs, to stand up and say I don’t, I will not try doing it. Because if you are in conflict with your values and beliefs, you still agree to do but you are in conflict with the core values and beliefs. You’re going to start experiencing unhappiness. And that’s okay. But if you do it for a very long time, you can’t even find your voice. And that’s why people become subservient. Because they compromise their values and beliefs. Hence, they don’t have a voice. They just follow the big instructions. I wanted to bring it back. If you can make that simple attempt. Every time you’re, you’re supposed to say yes. Try saying no once and see what happens. And you succeed. Try saying no twice. And see what happens three times, four times a day, a week, whatever the frequency is, and see how your life shifts. Because by saying no to something that you don’t like or don’t love, you are saying yes to your core beliefs and values. And that’s a very powerful thing to do. And that’s how you become authentic.
Okay, I want to stop here. Hopefully, today’s podcast is helpful. You found value. If you did, write a review, write a comment. And you have a question for me. Then the number in this podcast is 888-818-0404. Call in with your questions. And that’s all for now. Take care. Talk soon.
4 Ways To Overcome A Bad Habit
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome back. Today on the podcast, we are talking about habits. Something that I have been speaking about a lot on this podcast, and also on my radio shows. There are different ways and different approaches to dealing with a bad habit. First of all, the biggest challenge in establishing a habit to be a bad habit is to start two primary ways to deal with habits one is using the conscious mind which is developing willpower and developing a force and defeating the habit using force. And then there is the unconscious part, which is tapping into the unconscious mind activating you know, replacing some incorrect representations that may exist in the unconscious mind, shifting some beliefs attaching new meanings, and doing completely unconsciously.
Now, the studies show or the history shows, when it comes to the brain function, that majority of our bad habits are deep-rooted in the unconscious mind. So up till now, and through all my consultations and through hypnosis, you know, all my hypnotic hypnotherapy related consultations have suggested that easier to track, attack a habit, and get rid of inhabiting, using hypnosis or any other mind-bending tool, that’s the easiest way to do consciously can be done. And you can use willpower, some degree of willpower is needed. So every time I had a client stepping into my office, and telling me what a bad habit was, that means, a part of the conscious mind did get them there. Consciously, they took the step of coming there. Now once they are there, whether I work with the conscious mind or the unconscious mind, it’s my choice. And I’ll see where they’re more responsive. And I’ll use whatever I get from them their mind to solve the problem. Now, let’s for a second, forget about the mind mending techniques specifically, like hypnosis, meditation or yoga, or any of that stuff. And just focus on your willpower for a second, what can you do consciously, to overcome a bad habit. And I’m going to explain this with the assumption that you already identified a habit and you have tagged it as a bad habit.
So first of all, you have to agree that you have a bad habit that you want to get rid of. So assuming that you’ve already identified that, let’s start with step one, step one is that you’ve got to commit to doing whatever is necessary to get rid of this habit from your system. Or whatever the annoying behavior this habit is creating from your system, you got to commit to it. Step number one. Now, step number two of this process. Now, once you’re committed. And let’s assume for a second that this is going to go away. Okay, let’s pretend for a second, that this bad habit is going to go away. Now, what we have seen is, that it’s easier to assume that’s going to go away because you’re making an effort. And then the only way to really take it out. And the only reason why it went away is that you replaced it with another behavior or another habit. Okay, so there has to be some behavior in between. So you assume for a second, that this habit is going to go away, you’re working towards it. But then whatever time goes into nurturing this habit on a daily basis, that pot has to be filled with new behavior. So for example, you are trying a habit that you want to change. Let’s say smoking, smoking is a habit that you want to get rid of. So what’s the filler behavior? For smoking for a smoker? Well chew some gum, I’m just making it up, okay? Do some gum or go for a walk or be with people inside a room where you are prohibited to smoke? Right? spend three hours a day there, whatever, five hours a day, something like that.
The biggest thing we have seen happen in all this is anytime somebody wants to get rid of a habit. Is that why? Why is that? Do you want to get rid of a habit? What’s the benefit of getting rid of a habit that benefit has to be identified. In fact, there are multiple benefits, not just one, if I stopped smoking, then I can live a longer life then I can be around for my grandkids or I could avoid getting cancer or I would be more inviting to places or I could have better travel or I want I’ve traveled the world and I don’t want to be smoking, whatever, there are multiple benefits of, of doing anything for that matter, and in this specific case, changing a habit. So all those benefits have to be identified. Those are the wise. And you value those, and you know that you are self-defeating yourself sabotaging yourself to achieve these things. And hence, this act, this getting rid of this habit act is justified, justified to the conscious mind also the unconscious mind, okay, so the list is very, very important, I would highly suggest that you write down a list spend few days, don’t just start stopping a habit just because you heard this podcast, right? Spend some time writing down why you want to get rid of it, that’s where that makes a huge difference. Then support system, this is a big part, this podcast episode, maybe support, just take that as an example. I’m supporting you from the side, at least that’s how I’m thinking. But then have a family friend, a family member or a friend who lives with you, a family member or a friend who lives outside of the house, or an extended family member, whoever, you know, different phases, and different times supporting you. And we have seen that people who are close to you have a huge impact on forming clean habits, of course, forming bad habits, but also clean habits. So having them make yourself accountable to them is a game-changer.
Now, while these things are in place, you should also look forward to what are the different things that could otherwise force you to stay in the bad habit while you are making an effort to get rid of it, what are the contributing factors that make you stay on the bad habit? So let’s say you’re trying to control your diet. And one of the contributing factors. For you. It kind of sustained this habit is that you go to parties a lot or you go to meet friends a lot and you go on dinners a lot, things like that. So all these are contributing factors that will make you eat a lot. So can you stop this or at least for a while? And can you modify this for a while, don’t go to a place where they are serving high-calorie food, why not go to a place where you can eat some salads and things like that. Or you don’t want to step into a place where there are a lot of aromas and smells that affect your palate and start those cravings with you. This can be well explained using food as an example. But then this is there in every habit, a lot of things that contribute towards making that habit continue, despite your best efforts to get rid. Right, you have to cut that off.
One other affirmation I was able to use is, that at any time, we are getting rid of habits, and we are starting new habits. So some habits are going away from us some habits are coming into us at any point in time. And in the past, it might have so happened that you have made an effort to get rid of something, and you were successful. So if you look at your life, there are things that you have done that were amazing that you thought were very difficult or hard, but you were able to. So why not bring that mindset or that memory back? Hey, if I could do that, I can do this. If I could do that I can do this, that reference is very important. And the last and the final thing I suggest is everything in life, we live in a life where we need gratification. So at any point in time, we achieve something we need to be celebrated. So you need to have a reward system in place for every habit that you remove, and every new habit to successfully start. So reward in both directions. People only talk about one direction, so a lot of hard work goes into getting rid of a habit. And a lot of hard work goes into keeping commitment on an ongoing basis. So you got to reward yourself.
As I close the podcast today, I want to tell you, that there is a lot of hard work that has gone into this commitment I made to keep this podcast running every day forever. One whole full year. And we are well halfway over the month of April of 2022. And getting into me a lot of hard work has gone into this. And my only reward is that if you listen to the podcast, the downloads go down. If you’re not, if I see that you’re not opening the podcast and ignoring the podcast, and you think that it’s dead anyway, I’m gonna go back to it, listen to it. In fact, recently, I made a decision that if you are calling into my office, and you want to consult with me on an issue or a challenge, the first thing that my staff is going to ask you to do is go to the podcast and listen to the last five episodes. Why? Because it gives you an idea of who I am, how I approach issues and things, how I think, and what are my beliefs? What are my values? What do I stand for? It gives a window into my life, to anybody who wants to work with me, who wants to consult with me who wants to talk to me, this podcast gives them a view into my life. So my only reward in this is that you download and you listen to the podcast. A lot of that’s my only reward, a lot of hard work has gone into this a lot of commitment to keep this going. That’s all for now.
Hopefully, today’s podcast is helpful. And if it is, do me a favor. Read the podcast, and write a review. If you know someone who you think will benefit from this, by all means, share this podcast with them. And then you have a question for me. You know how to reach me at 888-818-0404 The number on this podcast. So call me and leave me a message. I’m going to use your message as a question watch drop in an upcoming episode, and I will answer your question. That’s all for now. Wherever you are, be safe, and I’ll talk to you soon. Bye now.
6 Steps To Create A Career Breakthrough
Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Welcome back to Success with Srini. Today’s podcast episode is for you, if you’re a carrier minded individual, you’re looking to change your job, you’re trying to improve your job, you’re trying to change the nature of the job altogether, then this podcast episode is going to help you. That’s what I think. Now, the reason why I’m recording today’s podcast, and specifically focusing on a career is that, in the last few weeks, I have been very active in creating a career course. Even though I don’t see myself as a career coach, I don’t call myself a career coach. But what I’ve seen happen over the years is that I’ve trained a lot of career professionals in Silicon Valley, I have written a book that went on to become number one on Amazo on career breakthroughs, I have done career breakthrough workshops, over 1000 people to the workshops, and also work one on one with many individuals on the career needs.
Despite all that, in the last few years, I’ve not done anything significant. So I don’t call myself a career coach. And that’s the irony. That’s the irony. But the reason why I got back into doing the webinars in the last two weeks is that there have been a lot of questions coming in. And at the end of these webinars, people reached out to me saying, Hey, do you have a coaching program? Can we work with you, I said, I don’t do coaching programs as much anymore. But if you want, I can probably bring back my group coaching program. So I’m experimenting with it one more time, maybe one last time, where I’m taking in about 10 people and helping them create their next career breakthrough in 30 to 60 days. That’s the goal. If you’re on my email list, you should be getting some emails about this. And that’s the reason why I’m doing this podcast because everything I’m recording in the course is dominant in my mind. So naturally, I can’t talk about anything else. If something is occupying my brain space to that level, I wake up in the morning, I think about this course, which video should shoot, what content to put in what to take out not too many things going on behind this course. And what I want to do on today’s podcast is I want to go to a slide in my webinar. If you were a part of the webinar, you might have seen this slide. And I want to talk about this slide today on this podcast.
Now, every time I have spoken to anybody who is having a carrier challenge, specifically looking for a job or getting a job, and every time I asked them, What is the number one reason why you think you are not able to get the attention of a hiring manager or recruiter. They highlight and say nine out of 10 times that the reason why they’re not getting any response is that their resume is not good. Now once I start talking about the resume, they tell me that their skills need to be refined a bit, they need to learn a few things before they can truly go to the market. And then once I go even a little bit deeper into the skill sets, they tell me that maybe the market inherently doesn’t care for their experience and their skill set. And maybe the market is somewhere else. And they need to go to a new market altogether. So I want to address these three things today on the podcast.
Now let’s talk about the resume for a second. The reason why you feel your resume is inadequate is that your narrative is incorrect. That means the way you tell who you want yourself is incorrect. The way you represent yourself to others isn’t correct. The way you show up at work is incorrect. And that is why the resume is not reflecting your true identity. So you go to work thinking the job that you do doesn’t really add up in any which way you get a paycheck, you’re putting a lot of time, but then it doesn’t really add up. It doesn’t really accumulate to anything meaningful in your mind. And that is why your resume is weak.
Now if you’ll fix the narrative, of course, a good resume will come out of it. But then a good profile also comes out of it. The profile is where somebody looks at you and completely gets the entire view of the landscape. your skills, your experiences, your hobbies, your passions, your entire existence, they get to know you. Now that they get to know you, your resume allows them to explore you, you see. So, the narrative is the fix for a bad resume, an incorrect resume or incomplete resume, a defunct resume, or a deficient resume. Did you get it? Okay, let’s move to skills for a second. The reason why you feel you lack skills is that you think that the market is a step ahead of you or a few steps ahead of you. Every time you think something is a few steps ahead of you. It’s not that you have to catch up. It’s just that you feel you are lacking something. And that feeling of lack of something is nothing, but called lack of confidence. So it’s a confidence problem. Now, is it possible that you may truly be missing a skill? Yes, possible, I’m not discounting that. But then the real challenge is your lack of confidence, let’s talk about how to fix this. There are two things going on the two things will bring back confidence in you. Number one is that whatever skill that you want to learn, you need to allocate time to it. So you don’t plan your time. Good. That’s what’s going on here. And then it seems you don’t have focus, let’s say you do spend time learning a new skill, then in that situation, it’s a focus issue.
So whatever you are spending time in, you are not retaining. So, time and focus will fix the feeling of lack of skills. Because when you stop early time and focus will instill confidence in you. Okay, so we got the resume pot, we got the skill spot, let’s talk about the market for a second. So, when you take your resume and your skills to the market, and you are not getting a response in the market, then what that means you are not communicating you’re specifically in communication, you are not asking, your ask is weak. So if you improve the Ask part. If you improve the communication part, then the response will go up. You see, there’s a difference between response and responsiveness. responses when you get whatever you’re expecting. Responsiveness is that you get some kind of response. Most people tell me that the market is not responsive at all, completely dead. And the reason why somebody is experiencing that is that they’re not having elements in their marketing. Or when they’re selling themselves, they don’t have elements in their sales process that generate some kind of response. It has to, of course, we want a favorable response, you need to do two things you need to connect. And you need to connect with an intent to convert. That means your networking has to be in place. That means you need to know a lot of people which means that you need to spend time with people and all of that comes in.
So there are only six things for an incredible shift or interval breakthrough in your job right now, whether you want to change a job, you want to get a job or you want to improve a job, there are only six things that you have to do. Number one, focus number two time, these two things will bring back confidence and improves your experience and skills. Number three resume and a profile. And in order to do that, you need to have a good narrative in place. Number five is connections. And number six is conversions for that you need to learn how to ask or how to communicate. That’s it.
That’s your entire career right there in front of you. I hope today’s podcast is helpful. I loved today’s podcast episode I see Listen, I’m not a career coach, I told you, but once I start talking, I’m so into it. There’s never a single person who ever came to any of my career coaching webinars or workshops and said that this way started the time or they didn’t get something of value never had anybody. Because I’m trying to get into this. Maybe one of these days, I’m gonna change my name to my title and say, Okay, I’m a career coach. I don’t know why I don’t do it. I should I mean to this, and if at all you decide to join the career breakthrough coaching, which only takes eight weeks, by the way, and let me know, let me know. I’m not going to do this. I’m just experimenting one last time to see if we can create these incredible breakthroughs and people.
That’s all for another podcast. Okay, I hope this is helpful. Do me a favor. If you have a question, you have a comment. You have somebody who you think will benefit from today’s episode, by all means, send it to them. Stay tuned, and I will talk to you as early as tomorrow. Bye now.
