Today on the podcast, I’m highlighting something that I have been seeing lately. Now, ever since everything started opening up, I have been meeting a lot of people, I’ve been part of multiple different cultural events, and meeting a lot of my old friends and things have started to open up. So there’s a lot of in-person interaction that’s happening. Now, one thing that has started to see that is now becoming very obvious is that as a community, as a humanity, we have gotten out of the fear of COVID-19. And we are slowly entering into another fear, which is this economy, the markets going down the stock market behaving the way it’s behaving. And as professionals, we thought that we have a 20, 30 year of trajectory.
Now, certainly, the job market taking some kind of a hit, but not a bad hit yet. But things have started to slow down. So this fear of what’s going to happen to me, is slowly coming in. So I wanted to take a few moments today on the podcast, I want to highlight this, because this may be you, you might be now starting to feel some kind of fear within you about your career, about your finances, about the things that you need to decide upon. What do you need to do? What acts do you need to be engaged in today, so that you can secure yourself and deal with this feeling? Because here’s what’s going to happen. The media, everything around you is going to people with half knowledge, with no knowledge with some kind of influences acting upon them, they are going to act upon you, you will need to keep yourself intact, you need to bring in your strengths, your core values, and you need to preserve them so that you can deal with this. Hopefully, today’s podcast is going to give you some ideas. So here’s my message to your act, despite your fear. Whatever you are acting upon act, do what you have to do, doesn’t matter what kind of fear is going to come into you or is already existing within you. Here’s the truth. You cannot stop fear from coming in. It doesn’t matter. You do hypnosis, you do meditation, you do yoga, and I talk about all those things on this podcast, doesn’t matter. Fear is going to come in, you will be caught off guard, it doesn’t matter how informed you are, what all you read what all you listen to, nobody can become infinitely enlightened, it doesn’t work, you could be enlightened in one area of your life. Because you have other areas that are demanding you to be enlightened, there is going to be information that will come in, you are not going to be prepared. And hence there is a possibility that you will experience some kind of appearance. It’s natural as a human to experience fear. The idea is this. Every time you get you become fearful, you have some fear.
Now that you have the skill, knowledge, information, experience, and everything that you have, you are an entity, as an entity, you have a lot of things going for you. Your job is to examine the fear. The idea is not to eliminate fear. The idea is to minimize fear. To minimize any fear. You need to examine the fear. And you examine that by educating yourself by seeking information, analyzing collecting data, and then making some decisions, a decision would be your action. See, every time you consume information, there is a possibility that you like the idea of this podcast, and all the information I’m sharing here and many other people with through their podcasts. Any educator, any informer, every time somebody consumes information from an educator from an informer, there is a possibility that eventually that individual is going to act on that information. It doesn’t matter how structurally you’re going to act, but you will act on that information. The brain cannot stop itself from acting. If I talk to you about going exercising every day, I’ll keep on telling you to exercise and if you keep on listening to me on that message that goes exercise, there is a possibility that you will exercise. So information that is collected, that is thought upon, that is researched, the brain will act on it. So there is an action that’s going to happen. The action is to minimize that fear.
So as long as you are aware that every action that you’re taking is to minimize the fear. That’s what’s happening. You are cautiously preparing yourself. You know there is fear, and you respect fear, it’s okay. See, in every goal, you have in life, those goals there is an element of fear in goal if you have a goal that has no element of fear, that means that goal is incorrectly structured. And I have done numerous podcasts here talking about goals and how to structure goals. There is an element of fear. There is an element of fear right now in whatever you’re doing or whatever you are not doing. You are static Right now listening to this podcast or driving right now, there is an element of risk. And there is an element of risk as I’m recording this podcast because this podcast could stop, and my computer may run out of the hard drive, memory, and all that. And then this podcast may not ever be available to you because it failed. I don’t risk, there is a fear in me. And because it has happened, I’m still doing this. Knowing that, okay, I know it could happen, but then I got to do this. So no goal is ever free of fear. And no achievement is free of a change.
Every achievement always involves some level of change. And change means there is apprehension, so you can’t avoid this. So in order for you to become successful in anything that you have to do, you have to deal with the feeling of fear. And as long as the feeling of fear is not outweighing the positive feeling you have towards the outcome, you’re good, your mind is progressing, and you are changing. But if you’re feeling overwrites the feeling of fear overwrites the feeling of success and the joy and fulfillment you’re going to have, that means you must still have progress, but the progress is going to be slow and daunting. So as long as I’m examining, that means I’m collecting information, I’m thinking through what I’m doing, I’m researching. That means my brain will act, if it acts, all I have to make sure is that it’s acting towards minimizing, I don’t need to make it I don’t need to think about it. Automatically, every action is to minimize the fear anyway. So I go along with it.
Now, every action, every consecutive action is going to cumulatively create what we call freedom. We create freedom, the ultimate goal, the end goal is freedom. The ultimate goal is to enjoy the autonomy that life is giving us. So every action that you take consciously is going to address the fear that is in your unconscious. Fear is in the unconscious part of the mind. Unconscious means there’s no awareness. Because it is an unconscious part of the mind, it’s going to feel as if it is the dominant part of your life, it will control you because it’s an unconscious mind unconscious. Anything in the unconscious is going to take you in the direction that it wants you to go. It doesn’t matter how much you want it to go where you want it to go. So with your conscious mind, you can achieve much with the unconscious mind you will achieve everything. But most of the information in the unconscious mind is incorrect. That’s how we have been programmed. And again, I go back and say this, and I’ll say this one more time, which is the only way to address anything in the unconscious. And the most effective way to do that is through hypnosis. And there are many other ways to do it. But I am a proponent of hypnosis. And I, it’s very easy to make the unconscious mind become conscious witnesses. Yes, you can overcome the fear of hypnosis. And there are numerous recordings I’ve done talking about it. But the key is, you don’t need to go there. You could cautiously do the research, do the education, collect the information, do an analysis and then act upon that information. So that you can slowly overcome the fear. And you do that by because everything you do, you’re educating them conscious mind to become conscious.
So go take action, despite any fear you have got going now because you know what? Everybody around us. They are incorrect. We know what we want. You know what you want, act on it. And I don’t know that I have gotten anything in my life within which I never experienced some kind of a change and some kind of apprehension. I haven’t. So everything you want anything you want is on the other side of fear. Go act now.
