Welcome back, happy Monday morning to you on the podcast today, I want to spend a few moments and talk about hypnosis and healing, and how hypnosis helps in healing and the core principle behind it not necessarily kind of becoming overly excited about hypnosis and promoting it, and things like that. But you know, just in the context of healing in general, people have been asking me questions like, Will yoga help me? Should I do this? Should I do that? And what’s my opinion about hypnosis if working for a specific thing could be stress, anxiety, or whatever, whatever thing that they are dealing with? So here’s my general observation. I talk about hypnosis because hypnosis is specifically self-hypnosis is something that does quite a number of things. When done right, it could really set the course of the day and could set the course of the night. And when you do that consecutively, day after day, after day, and night, after night, after night, maybe a couple of times, or once a day, whatever the frequency is, over a period of time, your brain gets trained to act in a certain way. Along the way, some inconsistencies in the unconscious mind can be removed. And you’ll see gradual, slow, but gradual improvement, for whatever outcome, that you are going after. That’s the gist of it.
Now, I can run a whole seminar webinar and explain all that I’ll need more time. But in just a few minutes, that’s how I would, I would explain this and I’ve gone on to say this, you know, when you have two different opposing ideas in the brain, so your unconscious has an idea, the conscious has a different idea, these two ideas are opposing each other. That’s when you have what is called a conflict. And you have the Battle of the mind and heart. And most of the time this happens because you have some false beliefs that are in the unconscious mind that are causing the separation. For elimination, the best way to deal with that is to remove the false belief. So that’s the gist of it. And hypnosis is one of the ways to overcome any kind of unite between these two minds. Okay, I was looking to explain that, okay. So Can something else help? Or if I try something else? And the answer is yes, of course, many there are many pathways to the mind hypnosis is one. And everything works. I’m not here to disqualify others, and qualify hypnosis, because that’s what I focus on. Here is what I’ve seen. Behind every technique. I have seen hypnosis, every technique every time there is a technique that somebody says, I figured out, I see some element of hypnosis. Because hypnosis is the natural state of the human mind.
The human mind naturally goes into a state of hypnosis. If you guide the mind, it goes into its amazing. And if nobody’s guiding it goes into. And there are numerous examples of this. You’re driving on the freeway, and you forget an exit, but still show up. At the final destination. It’s hypnosis, when you are in an elevator, you forget which floor you are going to, but you come out, it’s it, Moses, on a different floor, it’s of Moses, you’re sending important emails, but you get distracted because your child got your attention. It’s hypnosis, you put food on your stove, and you forget something else took over your mind and hypnosis. So it’s everywhere. But here is the core principle. I want to share the principle of healing with you today. And that’s why I was that’s what I had in mind when I started the podcast. There are five things when you put into play regardless of whether you’re using hypnosis or yoga or meditation, whatever it is, there are five things you put into play, that are proven to produce results. This is the principle, the first and foremost principle is you got to relax the body. So hypnosis, Self Hypnosis will relax the body. That are the parts if you give suggestions to the mind to relax the body. Even now, let’s say you decide to relax your body, all you have to do is sit, sit or lay down in a place and then just don’t touch anything, close your eyes, and don’t touch anything, and automatically body starts to relax and you’ll go to sleep.
Very simple. So first and foremost is to relax the body. The second is you got to quiet the mind. This is true in meditation also, this is true in everything. You quiet the mind. Just shut down everything and remove everything from the mind mentally, right? The three things you need to remove from the mind as you are, are silencing the mind. The first is you got to remove the assignment. You got to remove fear and you remove anxiety. And the way you do that is you tell yourself I’m not I want to feel anxious, I don’t feel anxious, I don’t feel I have no fears, I have no anxiety, and I don’t send anything. That’s it, just tell yourself mentally and just stay quiet and stay relaxed. Okay, then you visualize, mentally visualize that there is a wholeness that is coming into you. And a wholeness that is uniting all the parts of your body, you visualize this part of the body and see that it is, as wholeness is completely taking you over, mentally visualize that as different parts of the body come together into one piece into one entity.
Okay. Visualize that. And then internally, you tank the God, or the higher power which of your beliefs for healing you. That’s it. Five steps. People ask, you know, I’m going to this I’m going to this pain, the suffering, how do I heal myself, this is the principle. Now, you use the name hypnosis, you use meditation, yoga, you use whatever, whatever it is, I’m just using the words that I hear all the time. Use whatever, give it whatever this is the newfound healing. This is this, you know, this method, that method, whatever you want to give, this is, whatever, whatever Kriya Yoga, whatever you want to give whatever name principle is the same. I hope this helps you, before you go running to some crazy solution, give this a try. Do this in the morning, do this in the evening, do it for 1015 20 days, whatever duration you can. Don’t worry about how much time you’re doing this. But make sure that you apply these five principles and see how you’re coming together as an entity. It’s amazing when you start uniting all the body parts your mind your soul. Oh, it opens you up to a whole different possibility. Forget about healing it just opens you up to a whole new dimension of life. It’s crazy.
