Happy Monday morning to you welcome back to success best training. Today on the podcast, I want to take a few moments and talk to you about freedom of thought. Each one of us, regardless of what we do, we all are seeking the freedom of thought we want to think we want to experience, we want to be free, and anything and everything that we want to create, or co-create or build or experience, the underlying element of all that is a thought. And that is why it’s important to have positive thoughts and important to foster positive thinking it’s important to appreciate and collectively participate in positive discussions and all that. So everything on this podcast up till now and all my work working with people has to do with positive thinking. And that website, postural positioning.com is a result of all that. So that said, here is how I want to structurally break this concept on how to pursue freedom of thought. Many people talk about this. But then very rarely have seen people implement this. So I want to share with you a formula that I have used across, I don’t know, maybe 300 seminars, at least 2000 people, bare minimum, maybe more. And I’ve shared this with each one of them and everybody appreciated it more or less. There is obviously people who could not connect with this. But then based on my observation, the majority of people connecting with this and appreciating it is the reason why I am here sharing this with you today.
Okay, let’s go into this. What I want you to do, if you are starting right now, then take a paper and write down or draw two squares next to each other. If you are driving and listening or walking and listening to this, I want you to imagine you have two squares on paper. In the first square, I want you to write a story. Just write a story. In the second square, I want you to write glory. Very simple story and glory. You’re listening to this. You cannot write just visualize this. Now, the gap in between is the struggle. So let’s talk about the story. Your story is today. Today, whatever you’re dealing with, the glory is tomorrow. So everything that you’re doing today is to get to that tomorrow. Now glory means not fame, Name, glory could be happiness, glory, could be joy, Glory could be good health. different definitions for different people. The story of today has to create the glory of tomorrow. Tomorrow may not be tomorrow, tomorrow could be a month from today could be a year from today, or maybe 10 years from today. Whatever it is, you’re working towards that. And you want to accelerate that you want to get there very, very quickly. In today’s story, you are unhappy. You’re working hard. You’re dealing with a lot of nonsense. You are fed up with repetitive results, you’re fed up with mediocrity. And you have a lot of friction with everything. The gap between the story and the glory is where the struggle is. The struggle is that you woke up this morning. You had an idea. But everything around you right now in this moment. People’s situations commute, traffic, taxes, credit cards, balances, income bosses, coworkers, everybody is against you. Is against that thought. Each one of them is pulling you in its own direction. And you’re here unable to figure out which way you have to go. So all these things are circumstances.
Everybody is in their own timeline trying to do their own thing. And you are a party to all this. And you are now stretched and you are thin. You have an idea you woke up with you have a desire that you woke up with today, but you don’t know which way to go. So everywhere you are experiencing stress Some agony, some pain, some frustration, and some places are neutral. But overall, it’s an expense. So what you’re doing is you’re sacrificing yourself for all these people, and all these events and all these things, which we now call circumstances. So the gap between the story and the glory is your circumstances that are demanding that you make some sacrifices. Now, if you have enough energy within you, and you have time within you, then you will keep on making sacrifices. When you are out of energy, when you are out of time, then you can’t make sacrifices. The truth is many people keep on sacrificing themselves to a point. They wake up one day, and they realize 30 years, 50 years, and 60 years of my life are over. I don’t have anything left in me. I’ll give you an example. I just met an individual who told me that he worked for 45 years, day in and day out, hoping that one day, he can escape the rat race. And today he feels and he stands for sure defeat. He has no money, or he has some money, obviously. He wants to do something, some business something different. And his circumstances are not allowing him because the sacrifices that he has done in the past did not add up. And he has no money. And he has no time no age. no energy left.
It’s hard. It’s hard. So the question is this? The question is how can you fight your circumstances? Make the sacrifices all we all have to sacrifice? There’s no second thought life itself means pain and suffering. So there is no, there is no shortcut to this. But what if there is a shortcut? I’ll share the shortcut with you. And that’s why you’re listening to this podcast. The shortcut is more strength and more power.
The more you age, the more strength you have. The more you age, the more power you have. What if this individual had infinite power and infinite strength to deal with his circumstances? Currently, the only thing that you lack is the strength and the power to deal with your circumstances. That’s all. And that is why maybe you’re listening to this podcast. That is why maybe you’re reaching out to other experts. Maybe I could be wrong. But I know that for sure. Anytime you ignore some education somewhere, I’ve said this here on this podcast, you overlooked finances. Growing up, you overlooked relationships growing up, maybe you never got a lesson maybe life did teach you. But you didn’t pick it up. I promise you, you are paying a price right now or you will pay a price very soon. In finite infinite price. I can tell you, based on my own experience, things that I ignored and didn’t care about. I am continuing to pay a price. At any time. I banked on my strengths. When I was young, I ignored my weaknesses. Those weaknesses came back to haunt me. Guess what? They also depleted and defeated my strengths. It’s very complex, very deep, but you get the idea. How can you get this infinite strength? How can you get this power? The simple answer is you got to cultivate freedom of thought. The freedom of thought. Your thought has to be free. That’s how you create energy. Energy is created in the mind. In the thoughts not in the gym. Not in the kitchen. Of course, you can do that. But being sarcastic, you get the idea. It’s in the mind. So how can you create this freedom of thought? Many, many months ago, I think many years ago, I shared a formula here. Maybe on my radio show, maybe here, I’m not sure. But I did. In order to have that freedom of thought, you need to do five things.
Five things, you got to have absolute clarity. You should be able to visualize your future. If somebody asks you, What do you want to be 10 years from now, you need to have that answer in you. If you have the answer, the nonsense you’re dealing with right now, it’s not going to bother you. You still have to deal with the nonsense not going to bother you, though. Because you know what exactly you’re going to do 10 years from now, where you will be what we’ll be doing the money, the wealth, the knowledge, the information, whatever, wherever you are going to be in 10 years from now that’s visible to you, then the pain that you’re having now, it’s not going to bother you. Okay. Then the second is, that you got to dial into your feelings. You got to put yourself above everything. yesterday talked about the power of love, self-love, you got to love yourself, when you love yourself, then for sure. You know, your feelings. I know exactly how I feel, at any point in time. Fully dialed into my feelings. I know when I’m feeling low, I know exactly when I’m feeling high.
When I’m not there for others when I’m there. For them. When I’m there, here on this podcast, when I’m not here on the podcast, I know. You can know, sci-fi shows up here with half-baked information, not there mentally, you can hear it I know that been on the radio for 20 years, nearly not 20 years. Now 12 years actively on radio, but in information marketing. In the line of my business, I’m working and speaking to people for over 20 years now, I clearly understand this principle. So you got to really understand the strength of your feeling. Then the third one is your imagination. It’s weak, people can’t see tomorrow, can’t think about tomorrow. That’s why this office today. If for example, I give you this example, I can schedule your next 10 Vacations fully paid. I’ll schedule your vacations, I’ll pay for them. Just not that I’m doing it for them.
And you know the dates when you’re going on vacation? What is your today going to be like? You will start always looking forward to those vacations assuming that you want to take a vacation assuming that you have not taken one. And you need one. And I’m speaking to you let’s say you will look forward to that vacation or those vacations. You will. So why can’t you imagine the outcome? So you are imagining everything. Imagine the best outcome. Imagine the best result for everything that you’re doing. You’re starting your day. Now imagine some good things happening with you imagine.
The fourth one is your sincerity in thanking others. If somebody does something good for you, and I’ve done a podcast on this, somebody is doing something good for you or has done something good for you. Thank them. Thank them. Shameless plug. Whatever, whatever you’re trying to express, whatever you’re trying to say you got to have completeness. If I’m trying to say something on this podcast, I need to have completeness. Whatever you’re saying whatever you’re doing whatever you’re trying to express completeness. Don’t leave things half-baked. Don’t leave your thoughts half-baked. Your intentions. Sometimes you want to do good but then you mess it up because your intention was not strong. You didn’t express yourself so the other party did not get it. Speak, express. Stand up to who you are. because you’re good. If you’re good, they need to know that you’re good. So luckily, this podcast allows me to tell you that I’m good. Not that you are going technology, I’m good but allows me to, I’m expressing, it does better to me than it does to you. Seriously all this activity does more good for me. The only reason why I do what I do, regardless, of anything that I do is because everything I do does more good to me than it before it really does any good to others.
So a simple connection between this all this. You do because it’s a good thing to do. And if it’s a good thing to do, it does good to you immediately before it does go to somebody else. With these five things, then you have freedom of thought and your thoughts are so powerful that people gravitate your thinking towards your thinking. It’s powerful when that happens. And you have this incredible thing going for you where all your circumstances, all this looks small. You know, you might have heard this, you are bigger than your circumstances. So true. Whoever said that is so true. You are bigger than whatever is there around you. Whoever said that was incredible. So true. So I want you to believe that whatever is inside of you is bigger than everything that’s happening around you. You don’t subscribe to that thought now. Then listen, to books, self-improvement trainings, programs, coaching, seminars, workshops, mentoring, podcasts like this, nothing works. I promise you nothing will work. If you don’t subscribe to the thought that you are bigger than your circumstances. I’ll leave you to hear that because this podcast has gone too far.
