Friends! This Srini Saripalli welcoming you to the first tele call. Tele coaching call, I call this a coaching call because this is not a selling call. This is a coaching call where we will be talking about how to build a profitable internet business. Now there are a lot of tele seminars ??“ home study courses, boot camps, work shops that you may have already gone before. But what I am going to tell you is I am not very different from any thing you have already seen so far. But I will tell you I am little bit unique. I am not different. But unique. Unique in the sense that as we go over 5 or 6 tele calls, you and I will know each other very well but then you will discover that there is a certain way, a certain method there is a certain approach of going about to a new business and making that business happen. What I bring to the table is that you can certainly set up a web site. You can learn how to put a website. It doesn??™t take lot of time. You can go to the community college and you can start learning how to build a website using HTML absolutely. You can learn that for 6 weeks and you can create a website. You can go and find people who are willing to pay for a certain product and you can bring that product and sell it on your web site. It is as simple as that. That is perfectly every other marketer teaches. That it is what it is. That is called internet marketing. But what we are going to do is to take this entire internet marketing concept to the next level. For instance. What is internet marketing and what is marketing over internet? Two different things. People mix it. They mix them together. If you are not having anything to sell on the internet and you just get on to the internet and start using internet as a sole way of driving traffic to your product or your service. Then effectively you are an internet marketer. You do not belong to any product. You have tens or 100s of products you can drive traffic to. You have different markets, different niches to which you can drive traffic to. That is who you are as an internet marketer. Do I do business on the internet where I do sell products you have never heard about them? The answer is yes. Have I taken just one or two businesses on line? Then I have told you about them? The answer is yes. For example I started out selling and buying real estate using internet. Probably you all know that. That is how I explored the internet. That is how I started becoming an internet marketer. Am I doing something outside the real estate? The answer is yes. I mean there are niches; there are markets where I go into where I go and play. There is a lot of money in that market and there are not that many players. Isn??™t it a good situation in the beginning? The answer is yes. Imagine this. If you really know something you are really good at and you take that on to the internet and no one else is doing it. But there are people who are willing to buy it and they are willing to pay money for it. Imagine what you could do. The answer is phenomenal. I mean people are doing day in and day out. There are so many examples. Over the next couple of 2 or 3 calls I am going to share some of the names with you. Some people there who are selling golf clubs for Left handed Golf Players. Things like that. It is a very unique niche. A niche where not many people are playing. May be there are some people in that niche. But not many people out there and then you go and sell into that niche. For example watch their products. If you go to any small little strip mall wherever you live where you can buy water pumps from these strip malls. And there are certain materials that those stores they buy for purifying water and then there are some materials they buy and most recently I was exploring a possibility of how about I sell these equipments, these parts or this material for these stores that sell water. Unbelievably unique niche. Are there people selling in that niche? The answer is Yes. Because the market is so big it doesn??™t matter how many people are there in the market. So that is the uniqueness to this.
#1. Let us go back one step and see why people fail on internet. The reason they fail because they are not very bad marketers. It is not that they are not sending the right promotions, right e-mails , not getting the right traffic. The answer No. They are doing everything that is correct. The only reason they are not able to get success. The only reason is that they are not playing in the right market. Finding the right market. The only thing that separates a successful marketer from a marketer who is an utter failure is the market that they are playing in. As simple as that. So we will see how to explore these markets. How to go about and use the internet itself to explore the markets. See if you have to find a market that is completely unknown to you, you have to take 10 to 15 to 20 to $25K for a market research company to find which market is good for you and how to go about it. Even then you have to spend a lot of time and energy finding out upfront doing lot of home work on y our own and then tell this marketing company ???Listen I want to sell golf kits for people who are left handed golfers so go and tell me if the market exists for my product. Well what we also learn, what you already know about this is you really do not care whether there is a market for your product or not. What you have to do is you have to find out markets are willing to pay. What are they looking for? What are the pain points? What are the issues they have that you can solve? And absolutely you do not have to have an e-knowledge, absolutely zero knowledge and still create products and sell into that market. I am very convincing when I make this statement.
For example …
I will give you a live example with me. I have no knowledge on how a credit system works other than my credit score. 720, 750, 680 anything less than 650 is a bad credit or whatever it is. Anything beyond 720 is a great credit. That is how much I know about credit. But I discovered; as a part of my daily routine internet marketing exercises like 15 hours on my computer trying to find some times finding real estate deals, some times finding markets, some time promoting my sites, as a part of my exercise I came across a market that is completely untapped. So what did I do?. I say well I can create some thing. I can pretend as if I know something about it. The answer is sooner or later people figure it out that I am a fake. What else can I do. I said OK why can??™t I find someone who is already playing in this market with whom I can partner and can help these people who are having problems. People want money. People don??™t have good credit. So all I did was I found an expert who already knew what he was doing and I told him that I would bring my internet experience to the table, you bring your experience to the table, we build the business together. You take 50% I take 50%. And in the coming calls I am going to talk to you about some specific case studies. I want to share with you some numbers. How much money I generated? How much effort I put in? Where did I get the traffic from? How the traffic manifested into sale and how that sale became converted those people who bought stuff from me or who subscribed to the course, they eventually became my customers and probably on going customers because they have known I built tremendous amount of credibility with them, I consulted with them and they would eventually become my long term long paying customers. Obviously I will have to provide them the service. But the answer is they are good friends now. They are on my tele calls, tele seminars and all this happened because I went into a market which absolutely I have no idea but I found some one who is a very good expert in the field we together decided to launch this product. Can you do it? The answer is yes. Absolutely. If you are coming to my event on April 5th and 6th you will see I am going to demonstrate to you how you can walk in into any niche, any market , absolutely no knowledge nothing , build a product from scratch. You launch the product make money within 10 minutes ??“ 15 minutes. In fact my record is I made $5000 in 5 minutes. This is not to hype it up. All my e mails to all of you have absolutely nothing about fake or anything hyping up anything. I talk about purity with clarity. Two things. So absolutely possible. I want you to do it. You don??™t need to come to my event but you can come to my calls starting to day which you are on the call now and listening or if you are listening to this recording, over the next 3, 4, 5 calls you will see you will see that absolutely you don??™t need anything other than that you need to do research on the market, you need to decide what you are going to sell and then you have to plan how to profit from it. How to decide what you are you are going to sell has everything to do with you and to the market you are playing in. For example you can find the best market. And if you do not know how to go about it, it is a waste. Well you know everything about internet marketing. You know how to launch products. You know everything like me. But I do not know how to find a market. It is a waste of my skill anyway. If you look at this, there are a lot of things to come together for you to become successful in the business. And this is true with internet or real estate or any other business you are doing to day. Things stars have to be aligned. They talk about stars, they talk about luck. When I say about stars, when they talk about luck it is you about understanding what has to be worked upon and finding those things, those areas, for example how to build a website. You learn that. Then how to market on a website. You have to learn that. Then how to get traffic to convert? You learn that. Well once you are done with that then you have to go and find a market so that you can sell to that both products which the market is willing to pay. In fact in one of my last calls I talked about how can you go and start selling. In fact there was one gentleman in my last call who was asking me questions and if you were there in my last call which was like 8 weeks ago some time towards the end of last year and there was a recording of it and I probably posted the recording on my website and if not I will post it.
On that call I talked about analogy how to sell to school students. Education is a great market to bear. And if there are lot of products that people have created and t hey really do not know how to pitch them to the students. Now most people figure out and most marketers have figured out that they can go the parents and start pitching. Because parents have money. Students don??™t have any money. So parents will do anything required to make their children successful. Well if you pitch the parents, the parents are willing to pay. But the sales are not happening. The conversions are not happening. Why? May be the sales copy is bad; t he pricing is bad may be the offer is incorrect. The answer is no. None of those things are true e. We know this. We know the parents will do anything and every thing to make their children successful. People are willing to pay ??“ if the school charges $1000 a month this year, next year they raise it to $1500 a month, the school is good and people are willing to pay. Those numbers will not change. And that is the fundamental reason why people pay $5000 ??“ they buy some thing and pay $5000, they will come back and pay the same thing may be after 2 or 3 years by paying $10k. The reason behind that is the psychology and the psychology says that people are used to high price points. I hope I am conveying the message. Well that is not the case why the parents are not buying for their kids. See every time some one buys there is the influence that plays on that individual. And here the influence is the teacher it is not the parent. If the teacher is saying ???Listen you do not have to buy these books for your kids. We provide them in t he school. You do not need them. The parent is not going to spend no matter how big or how best your workbook is. That is the point I want to convey in the last call. That is the point I was making out. Why there are so many different parameters or threads, so many different things that go into a sale that it is very hard for some one who is starting out to understand and glue these things together to become profitable. And once people don??™t see results they start going negative in the business. I will ask you this question. How many people you know who went into Amway and became negative in the business? I am not selling Amway on this call by the way. But I am asking you this question. Well you know so many people right? Probably you went to explore that business also to some extent. And you probably decided it is not worth it. Well the reason why people go negative is that there is a point where things manifest. There is a point where things start happening. For me it took 3-4 years to really see some success. My book is coming out. Things are happening for me now. I am actually coming out, talking about this. I am sharing my success story with others, trying to build some good referrals and things like that. But to get that point it took me 3 rooms, one garage filled with books,tips everything else that you can never find and then about 3 years of sleepless nights and even today I work for 18 hours a day and all these things they take time and it is going to happen.
The question is you have to play enough you have to be in the game for the longer duration. It doesn??™t matter what market you are in. There are people who started out with $50-$60. I know a good friend of mine started with $50 on the internet. I am not a big story like him but he made $1M in the second year of his business. To day he is up to $3m I am talking to him to come and speak at my event. I am not supposed to talk about this on this call but I got excited and shared it with you. I am talking to him to get him into the event and let him share his success story how started out with $50 and went out to become multi millionaire on the internet before even he is 21 years old. I do not know he is 21 years to day. So finding a market is very critical. I will tell you. You learn everything that you are to learn whether you are learning from this call or you are going to some other event, workshop or whatever you are doing, learn from any one from whom y you want to learn from but remember this. If you really do not know how to identify the market and you are actually getting pulled back and pushed back and you are procrastinating, don??™t launch your product or don??™t launch your idea on the internet hastily and unprepared. Don??™t do that. It is not going to work. It has never worked for any one it is not going to work for you. We know that. OK. Let your passion lead into your market. Whatever you are passionate upon. Decide what ever your passions are. If I ask you what are you are passionate about you probably can ??“ may say one or two things from the top of your hat right now. But imagine this. You may be passionate about 20 different things. An average individual has 7 or 8 different passions. This is proven. This is a research it was done People have 7 or 8 different passions. People have skills in 20 or 25 different skills. Talking about passion and skills. Let me actually step back. If you really want to have a substantial business no matter where you are, your passion has to align with your skills. Skills can be learnt. Passion cannot be created overnight. You can learn the skills. You can hire people who have the skills. Well you can also hire people who have the passion. But if you really do not have the passion you will never hire the people who have the passion. So it is counter productive. So you can only hire the people who have the right skills when you have the passion. So you have the passion you hire the people who have the skills and you have a successful business going or you acquire the skills. People who fail in business are those people who do not have passion and who do not have skills. There is no second question about it. Obviously there is something else where people are operating in wrong markets. They are passionate about it. But markets can change. Five years ago, I am sorry 7 years ago gold was an excellent buy. Excellent buy. Three years ago it was a tough buy. To day it is an unknown market. Whether to invest in gold or not it is a little bit unknown. But history tells you that when dollar ??“ when currency becomes weak it is better to invest in hard tangible assets which are t real estate, gold or things like that. Well gold has liquidity to it. Real estate has no liquidity given the market we are in to day; real estate has absolutely zero liquidity. So gold is a good investment to make. Well if you are not passionate about gold and if really think great good about gold you will probably never go into it any way. That is what happened with me. I was never passionate about gold . I always knew that gold is a great investment because I was reading Warren Buffet and other people; doing my own research on stock markets and things like that I never took that serious. But gold was turned out to be a normal investment.
Let us move on. Sports Are you interested in any sports? Every one is interested in sports. Sports is an area you want to focus on in your business. Absolutely by all means. Day care business. Are you interested in starting a day care business or are you helping Day Care to generate more revenue, retain more people, retain more kids, what ever that is. Do you have pets? Interested in pets? Are you interested in Charity? Are you interested in voluntary work ? Do you have some knowledge that is specialized in how to cu re people who have tuberculosis or people who have some ailment that is very hard to cure? Do you have any specialized knowledge? You need not be a Doctor by the way. Don??™t need to be a doctor. But if you have any specialized knowledge. Think about it. Think it very hard because that is going to make you or break you in the business. The reason why I am emphasizing with so much of power , or so much of force because I want you to understand this. You will never come and blame any one for your failure. You will never say that you went t o this seminar, this workshop that guy and these people they took my money just away and all these things are fake. Please. That is not the case. The case is you have to understand. Every one who is talking and sharing things with you have some experience and some knowledge and they are doing that with a good intention and the onus is on you to make that business work for you.
Between now and next week when you have 20 or 15 or 5 different passion or skills you have written on the paper please don??™t thing about them. Please write them down. Because that way you will know that you are very serious about it. We will narrow down that list. We will find the right market that you will go into. Now if you are coming to my event that is on April 5th and 6th I tell you this by the time you will come there you will have your market identified. You have your market clear in yo ur mind , how you are going to do about that market and if you are smart enough and have the right skills, if you are following t he instructions exactly I am giving you between now and the next 30 days you will probably have your business up and running by the time you and I meet.
So moving on. Two different things. #1. Well let us start with this. Build your Plan. Planning is very very important. Planning is not about finding markets. Once you found the market, once you know about what you sell. Selling means you might be selling your knowledge you can package that know how into a website or into a set of CDs, or DVDs whatever that is , you will package your knowledge absolutely no problem . But then you may see that well I don??™t have any knowledge but I know how to fix cars. I know a car that needs lot of recurring parts. No matter how many times they change a part. It fails. So I have a source from where I can get it for a dollar and sell it for $500. Can I use the internet and do it? The answer is yes. Absolutely. Right? So sourcing the right product to the right market is something that you also need to explore. So write those things down as you go along and you will explore the ways to position them. So building a plan is very very critical. Understand that a plan involves traffic obviously. Web sites obviously. But a very full blown business plan . For example How do I fund my business? How long it has to be in a stale or stealth mode before it becomes profitable. Do I need to work 90 days, 120 days, 6 months, 9 months before profitability kicks in.
How do I know that my strategy is incorrect? How do I know that the business is not working for me. What are my test points. What are the points. For example if you are selling $700 product ??“ let us say $100 product. And six months from now you will have absolutely zero sales. How do you know that it is the price point which is making people to buy from you. Do you know that? The answer is well. How do you know that. May be the price is a problem. May be the market itself is a problem. How do you know that? When do you exit ? If you are taking notes, good companies- good companies know their exit strategies before even they have a business going. If you are building a business to day , you have nothing to do with internet, you have nothing to do with anything that we are talking here. But if you are running a business or planning t o run a business Please have an exit strategy. Your exist strategy could be that you want to leave your business to y our grandson that could be an exit strategy but please do have that in your plan. OK. Two actions. What are you going to do to build that business. Actions are very different than plans.
There are so many different formulas around how you become successful in life. The way I look at this is there is a three step process. One is the attitude. 2nd. Is the Action . 3rd. is the skill. So attitude, skill and action or action attitude and skill. Whatever way you want to do that. But #1 is the attitude. Do you have the right attitude for the business you are doing or you are planning to be in. Do this if you are already in the business to day and you are making $100K a month Let us say half a $m a year which is $50K a month and you are not able to scale the business up to the next level ? Ask this question to yourself. I guarantee you t hat nine out of ten times the problem is with you. The problem is with me. The reason why my business is not scaling the problem is me. There is no problem with the market. Because the market is already paying you $50K a year. Have you capped the market. The answer is no. Half a million dollars is what you can make as one individual may be with 20 employees, may be 1 5employ ees, that is not the market cap that you are going after. The market is very huge. Only thing that is, there are certain areas in the way you operate your business, you have to augment in terms of people, in terms of skills in terms of essentially scaling it up.
You should never ever raise the price of something just because you want to make more money. Effectively you lose customers. Raising the price is probably the last strategy any company looks at. The reason why I am telling you all this is because I don??™t intent to tell you how to build $5K a month . I intend to tell you how you can make $50K a month. That to have $50K dollars a month from your business from your internet, you need to have at least a million dollar strategy in place. If the foundation is not strong, there is no way that you can have those conversions, those profits at that level. Let us talk about how people how they scale their existing businesses. Now that we are on the topic. Well ??“ they scale their businesses because they do what is called up selling. Which is you come to my free event and you buy my $3K home study course in the back of the room and then you done with it, you really love it and you really seeing so success with it and you come back to my executive coaching programme and you pay $25K for that and then you really love this. This is making you lot of money. Then you become a life time partner ??“ some thing like that.
So there is an accession model in built into the product. Well not all markets can do that. You cannot sell a work book to a 7th grade student and then you expect to sell an higher quality work book just because they for $500 they pay 20 bucks for the first one. The answer is up selling may not work. When up selling doesn??™t work people what do they do. They do cross selling You bought a book from me. May be you may be interested in an I pod because a book and an i-pod they go hand in hand because now you can buy the same book in a digital format and you can play that in your i-pod . So people do cross selling. Companies do cross selling. Well they also exhaust their options as far as cross selling goes. What do they do? Then they go into inventing new products for those customers. Well invention takes a lot of time. You cannot create lexus over right. It doesn??™t happen. It takes lot of work. It takes craftsmanship. It needs lot of planning preparation and all the things that go to creating an automobile. It takes lot of time. And then you have to retain these customers so that you can up sell or you can actually make this offer to these customers. So that is why if you look in to day and go back into history or you look to day what Google has. Google has a search engine or Google has adsense or Google has adwords as their prime products. That is why they make their money. Adsense and Adwords are the prime products where Google makes the money. Well Google have anything else? Well they have lot of products. None of them are in production. All of the products are in beta.
There are lot of companies today make millions, in fact billions of dollars by just selling one or two products. They have tons of customers. High paying customers. But that company doesn??™t have enough band width to go and create a second product to go and sell it to customers. Or can do partnership with other companies and cross sell to its customers. Again, reason why I am telling you this is in your plan whatever you are trying to do has to be very clear. You write in a book. By all means you write a book. But the book has to have a million dollar strategy.. even a multimillion dollar strategy behind it. If not just don??™t do it. You are starting a web site. Don??™t do it because you wanted to do one website and just wanted to sell one product. No. Think at least 2 or 3 or 5 different products ahead in time. See how you can glue these things together to get the business you want to create. So attitude, action and skill. Action you have to continuously work at it. No matter what ever you are doing. You have to work very hard at it. If some one is telling you that you can just work like two hours in pajamas, out of your bed room or garage and build this million dollar business, please. Yes it can be done. People have done it. But this will not work for you. I am telling it now. It will not work for you. If it works for you then you are blessed. You are lucky. You got stars aligned for you. It so happened that you were there at the right place, right time and it happened for you. It doesn??™t happen for every one else. It is as good as hitting a big lotto or big prize on los vegas or gambling. Whatever that is. So actions are very critical. Get ready to work very hard. Work like 6 to 8 hours in the business if you really want to do it. If you have already a business and you want to take that business on line, incrementally you have to work very hard making your online business happen.
. Budgeting ? Very critical.
Let us talk about tracking results. So budgeting is very important . If y ou maintain spread sheets and you see your budgets. Do that. I use quick books in my budgets. I maintain my budgets. By all means track budget, budget, budget. That is #1. The next one is tracking. How do you complement the budget? How do you reconcile the budget? Which you can track. Where am I spending my maximum dollars? If I am putting a dollar to buy traffic is my one dollar is generating $1, 1 cent, 2 cents or 3 cents or 10 cents so that I have a profit at the end. Is it doing that? You have to track. Track across all the sources. Paid, free irrespective of where the traffic is coming from. Testing is very important. #5 is refinement. Refine your strategy. See the key to success in any business is that you have to fail quickly. You might have heard this before from some one. I am telling it again I am reinforcing upon you. You have to fail quickly. For example if something is not really working quickly I have to move on. I cannot sit there and say well this guy told me to do this. I tried doing this. It didn??™t work. I went to Srini??™s call and he told me to do this. I did that. It dint work and the guy lied to me. Well if you look at it in classical terms Yes I lied to you. I might have lied to you because the data you have, you are having with you is true. That is what I am doing in my business I am seeing some success with it.
To Call a campaign successful or failure you need to have enough amount of data. Well to have data? you need to be testing. To test you need to take action. To take action you need to have a plan and to make everything happen you need to have a budget
After all these things together you need to keep refining yourself. Imagine this. If you have a McDonalds or a Burger King and the business doesn??™t work out for you your task is finished because that takes half a million dollar investment. On the internet you can start a website for $50 won the traffic, it doesn??™t work out for you , you move on do some thing else. Eventually when you try doing multiple things, eventually there comes a point where the point of infliction happens. And or the point of dipping point. It is present in the book called “Tipping Point” by Malcolm Gladwell. It is called Tipping point. At the Tipping Point you will start seeing results.
If you ask any successful people why they are successful in whatever they are doing the only answer they will tell you is that they tried it enough about longer time they gave 100% of their emotions, their blood, their sweat to their business to make it happen. So that is it.

Tell me what business you are going to do. That is the question to you. How are you going to answer the question. That is what I am asking to do. Take a paper, sit down and write 5 or 6 or may be 10. Whatever it is. Things that you are interested in and you are very passionate about. Make 3 columns on the paper. One is you are all passionate bout. May be you are passionate about music. I am very passionate about music Write down about music. I want to sing, I want to teach people how to sing or I will teach people how to dance. Whatever it is. I want to learn how to dance. What ever it is?. Just write down all your passions what ever you are passionate about and write down whatever the skills you have learnt over the last 10 or 15 years you have been working or you have experience in doing things at work anywhere else or write down all the skills you acquired and your skill would be Excel or using Microsoft word. Using power point. Using photocopying paper. It doesn??™t matter whatever your skills are. Write down the skills. Or it would involve I can drive a Ferrari 500 miles an hour on a free way or 100 miles whatever it is. You just write down whatever your skills. What ever you are gifted just write it down and then what we will do in the next all is we will take those ideas whatever you have written down or you are passionate about we will go and do what it is called market analysis. And you can do that analysis in less than 20 minutes to see if you can spend a dollar going into that market. Am I clear sir?
What is the first column?
First column is passion. 2nd column is your interest. 3rd. is your skill. You are skilled. whether you have the right skill for that passion and interest. So what ever you write in the 3rd. column has to align with what ever you are putting in the 1st. and the 2nd. Column.

What I am saying is when you write down your passions and your interest, those will help you to go after a market. Now you can write ten different passions and ten different interests , you can write them down. But when you do ??“ when you start doing the research you will not find a single market which is good going into. Right? So if that is the case you then you will be left out without a market to go after. Then what you do? Then you have to decide ???Well I have a market which I have no skills, no passion, no interest and what can I do selling in that market ??????? that is what happened with me. If you can find a market that aligns with your passion, it become much easier. You can run the business in your sleep. Practically you can run the business in your sleep. If you cannot do it you will be struggling, you will lose money , struggle and you will give up. That is the whole point I am going to make.
So once you decide that you have a market of your passion, you are passioned about, the idea is ??¦??¦
Well the idea is because you are doing the business on the internet that means there is a market for. That market will consume the product or service that you are providing over the internet. That is the idea. The idea is you will then decide on the kind of the product based on the kind of money that market is willing to pay. Just about 3 months ago we sold $600 training programme on how to fix your credit, how to get money with no credit or less credit. Whatever that is. Why we charged $600 because people are willing to pay thousands of dollars to get that information and if they get the money they are look for, the course is paid off essentially. So that the whole idea behind this. As a part of the market analysis you will do not only find out whether it is a viable market, you will also find out what kind of product you can give, t he kind of product you can sell decides your life style and it will decide the amount of money you can make and things like t hat. See I know lot of marketers. This is very big inside. I know people who have 100s and 1000s of websites and they don??™t make good money. I also know people who have one website and make millions of dollars out of it. Why was the difference. The difference is the guy who runs a million dollar website, figured out what can he do and he found a way to milk t he entire market compared to the other gentlemen who has 100s of web sites they are all up and running none of them are making any money a few make little bit amount of money so that he can go to all the workshops and seminars. That is about it. So the whole idea is that you have to some how align yourself with the right market if not my friend we don??™t have business. As simple as that.
By the by are you going to run this terrific programme a gain?
People are asking for it. We have not decided on that. But we may open it up. Open it up for 10 people first release and we close it down. And we don??™t want to make it a commodity that you go and buy any time you want to buy. It is not about that. If you want to provide real value for those ten people who came to that programme. That is what about we struggled for 90 days and worked hard to provide good value and that is the other thing too. The question is successful marketers, good marketers who have intent they know when to actually align and when to associate and disassociate with a market , with a product. If you look at great products t hey all expired. Good products, Good cars, Good models ran for 10 years, 15 years and they were taken out by the companies. Why? They know that it has saturated to a point where it cannot be offered any more. #1. #2. they also figured out that the product is not bringing any value beyond certain points so it has to be taken out selling the wrong products to the right customers. No.2 is that they don??™t want to dilute the effect of the product. What we taught in the product is very unique and very different and the first batch went out they did some thing. They are out. The 2nd. Batch when they come in , all these people are not going to the same Bank and doing the same thing and they flag in everyone out in the game. So that is why we are carefully launching it and launch but again not right away.

That is my thought process. And this is the perfect time to be in. Most of you who know me very well I started as a real estate investor, I even to day I continue to buy real estate for myself and even then I know real estate marketers around the world, people whom I meet every other week end when I go to the events they are buying real estate in the US to day. Because they make so much money outside they are pumping the money into US. So I tell you this is the great time no matter where you are, no matter what you are doing to get started whether you start listening to me or you start listening to some one else or whatever you do you just go and do it because everyone has to be on line sooner or later. You have to have website sooner or later. If you say no today, may be your kid is going to have it tomorrow. So sooner or later you have to learn these skills. You better you start it now. That is my message. That is what I am doing. I am learning as much as I can. I am sharing as much as I can. Obviously I run a business. But my intent is, as I said very early in this call is t o get some testimonials. Next five weeks we are going to talk about a lot of stuff we will talk about Web2.0. Where this whole thing is going? What is going on with it? The whole economy is bad with technology . the internet economy is very very strong. It is amazing. People are buying on line. Sales are happening. Every day I have a sale on my site. One or Two or may be 15, 20 some times. One or two it is happening. Why it is happening because people are so conditioned to buy on line. They don??™t have money to travel. They don??™t have money to pour gas in the cars. Still they need to buy. Do you need how many people buy from Amazon. They buy groceries on Amazon. Because Amazon does free shipping. These are all shifts in the market place. I believe I am going to share with you we will go very deep into this.
