Good evening, everyone. Thank you for tuning in, I’m Srini Saripalli. This is Success with Srini, a show on Human Design, Human Engineering, and Human excellence. I’m here every Tuesday between 6:30 and 7 pm. My goal, my intent is to have an incredible conversation with you about your goals, about your aspirations about your ambitions, and such that you can have a dynamic living, such that you can set goals for your own self and you fulfill them and leave and live a meaningful life and leave an incredible legacy. That’s the idea behind the show, we pick a topic, one unique topic every week. And we talk occasionally if I have a seminar, or a workshop or an event that I’m doing, I invite, you know, promote that on this event. And sometimes very rarely, very rarely, a guest maybe you know all that. But the idea is simple. The idea is that I want to have a conversation with you. And the show is monotonous The show absolutely has no meaning. If this doesn’t impact you, it doesn’t impact you. It takes some pain away from you takes some suffering away from you, it instills hope in you, it puts optimism into you. If those things are not happening, there’s no point in official from me doing from this side, it’s very hard for me from the side, because I don’t see you I don’t know who is listening. It’s very hard to imagine the listener and what state they are in and what challenges they are going through. And just do a show like this. It’s hard and primarily it’s also hard because, you know, you probably are not tuned in to listen to a self-improvement talk is listening to music and John the music. And I happen to show up in the middle of the show up in the middle. And I want to have a conversation with you. But here’s what I want you to do. I want you to stay with me for the next five minutes. If you think there is value in this conversation, then stay with me. If not, I completely understand. You’re probably just a casual listener, you have no idea what this show is about. And all that may not have the mindset I have is everybody just happened to be listening to the show.
I have a few connected listeners who are who tune in and they do send me messages beyond the show. But then my idea is just that you’re just happening to listen to the show, and then you get some value out of this and then you become a candidate listener. That’s my goal. You know, financially, politically, they have achieved a status. And, naturally, we want to pick their brain because they have already established the path to success. So we pick their brain, every host, wants to talk to somebody who is already successful. And something that I am trying, and I’ve started doing this is I flipped the script on the podcast, I’m talking to my listeners, I’m talking to common people, people who, who work very hard and got here you are in your listening right now in the car, you worked very hard to be here. This is not easy. And you probably know this or not. But it’s also not going to be easier from this point on either. So anything that has gotten us here, it’s going to take a while for us to get there to that next level. And there will be more challenges, there’ll be more obstacles, there will be more bottlenecks, and there’ll be more obstacles along the way. We, whoever we are, need to constantly keep on growing, we need to keep on building ourselves, and we need to keep on exploring ourselves internally, and externally. And there’s a whole level of different kinds of engagement that’s needed. If you are, you know, all of us want to succeed, all of us want to go to the next level. So you got here because somebody contributed to your success. Somebody, you know, the Mother, the Father, the brother, the friend, the teacher, some all of them, but some of them at crucial points in your life, they did something for you at a time when you were almost losing hope. It was you probably gave up. They believed in you, they stood by you. They were shoulder to shoulder with you. I think you can relate to this, I think. And again, you know, we don’t take enough time to appreciate these people. We don’t take enough time to celebrate them. We have taken some of them for granted. And the society has created Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, brother’s day, sister’s day, friend’s day, all that we do celebrate that in some level at some level. But then these people need to be celebrated at a whole different level altogether.
I’ll tell you something, I quote I mentor I train people. Not that I do anything different. Not that I do anything unique. There are many coaches that are many trainers, many people incredible people. And if you want to Seeker, knowledge is everywhere. If you are a seeker if you really want something you’ll get it question comes down to how badly you want something? That’s the question. And the quicker you agree to that question, the easier it’s going to be for you to succeed at any level, whatever you are, after whatever you are seeking, it’s it will be yours if you agree to that point.
So here is something that I want to do I want you to call into the show today. And tell me who is that one person, you cannot pick one person, let me tell you this. It’s very hard because, you know, people say that self-made, nobody is self-made. Everybody is made by others. And a lot of people have contributed to who you are. But if you have to pick one who really was there at a time for you, when you were falling apart when you were giving up when you almost said I can’t do this. And they believed in you they short support for you and they were with you. Maybe they are with you now maybe they were there for a small, little moment. If you have someone in your life, might who contribute to your success. I want you to call in on the show and tell me I want to learn this. First of all, I want to really commend you to bring this topic which I just happened to be driving and listening and pocketed right now to express my gratitude to some of my best friends many years ago in New Delhi. So I was fall short of 75 rupees to pay tuition, which I do not have. And my roommate, Prasad, word Lomani and Cha, and the Ganapati Chaganti. Chamber party days people actually went into the bachelor’s apartments and collected 17 rubies in 1981. Wow, we don’t do that they’re 70 rupees possibly. I’m not here.”
