4-Thought Patterns You Have To Change ASAP

Here is the complete transcript of the podcast

Welcome back, happy Friday morning to you. Today on the podcast, we are talking about thought patterns that have to change, to experience a richer life in general, for thought patterns. Now, these thought patterns are interfering they interfere with our existence. Now you’re a success-minded individual because you are a listener of this podcast. So you listen to this, and you also listen to other podcasts. So you probably are aware of this, you might have heard this before. And there’s also a possibility that I might have already spoken about this in the past. Either way, I think you will benefit from this. So let’s get into this started with the first thought pattern, the first one, sometimes, you might have experienced this, where you said, I can be only happy. If I get this done. Kind of setting criteria to become happy. So I’ll do this, then I’ll become happy. It’s like deferring happiness. So what happens in the scenario is, that you are getting something, you achieve it, and then you go back and set one more thing. And one more thing and the process continues. So that happiness that which, eventually is the thing that has to happen, never happens. So it’s okay to be happy while dealing with issues. It’s okay to be happy while facing challenges. Happiness doesn’t need to be stacked to the far end of life, which most people do. So that’s the first thought pattern that has to change. The second one. Why can’t I do anything? Right? Why can’t I do anything right? No matter what I touch, doesn’t work. I’ve been at it for five years, 10 years.

A long time ago, I heard this, I don’t know who said this. Failures are portals of self-discovery. Very profound, saying failures are portals of self-discovery. See, the more you do something, the more you experiment, the higher the chances are that that experiment won’t work. And those are failures. But then again, there is no other way to get to that success, the only way to get there is to go through this. So just to think that why nothing is happening. In other words, it’s about to happen, you have to pay this price, and you have to go through this process to get to the outcome. So as long as you have the belief, and as long as you have that in your line of thinking that whatever I’m doing will add up, will eventually add up. And it’s just a matter of time, some people in for some, it adds up very quickly. But for me, it’s going to add up and just a matter of time. That’s the thought process here. That’s the change.

The third one is why things only happen to me. This is another thought pattern, why things only happen to me every misfortune with me, every setback with me, every challenge with me. Now, the counter to this is if you look at life, and doesn’t matter how long you are here. If you take anybody’s life, take somebody who is famous, like Leo Tolstoy, or Socrates or Aristotle and whoever you want to take people who are known worldwide, you take a life and you start analyzing that life from the beginning to the end, you see that their life is balanced. Even though the ending was bad, or maybe the beginning was bad. And at the moment, they had the joy, the success, whatever they did, so there is life balances itself out. It’s not that things are only happening to you. Things happen to everyone. It’s not that misfortune is looking to just get you don’t work that way. So life balances itself out. You need to give life a chance. The last one is I will do this tomorrow. I don’t want to harp on this point. Because this is procrastination. This is dangerous for any level of success. And regardless of where you come from, what books have you, you have read and whatever way you were raised, you might have heard this, anything that you want to do tomorrow, do it today anything that you want to do today. You got to do it now might have heard this. And so, no matter you could be immensely gifted, you may have so many talents. You may have got a lot going for you, I’ll tell you, there is no substitute for discipline. So if you procrastinate, that means you are challenging the very essence of the word discipline, you don’t have the discipline to. So in the long run, it’s going to hurt. In the short term, it may work out you may, with more power with him with more vigor, maybe you can overcome a few things, and you still be okay. But in the long run, procrastination is going to get you. And several years from now, you’ll start to see the gaps. You see the world where it is, and you see where you are.

So if I have to point out a few things that I learned through my journey, and my process, procrastination is one thing that I laziness, but procrastination is not laziness is gone. Procrastination still comes in up occasionally. And then I fight with it. So there is no tomorrow. Nobody has a tomorrow. Is this the truth? Nobody knows. So these four thought patterns, there are more, there is a wide array of thought patterns. But these four can quickly change the landscape very quickly. So I’m always aware of these four in everything that I do. And I’m constantly fighting this. That’s it for today. Don’t want to go any further. Okay.

Hopefully, this is helpful. If days, you know what to do. Okay. Have a wonderful weekend. But I’ll be here tomorrow. And tomorrow is a good one. I’m thinking I’m already thinking about what I’m going to do tomorrow. Okay. It’s going to be an incredible time strategy, and we’ll be sharing it with you tomorrow. So I want to double up the talk a little bit more today. And little more than tomorrow. I’m going to record so it’s gonna be fun. Okay, stay tuned.
