Two Ground Breaking Tips That Will Accelerate Your Goal Accomplishment.

Happy Saturday morning to you welcome back to Success with Srini. October the first year 2022, unbelievable, unbelievable, a fresh month here starting day one of a fresh month. And we are officially into the last three months and last 90 days of this year, holiday season is going to start just in about 2025 days, depending upon which country you are in. And you know different countries started at different times. But all of them are right around this time in October. So today, I want to share something with you that I was planning to talk about this on the first of January, or towards the end of this year, sometime around the timeframe. Because usually the end of the year is when people start thinking and talking about goals and all that these 90 days are going to be incredible. So let’s say you haven’t yet gotten to your goals, some ideas, you had some thoughts you had at the beginning of this year. And you somehow could not get yourself to a point where you could accomplish them. Maybe there are some that you thought of starting but somehow you did not and you could not whatever. So these 90 days are awesome this next 90 days. And this is the time when you really can accelerate and get back the last nine months. So there is a rule we use called next 90 For the last mine, which is the next 90 days for the last nine months.


I see the first of October as an exciting time personally. And this is the time when I set a goal for myself. That is groundbreaking literally something very new, something very different, unique, never done it before kind of a goal I set for myself, which I know I’m going to be doing anyway, at the beginning of the year, I kind of knew that I will do something on the first of October. But then what it is I do not know or I did not know. But then here I am, first, of October, I’m setting this goal for myself, which is an interesting goal. I can’t tell you a lot about it. But this is something that is very unique. If you’re on you’re a listener of this podcast, at some point, you’ll come to know about it. Or if you’re on my email list, I’ll send an email, which I don’t send a lot of emails lately, because I’m so busy doing so many things. It’s kind of hard to empty some mind space and focus on writing an email, or a bigger report in writing. But I’ve really gotten better at recording and doing this podcast on my radio shows because I do it every day. If you don’t do something every day, then you really cannot do it to a level where you should be doing it. So I want to share with you two things that are going to kind of put your goals on steroids literally make you invincible. I promise you it’s a game changer. If you really think about it. I see people not doing this. This is not something that that I came up with. And yesterday I said this, nothing that I shared here is my invention. Everything is what I learned everything is what I saw everything is what I experienced. And I am a product of too many things. Okay. So two things I learned many, many years ago, I put at least the first one in play. The second one was a later development. But the first one I did put in play. And I had incredible results. But I did the first one, let me share what these two things are so that this doesn’t stay surprise me. Let’s say you have goals. But you somehow you’re not able to bring those goals into action, you’re not able to get yourself to take to put energy behind those goals and work towards them. Maybe you have one goal, forget about many goals one goal because that’s what October is for me. The first of October is where I’m setting goals for myself and working on them for the next 90 days. If you were listening to this podcast, in the last few days, I talked about a concept called Top 10 goals. Right?


And your top 10 Goals should come from the top 100 goals. So you should be having 100 things that you should be working on over the next five 710 1520 years. But then at any point in time, you should be knowing the top 10 That you’re working on and goals are not constant, that pool of 100 goals. They keep on changing. You are adding You’re taking things out. So at any point in time, you should be having at least 10 goals. Now, you shouldn’t be working on all of the 10. But at least the 10 are prioritized, they are there. I talked about this in the last few days. But then there are two things that completely change this entire game. And I want to share that with you because they said, the next 90 days are very important. The first and most important thing which I put into play very, very early on, is having a picture book of goals. You take any goal you have, let’s say you want to run a marathon, you create a picture book, for that one goal, to take photos of different runners, and you put it in the picture book, and your job is to wake up in the morning and look at the picture book. And this book, the concept of the book was there that came many, many years ago. But then ever since there has been so much evolution and technology has come in, things have changed. And now to a point where even the book has changed. You can print a few photos and put them on the wall, you can print a few photos, put them in your bathroom, or you download a bunch of photos and put them on your phone as wallpapers in your album, the photo album on your phone, and your job are to wake up in the morning and look at them. You do that every day. Till you accomplish that goal. Picture books are powerful, that whole concept is incredible. And when you visualize something when you realize the goal and the end outcome in your mind, the brain operates backward. And it doesn’t have to ascend, it will descend from the outcome. It’s amazing what it does to your physiology, to mindset to everything that you plan on doing. It’s crazy, just unbelievable. And I insist that I talk to people, I tell them, you know, the best way, the best way is to have a picture book, do it all my clients, I tell them to do it. The second thing, I did was the picture, but very early on, as I said, the minute I heard this, I started kind of playing with pictures and photos. I have a YouTube video on this. The second thing is an idea book. An idea book is one where every time you get an idea, you write it down. I write all my ideas. This is something I started late in life. But if there is one thing, one modification, one change that I could go back in time and make then this is the one is writing down ideas is very powerful. Because even just one line, one word that crosses your mind, at any point in time you take a note you write it down and then you go back you look at it and some zillion that one line that one word creates the foundation for hundreds of other ideas with time with focus. incredible things happen. One line can be a source of your unlearning that one line could be a source of your learning at multiple levels. Incredible things come out of it. Magical. An idea book gives you energy an idea book gives you possibilities these days. I think an idea book is nothing but a source of longevity. It increases your longevity. So amazing what idea books can do. And just not increase your time. But it also fills your time with meaningful things to do. That’s what an idea book could do. So these two things are game changers and have been game changers for me. And then obviously, when you have these things that are things inside your brain inside your mind that you are now activating as you’re looking at your writing. There are so many things that happen in the way the brain rewires itself on a daily basis and then keeps you moving and keeps you on track towards whatever end outcome that you’re seeking. It’s magical. It’s poetic, as I’m saying this, I’m telling you. It’s crazy how it works, but it creates miracles and you need to be an appreciator of those miracles. You need to put yourself in a mindset that yes if I do these things if I surrender to this idea, this concept of, hey, working on 100 goals, prioritizing top 10. And then coming up for each goal coming up with a picture book and then coming up with an idea book, overall idea book so that the mind stays aligned, you know, juggling 10 things or five things and not see, you’re not only just living your goals or working towards your goals, but you’re also living life. Other things in life also have to happen. And they also demand, you know, equal attention or more.


This is why people just can’t break through the circumstances and get to the top. And people who do are doing these things. I’m telling you, no shortcut to success. Listen, give it a try. Okay, at least today, use this weekend, whatever remains of this weekend, is there Saturday, Sunday, next two days, use these two days to come up with some gold goals. And then put together at least one picture album on your phone. And then write down a few ideas that are crossing your mind and see what life and how your day goes. Or how this weekend goes. And do it for a week and then let me know.
