Here is a list for Six Different songs that practically shaped my life growing up. I continue to listen to them even today. Thanks to Youtube, these are just on demand, when and where I need them.
I have not ranked them in any order. Every song is number #1 in my book and each one of these had a profound impact on my life.
I am sure you will enjoy them and spread them across to your friends and family.
When we are the world we are the children first came out, I watched the live performance on TV.
Someone posted a comment on youtube.com saying…This song reminds him of the times when top artists had top talent.
Nevertheless it is about Peace, Love and music. Beautiful song. Timeless

We Are The World We Are The Children
The term “Global Peace” and this tune are synonymous. Originally written by Sherman Brothers in 1964 for the New York World Fair, this song since then has become the most translated and performed song on earth.
Go to Disney Land, get on the “Its a small world” ride. You will see what I am saying…My 2 cents when you go there make sure you get on this ride before you leave Disney land.
If you get on this early in the morning..you will keep humming the tune all day and may very well end up going on the ride a few more times..

Its A Small World After All
Now that we are on the topic of Global Peace, I have no words to describe “From A Distance”. It is one of my all time favorites. The lyrics, Vocals of Bette Middler and the message are all powerful.
