Why Waiting to Succeed is a Terrible Idea

Why Waiting to Succeed is a Terrible Idea?

Here is the complete transcript of the podcast

Happy Friday morning to you. Hello podcast, how are you doing? Welcome back to success with Srini I have a rant on my mind, something on my mind is going to turn into a rant in the second year. But in the last few days, I’ve been talking to a lot of people. And people have been telling me about their challenges, the situations that they’re going through. For some reason, certainly, there’s a lot of traffic on the road, and a lot of people are listening to the radio. And I’m getting a lot of text messages, which I’m very, very thankful about appreciative. But it’s interesting because I do a radio show I do this podcast, I want to influence people to become good, really good in what they do.

There is nothing here that suggests or I don’t suggest anything to anyone. I just say that you do what you do, but you become the best in whatever you’re doing. Interestingly, when I get on calls and text messages with people that try to change my belief, see my beliefs and my convictions are, according to me time tested. And I say that very humbly, because I have personally gone through everything, anything that I talk here, I do not talk things that I do not experience. I just don’t say things because somebody else is talking about everything, anything on this podcast that ever I have talked about is something that I have personally gone through and experienced. And others do, I don’t. And I’ll tell you this every time, let’s say an attempt to talk about a topic that I do not know, I’ll tell you, and when I replay it, before I publish, then I see that there is no depth to it, when there is no depth to it, you on the other side, as a listener will figure this out. I can’t lie, I can’t just, you know, fake it can’t be done that way. It’s interesting how people want to shift my beliefs. And this is where I have, I’m surprised.

See, I come and I say do something that will change everything. And anytime anybody’s listening to this podcast or to my radio show, I’m thinking that they want to do something to change everything. And that is why I come here and say do something so that you can change everything. I believe that if you just do one thing, it will change everything. I think that if you take care of your health, your finances will improve your relationships will improve your spiritual side will improve, I think, I think if you take care of your spirituality, everything will improve. I think if you take care of your money, everything will improve. I think everything is connected to one thing. And no matter what we do here, everything is connected to the unconscious mind. The unconscious Mind is the key to everything. And that is the pathway to spirituality that is the part with heaven. That’s the pathway to the superconscious. Anything, everything that you want to ever achieve, and you want to achieve seamlessly is done through the unconscious mind. And that is why I’m such a big proponent of hypnosis. And everything that I talk about here, I use hypnosis as the most potent mechanism to turn around people and create results. And I hold that personally in my life, I use that extensively. If somebody looks into my life really with a lens, then they will see how much I use this. But somehow people have some weird, you know, affiliation, to time. And what I mean by Weird affiliation, is they just want to do things slowly. And for some reason, over a long period of time, if I put my money in this investment, I’m gonna get 6% over the next 20 years. If I just work for two more years in this job, then I’ll get a promotion. If I stay in this house for five more years, then I’ll have enough money to down for the down payment for a bigger house.

None of these things are true. You got to do something, you got to do something now in this moment. And lets for a second assume that yes, whatever you’re saying is true. Then, once you attain that level, very few attain that level or that level of success with that kind of mindset anyway, but lets for a second assume that you do get to that level, then what? The same struggle you carry with you. And I’ve said this here multiple times, every time you replicate success, there is an invisible failure with every success that also gets replicated. So you’re lazy right now and somehow you become successful the chances are once you become successful, you’ll be lazy anyway.

You don’t have money somehow you make money you get there, and then you for someone Reason You will lose it, you got to, once you’re there, you’re going to be equally poor. And that is why people who never had money did not know how to deal with money. They somehow make some money through inheritance or through a lottery. And they, they feel that they achieved something, I promise you, you’re gonna lose it. study all the people who won a lottery. And you’ll see how many bankruptcies have followed after winning the lottery. I will tell you everything that I ever got. And I lost, I lost, I can talk about my losses. Every time I lost something because I did not deserve every time I gained something because I was doing something right in the beginning. That’s why I gained, but I could not retain because I was not deserving enough. I talked to people, I tell them, You got to make some changes in your life, you got to eat right? You got to sleep, right? You got to work hard, you got to make money, you got to stay focused, you got to stay aligned. I tell people this. I don’t think this is the right time. If this is not the right time, when is the right time for anything that you’re trying to do? If this is not the right time, when is the right time? How can you decide what is the right time? I asked that question. And then I say people tell me Oh, I have a family issues.

Everybody has a family, you tell me you have a family, I have a family, all of us, we all have families, we all have our own challenging situations, but that should not stop us from becoming who we should become otherwise because this is the same family. This your very family is going to come back and haunt you. Because they have invested into you, invisibly or visible knowingly, unknowingly, consciously or unconsciously, they have something they may or may not have given you money, but they are investing something in their emotions, it’s a family, that emotions are their investment into you. Now you with your deeds, mis deeds, whatever, you do not live up to their expectations. If you don’t bring those emotions to completion, then what happens to you, now you’re lost out. So the family is not an excuse, okay, then I get this, I get this, oh, I don’t have the support of the spouse. I don’t have my spousal support, if she was in a job, I would have bought a house. totally untrue. Now I can show you a number of people who without a support the spouse have gotten not only one or two or three or five houses. And yeah, it becomes easy when your wife is working. You know, sometimes you hit a dip and your wife will help you, you hit a dip your husband will help you. It’s great. But it’s odd when somebody absolutely makes that a condition for success. It’s okay to have that condition. But you mentally making that that your spouse is not lacking their support or lack of their participation, or lack of their own personal success is the cause for your failure means that you have misunderstood or you have never understood the dynamic.

So, spouses, individually, have to succeed before. Collectively you succeed. You individually have to succeed before collectively you succeed. So just because you are not succeeding doesn’t mean that that’s happening because somebody else is not succeeding. It’s Your Game. your values, your beliefs, your understandings, your observations, your experiences, your applicability, your thoughts, your intentions, your desires, your goals, if you don’t look into that, how would you win this game? See, sometimes an incredible collective success happens when one spouse gets activated because the other spouse is outperforming they want to catch up. But if you become depressed because the other is not performing, then collectively both will fail. So I don’t know understand why people wait for spousal support to succeed even though the things become easier when the sub support is there but lack of support doesn’t mean that there is a lack of intent from their side. I hope you can see that through. Go back and listen to the sport for a second for me if you have a moment replay this podcast episode, then I hear money is evil. Money is evil. Okay, that debate has been played and overplayed for centuries. If you think money is evil, miss a payment on your car on your house. And let me see how many people are gonna hound you. They’ll hunt you down. I promise you. You’re not gonna escape the system. You think money is evil. Don’t pay your taxes. Okay, then let’s see what happens. You have to there’s no escape. Well, money is not evil.

The usage of money couldn’t be evil, like the way you use the money. If your money rageous your ego, money makes you a very difficult individual, all these things, then it’s evil. But it’s the use of the money. It’s not money itself. It has been misinterpreted and misrepresented over the centuries. Money is not evil. Money is a struggle, a resource. Water is the source. Air is a resource. So is money. It’s a resource. What do you do with it? Up to you. So every time somebody says I don’t want to quintillion people want to give up, I don’t want money. I’m giving up I’m retiring. I’m leaving. You’re alive. Breathing, let me tell you money is not important. But it is up there with oxygen. First is oxygen. The second is money. Take it to heart, I’m telling you. So please do not have a reversed understanding of money. Money is necessary. It’s important. It defines lifestyle it defines and you have access to money, go donate it, give it away, or share it with somebody else, which is important that you understand wealth. And as I said in an earlier podcast, today, average work doesn’t create wealth. exceptional work creates wealth. Then I hear people who tell me that, oh, I’m going to do this or the next 10 years, I’m going to wait for work in this job for five years, then I’ll get a promotion two years, then you’ll get a promotion. I have no understanding of why somebody wants to get rich, slowly.

No understand why don’t you have a sense of urgency. I will tell you how much sense of urgency I have for this podcast. It’s crazy. It’s crazy. I mean, you know, imagine me waking up every day and every day doing this podcast. And I’m very contextual. This is a contextual podcast. This is not something that had been cut and pasted through some recordings of mine. I say Happy Friday to you Happy August 26. To you. I mean, think about this, this is tremendous amount of urgency I have recording a podcast like this making it available editing, whatever we do an intro and outro whatever we put. This is a small little example of the sense of urgency somehow I cannot sleep if I don’t, you know, with a very, you know, if I’m recording a podcast early in the morning, I need to have the thought exactly what I’m going to say the night before. If not, I cannot sleep. I’m not saying that the exact thing I’m going to say the next day. But at least I have some clarity at least I need to go to deep sleep. And if not, I wake up in the morning, four o’clock, you know worried which I do every day. For 430 I wake up I’m like worried and thrown wake up worried. You don’t wake up? Like turn, the microphone on and you talk to something you have to say no, no, no, no. Doesn’t work that way. Doesn’t you get to be constantly dialed in, at least I am Listen, if you’re not dialed into what you’re doing, this is a lost game. You’re going to live and work an unhappy life and you will end up in total misery. Maybe you have a lot of you’ll end up making a lot of money because you’re in the right profession making. You know the profession inherently makes you money. That’s all good. But some deep sense of unhappiness will continue not worth it, not worth it.

So the purpose is this. The reason why I’m setting this route, this rant, and the way I’m speaking today, I want you to understand, I want you to ask a question. If not now, then when? If not now, then when? When will you wake up? Does every day go by? It’s not coming back. I’m telling you. Okay, so you have a paycheck to paycheck situation. You are less on money and more on days in a month. And you’re having some identity issues like what happened to me how come I have landed here? I was a good kid. I’ve worked very hard. I got a job. I got the degree I got the experience. I don’t know what choices I made. Listen, you can undo everything. But you got to do something about it. What you do is up to you, but I’m telling you got to do something and you cannot do everything. I’ve seen people do that all the time. And I’m one of those people. There are many people like me who keep saying this. But for sure. I’m saying this. You could change everything by just wanting.

That’s all for now. You are off to a great Friday. Enjoy your weekend. And I’ll see you back here again tomorrow. My idea was to motivate you and inspire you today. And hopefully, I’ve done that. And I’ll catch up with you. Mariana. Stay tuned.
