Here is the complete transcript of the podcast
Today’s podcast episode is going to be a little different, has a refreshing angle to it. Because what I’m doing now on this podcast has never done this before. So today’s podcast episode is for you, if you are a reader, you believe in reading. And you believe in reading books, not listening, reading. And you also in your heart, you know, that you can gather more wisdom, knowledge information that is already there in the books. And books are the perfect medium for you to enlighten yourself. And if you believe in that thought, then today’s podcast is for you. So here’s what I’m doing. I’m sharing with you three books that I read as often as possible. And a majority of the podcast episodes here, and everything I’m talking here, everything I’m talking on air, every, every time I’m deep, I’m dealing with people’s problems and situations, and I’m working with individuals everywhere. The knowledge and wisdom from these books have dominated my mind. And the reason why I’m sharing that now and today are that I these three books, and I’m rereading them before the end of this year one more time. There are many books that I reread. Sometimes I read for information.
The first time around for information second time around for knowledge, the third time around for reference, fourth time around because I’m in putting in a situation I really want to deal somebody with somebody’s problem or with my own problem. And I know that that book has the answer somewhere. So I have to go back again and read it every time I read, I derive a different meaning from the same content. So that is what a good reader does, is read the same thing and derive a different meaning. So here are the three books I’m going to I’m not going to go into each one of these books, because these books are there in the in literally in the public domain, not public domain, but in the front. And it’s there. You might have seen these books at the bookstore, or you might have seen them online, there is nothing that I need to talk about these books. So the first book, on which I’ve done multiple podcasts here is called the PSYCHO CYBERNETICS by Maxwell Maltz. The more I read this book, the more I feel, I’m inadequate, and the more I feel a deep emptiness within my heart. The more I read this book, there’s something about this book that I do not know I lack words when I talk about this incredible book, game changer, a life changer for me personally. And this book has changed many more people’s lives. Ever since it came out. I think it came out in 1960. And ever since it has been a number one selling book, always on the top 10 bestseller list ever. Crazy. This book is amazing. I’m gonna read it this book again this year, I’m telling you because I want you to read, okay, it’s very simple. The second one is thinking Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, the book that started the self-improvement revolution, practically speaking, if you ever want to become serious about self-improvement, and you want to become serious about your thinking, you want to become rich, you want to grow, all Think and Grow Rich, is that the name of the book, but each one of those words individually, is the reason why you need to read this book. So you want to think big think better.
The first word is thought, grow, you want to grow yourself. You grow emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, whatever ways you want to grow yourself. If you have read this book, and you want to become rich, then obviously, read this book, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. That’s the second book. And the third book, which actually is the first book on my list. And this is a book that. I mean, I don’t know how many times I have read this book. This is a book that I would make it compulsory in school. This is a book that will make it compulsory in college. I’m going to give this book to married couples. I’m going to give this book to people in relationships. I’m going to give this book to somebody who just lost their partner just lost their business or just is about to lose their life. This is the book I’m going to give them. This book has answers to some of your deepest and most difficult questions. This book has answers to your questions that you cannot ask yourself and you’re left alone. Forget about you asking somebody else that’s how deep this book is. Man’s The Search for Meaning Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, get this book, read it. If you come with a problem, and you consult me, which I’m not asking you to, but I’m just giving you a frame, of how I’m thinking, every time anybody who came up to me and told me that I have a problem that I’m dealing with, I’m suffering through this, I don’t know what to do the tried different solutions, different techniques, nothing is working. I tell them, I have told them, nothing I will do will work either. And the solution is in this $10 book, go read this book, I just give that book to them. So many people, I bought this book I gifted, just literally gifted this book away. So many listeners on my radio show, when I used to do book drawers, I used to send books to people, which I still do. I give this book away. Man’s Search for Meaning, Viktor Frankl, I believe the second third fourth fifth book, the best book was ever written. I don’t know which one is the first one yet. I’ve done a podcast on this also talking about this book, too. So these are the three books I’m reading this year. One more time, this is these books will give me the footprint, the platform, the grounding, the elevation, the flight, and everything I need to really start my 2023 in a big way. Don’t look at this as 2023 and 2022. That’s not the point here we are doing. I’m doing this podcast. And we are right now here at this time of our lives on this date. But doesn’t matter if you listening to this and yet 2029 Do the same. I started reading these books just about four years ago. I try to catch them at least once a year. And this year, I’m catching Man’s Search for Meaning for the third time this year. If I do not if for sure, I’ll read this year. And I want you to tell me if these three books were helpful to you. And how many of these three you are able to read this year before the end of this year? So I’m challenging you to read this year. I’m challenging you to reread them this year.
That is the idea of this podcast episode. And that’s all I had. Have a wonderful, incredible Sunday. And tomorrow. I’ll be here. Brand new week, the Thanksgiving week. And I have several other questions that I have to answer and some other of my own ideas that I want to share with you. So stay tuned, appreciate you, being a listener, appreciate you being a subscriber. And you’re finding value here. You’re finding anything good that I’m sharing with you? Not all of that I’m sharing is good, I understand. But at least if you find some value in it, do write a review, do rate this podcast. And that way I can reach some more people. That’s all for now.
