relate to this better… Do you remember how may careers were
practically over when client server computing took over the

Why not fully use this as a primary medium? Why spend thousand
of dollars on direct mail which we all know is expensive and
less effective due to competition and inflitration. Do not get
me wrong both internet and Direct mail have their own relevance
and I personally do not recommend one over the other so test
which medium works best for you. You may need both after all.
You can find every bit of data on the internet thee days, from
personal information to property information, all in matter of
seconds. Title records are online, mortgage data is online and
so are sophisticated algorightms that compute the comparables.
If you do no thave the luxury of using your local MLS
website, technology is such a commodity these days that, you can
build a small website for as low as couple of hundres dollars
and? start listing your? own properties for sale,
One thing is constant in our life i,e CHANGE.
People who change with times thrive and those who fail to adapt, perish.
It’s that simple. Internet is a classical example; people who
explored and positioned themselves early on are now having an
undue advantag over others. Every small business that shied away
from the internet in the past has probably lost many
opportunities.
As an Investor you need to adapt to the market conditions.
Understand its cyclical pattens, percieve the influences caused
by interest rates, demographic changes, employment data,
costruction permits, government policies and leverage every
opportunity small or big that presents itself within that
realm.
