Everest Expedition 2019
This is the recap page of my recent expedition to summit Mt. Everest, a goal that I pursued actively for about 9 years and prepared relentlessly for over a year. This year was a difficult year on the Himalayas with over 30 deaths and numerous injuries and rescues. Due to bad health I had to call off my summit push and descend. The highest I could reach was about 6450 meters ( 21500 feet) I,e CAMP 2.
For the next few months I’ll continue to post my thoughts, some photos from the expeditions, interviews with my fellow expedition climbers and some of my future climbing plans on this page. Take a moment and read the posts, watch the videos and do leave a comment or two. Thank You!
