3-Secrets To More Happiness, Success & Joy

Here is the complete transcript of the podcast

Yesterday on the podcast, we talked about three productivity hacks that will help you get more things done in less amount of time. As a part of that, I said, the focus is the key. Today on the podcast, we’re talking about three life hacks, if done, right, will increase your success, your joy, your happiness, your fulfillment, in all aspects of your life, a very Happy Thursday morning to you welcome back to success with the training. Now, before I jump into the content, I want to start out by saying, Remember the Pareto principle, the 80/20 principle 80% of the effect is caused by 20% Of course, 80% of the effect, and 20% Of course, if you translate that into any aspect of life, let’s translate that into business 80% of your revenues are coming from 20% of sales 80% of your products are generating 20% of your revenues. Like I was saying that was it and I said this okay. So 20% of your products are generating 80% of revenue, see, at 20 it all it goes, you know, the exact opposite happens. So 20% of your success is coming from 80% of your efforts. Okay, so 20% of success comes from 80% of your effect. Ideally, you should be generating 80% of your success and 40% of your effort. Ideally, how do we turn this around?

This is where focus comes in. Too many distractions, too many challenges, too many interruptions, too many shoes, life is complex. So how can you put in the minimum required and generate the maximum outcome? That’s the pursuit here. And you need to be doing this automatically, like in the flow just like it’s happening? Doesn’t matter? How do you get to that state? The first and foremost thing is people tell you to read books, and go to seminars, and workshops. Discover yourself, I do that I say that, on this podcast, and also everywhere else. The truth is this, nothing will improve unless you improve. And that is why we say what we say I say they say everybody says your parents said back to you, your teacher said that to you, everybody told you, you got to develop yourself. That’s the start number one, your development. Whatever you have got going right now in your life has to be developed has to be improved. Anything, everything that you’re doing has to develop those there is not a point where you can say, I got here I can rest. You got to keep on looking for opportunities to develop yourself. That’s step number one.

Step number two is you got to develop people around you. This is not a lonely game anymore. You can’t achieve it. Whatever you want to achieve, playing it alone, and nobody’s self-made. Everybody is made through the contributions and through the support of many people. So once you got a position right now, where you’re trying to create some professional success, or some business success or financial success, whatever success you’re trying to create, you need people and you’ve got to develop people. So try to replicate yourself. If there is a way, try to go find people who have the talents and skills to support you find some gaps in whatever you’re doing, and see how you can fill them with some additional talent, if you can. So the focus has to go up. To do that you have to develop yourself, and then you have to develop the people around you. That’s the first part. The second part of this is fighting. Let me expand on this. If you see somebody struggling, we all struggle. If I look into my own struggle, I see fights everywhere. I’m having these small little fights, here and there.

Now I know I have to win those fights to succeed. I know that I think you also know that there is nothing new I’m telling you. The problem is this. People are so consumed by the small fights. They either don’t understand the bigger fight or by the time they really graduate through the smaller fights. They’re like, I don’t know how to fight the big one. That’s the challenge. So multiple small fights. Jim Rohn talks about this He says Don’t major on minor things. Don’t major, in the minor things. So go find the big fight and fight the big fight. When you fight the big fight, you move the line. And the third in the discussion is force. people set goals, people chase goals. If the goal is right, the goal should pull you. And in a hurry to get to the outcome, people take shortcuts. The key is not to get to the outcome. The key is to force a change. If you force the change, you’re automatically creating the outcome by forcing yourself to the outcome. You’re missing the lesson in the process. Most people I’m not saying you but most people do. I did it multiple times. So focus, fight force. See if you can make some modifications today in anything and everything you’re doing. See if you can identify some fights that you can eliminate or get rid of and start or identify a bigger fight that you want to take on. See where you can apply force. And, most importantly, what can you do to develop yourself so that you attain higher focus?

I hope today’s podcast is helpful. If it is do me a favor, write a review, date it, and share it with a friend or somebody who you think will benefit from this. I’ll be back again tomorrow. And I’m gonna expand a little bit more on this. So that’s all for now. Be safe.
